Massages were good.
Terrible rooms, bathrooms, construction and noise level.

“This is one of the worst hotels. I came to relax and left stressed out by not getting enough sleep due to the noise and the lack of customer service. The property is nice but the management does not know how to run a hotel.”

Great restaurant, grounds, and ambiance.
The shower was very small; dislike pillows.

“The hotel was well-placed in relationship to downtown Palm Springs, and the destination of my business. The hotel staff made it easy to feel comfortable and welcome. The spa was wonderful and relaxing. The decor was comfortable and tasteful, providing a nice ambiance.”
