• It smelled bad. We had to brew coffee just to overcome the smell.

“It smelled bad in the room. It wasn't very clean and the sheets were worn and had holes. If you want to go there, bring sheets, slippers, and lots of air freshener.”

• Room not made up when checked in at 9:30, no towels either. Did not replace coffee pack next day.

“Basic place to stay. Maid service poor. Air conditioner barley able to keep room cools on just a moderate temperature day of 82 outside.”

• It was cheap and when I took a shower the water sprayed me in the butt!
• The beds were very uncomfortable.

“The hotel was OK for the price. The beds were uncomfortable but the shower gave you a nice surprise! It is located between the paper mill and a truck stop. The rooms were very plain. So if you need a cheap hotel then this is the place to stay. But don't expect much.”

• Smoking in non-smoking areas. Bad location. Hotel not secure or safe.

“Between a pulp mill and a truck stop. That says a bunch. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The door that was supposed to be keyed for safety was propped open. The smell from the mill and the sound of the trucks was overwhelming. Way over priced for this location.”

• They expose credit card numbers for anyone to see, and if you need money, this could be a positive thing?
• It might be your credit card number they're showing everyone!

“We made reservations ahead of time. When we showed up and checked in, I noticed a stack of reservation paperwork for many different customers filed away clearly visible to anyone standing at the desk. The papers were kept folded in a small filing case, with our group's paperwork on the closest side. Our full credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing Name were all completely exposed for anyone to see. As I stood there I copied down everything I could see and the clerk didn't notice a thing. Extremely unacceptable! Don't worry about using your credit card online. Worry about using it at super 8 in Lewiston, Idaho! Not to mention the staff were very odd, and they didn't give us towels. Highly not recommended.”

• Very poor quality, cleanliness and staff.

“Please do not stay at this hotel. Everything was poor about it. The staff was rude. The rooms smelled foul and were barely acceptable with regards to cleanliness. This hotel was such a poor quality facility. It was a waste of my money.”

• Closeness of parking to room was great/good selection for continental breakfast.
• Entrance from freeway was somewhat confusing

“Rooms were clean, front desk employees were friendly and helpful, easy access to ice and vending machines (vending machine selection was accommodating).”
