“This hotel was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. However, the pool was very dirty with leaves in the pool. The water was so cloudy. We went swimming in the evening.” Jul 18, 2007 by
Diane from Oakland, CA
“More than we expected, i.e.; upgraded beds/bedding, very well kept, clean, kitchen was wonderful with extras like coffee filters-paper towels, real silverware/glasses, salt/pepper, etc. Excellent hotel!” Jul 16, 2007 by
Rachael from Ririe, ID
“They really have thought of everything a person away from home could want. There were a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a small dishwasher in our suite (detergent was also provided). The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a great variety to choose from. We assume the evening hospitality hour was the same. The court spot gave more outdoor recreation/activity choices than the average hotel pool. We also appreciated the computer with internet access in the lobby available at no added charge.” Jun 28, 2007 by
John from Florence, KY
“'Great experience. breakfast superb, full breakfast with different items daily, extremely clean. Happy hour beer and wine and soft drinks anytime day or night, complimentary. Great location to all areas and many stores for restaurants and shopping.” May 12, 2007 by

“I think the security should check whether the cars parked are exclusively for hotel guests. The parking area are always fully parked during late night.” Jun 9, 2005 by
Malissia from Imperial Bch, CA
“This hotel had the best customer service!! I have not experienced c/s at this calibur in a long time.” May 18, 2005 by
Melissa from San Diego, CA
“The Residence Inn really offers the glamour of having a suite, the convenience of having the full kitchen, and they have literally thought of everything. All the major kitchen equipment you would need down to can openers and corkscrews are provided. Their hospitality hours are very nice and give guests a chance to mingle. The continental breakfast offers a wider variety than some restaurants. All toiletry items are available upon request, and they even have a little convenience store!” May 17, 2005 by
Dorothy from Los Angeles, CA
“Outstanding in everyway. Great for a family with living room, kitchen and bedroom. Beautiful eating area where there is a self-service breakfast by the garden and pool. We all prepared our own waffles which was a big hit with the grandchildren. It is the best Mother's Day I ever had. The staff was so courteous. If we needed anything they were there in a minute with our request.” May 11, 2005 by
Richard from Chatsworth, CA
“Excellent location, near stories, restaurants and movie theaters. Just off the freeway, Great place if you want to move around the San Diego area.” Mar 24, 2005 by
Elizabeth from Chibo Hills, CA
“ It had a kitchen that was very adequate for a quick meal and provided a full breakfast that really helped save some cash. I'd go back in a heartbeat for that price.” Mar 16, 2005 by
Ernie from Bakersfield, CA
“My guest and I found this hotel to be an excellent value. The kitchenette made our stay much more cost efficient as we didn't have to eat out for every meal. ” Mar 10, 2005 by
Paul from Riverside, CA
“Run and operated by Marriott Hotels which everyone knows is one of the best. The review is always expect that when you stay at a company operated and run by Marriott expect the best!” Mar 9, 2005 by

“This is my 2nd stay here and I have enjoyed both stays. Staff has been very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast Sunday morning.” Jan 26, 2005 by

“It was in a great location. Near shopping and lots of restaurants.” Nov 10, 2004 by
“I will never stay at another Residence Inn. Saturday night someone was holding a birthday party for an 11 year old in the room above me. All the children were running and jumping in the room all night. Management said they would move me to another room but I said I was staying and he should move the offending party to another room. He said that was not an option and when I asked why he said, "Because I decided so." They are a liability to your business and I shall let several hundred clients know that when I send out my 2004 tax organizers in several weeks.” Oct 13, 2004 by
“The rooms were beautiful. There was a separate sleeping area that had a very nice pocket door that closed it off to the living, dining, kitchen area. Rooms were large, had popcorn for the microwave, coffee, and other nice touches. On the grounds, there was a community grill. I took advantage of the laundry facilities. The pool and sport court were also very nice. Breakfast was lovely with more choices than the usual restaurant.” Oct 5, 2004 by
Sandy H. from Citrus Heights “The hotel was great. The service from the staff was fantastic. We even had a breakfast buffet the next morning. That in itself almost paid for the hotel fee.” Sep 22, 2004 by
Evelyn E. from Eugene “Had no delivered food service and had to call out to a delivery service that was a bit pricey. Computer desk had ants crawling all over it. Parking is limited. General room up keep was very good and the staff was helpful. Hotel provides free Internet access via ethernet cable and was very easy to use.” Sep 22, 2004 by
Lisa H. from Los Angeles “The hotel is run down, with stains all over the carpet and cigarette burns in the furniture. It also smelled bad, and this might be due to the fact that they allow pets in the rooms. The manager said they are supposed to begin renovation on November 1, 2004.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Steven J. from El Centro “The Hotel was Very Clean; I received First class service and a complimentary buffet breakfast for the whole family. This hotel exceeded my expectations.” Sep 8, 2004 by
Stephanie C. from Malibu “Excellent rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet!” Sep 7, 2004 by
Diana G. from Hemet “When I saw that my hotel result was only a 2 1/2 star rating, I was a little disappointed and a little worried about our destination. But to my surprise, the hotel was actually very nice, clean, and convenient. It definitely deserves a higher rating!!” Sep 3, 2004 by
Michael S. from Mentone, IN “The hotel was nicer than we expected and the rooms were SOOO much larger!”
