• Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
• Pool dirty & water was cloudy.

“This hotel was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. However, the pool was very dirty with leaves in the pool. The water was so cloudy. We went swimming in the evening.”

• The kitchen and floor loan.
• Outside hallways not very wide and a low ceiling.

“More than we expected, i.e.; upgraded beds/bedding, very well kept, clean, kitchen was wonderful with extras like coffee filters-paper towels, real silverware/glasses, salt/pepper, etc. Excellent hotel!”

• We loved the basketball, volleyball, tennis court.
• In the front parking lot, there was a sewer odor. We assumed it was from off-site.

“They really have thought of everything a person away from home could want. There were a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a small dishwasher in our suite (detergent was also provided). The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a great variety to choose from. We assume the evening hospitality hour was the same. The court spot gave more outdoor recreation/activity choices than the average hotel pool. We also appreciated the computer with internet access in the lobby available at no added charge.”

• Very attentive.
• Front desk provided maps and directions for all inquiries, they remembered our name after a few minutes.

“'Great experience. breakfast superb, full breakfast with different items daily, extremely clean. Happy hour beer and wine and soft drinks anytime day or night, complimentary. Great location to all areas and many stores for restaurants and shopping.”

• Location and it was clean and people friendly
• It only offered queen beds and not two queens. I had to sleep on a pull-out.

• Nice for family stay, has kitchen, very clean,
• The hotel assigned us to smoking room, there was no parking space available during late night.

“I think the security should check whether the cars parked are exclusively for hotel guests. The parking area are always fully parked during late night.”

• They offer grocery purchase and delivery, Service exceptional. Breakfast great variety.
• We liked everything.

“The Residence Inn really offers the glamour of having a suite, the convenience of having the full kitchen, and they have literally thought of everything. All the major kitchen equipment you would need down to can openers and corkscrews are provided. Their hospitality hours are very nice and give guests a chance to mingle. The continental breakfast offers a wider variety than some restaurants. All toiletry items are available upon request, and they even have a little convenience store!”

• We had two rooms next to each other and opened the adjoining door for a huge suite. We had a Mother's Day breakfast in the garden by their pool-GREAT!
• NOTHING

“Outstanding in everyway. Great for a family with living room, kitchen and bedroom. Beautiful eating area where there is a self-service breakfast by the garden and pool. We all prepared our own waffles which was a big hit with the grandchildren. It is the best Mother's Day I ever had. The staff was so courteous. If we needed anything they were there in a minute with our request.”

• The price was great, the room big, the staff friendly, and the full breakfast was unexpected and saved about 20-25 dollars for a family of 4.
• what was not to like

“ It had a kitchen that was very adequate for a quick meal and provided a full breakfast that really helped save some cash. I'd go back in a heartbeat for that price.”

• My guest and I really enjoyed the kitchenette. Very convenient.

• E-Z access from Escondido , Calif. And in a nice shopping area within walking distance to most outlets.
• Not there long enough..

• I liked the breakfast buffett they offered it was the best one I have ever had at a hotel.
• The only thing we did not like was the mattress was not comfortable. It was not very sturdy.

“I will never stay at another Residence Inn. Saturday night someone was holding a birthday party for an 11 year old in the room above me. All the children were running and jumping in the room all night. Management said they would move me to another room but I said I was staying and he should move the offending party to another room. He said that was not an option and when I asked why he said, "Because I decided so." They are a liability to your business and I shall let several hundred clients know that when I send out my 2004 tax organizers in several weeks.”

“The rooms were beautiful. There was a separate sleeping area that had a very nice pocket door that closed it off to the living, dining, kitchen area. Rooms were large, had popcorn for the microwave, coffee, and other nice touches. On the grounds, there was a community grill. I took advantage of the laundry facilities. The pool and sport court were also very nice. Breakfast was lovely with more choices than the usual restaurant.”

“The hotel was great. The service from the staff was fantastic. We even had a breakfast buffet the next morning. That in itself almost paid for the hotel fee.”

“Had no delivered food service and had to call out to a delivery service that was a bit pricey. Computer desk had ants crawling all over it. Parking is limited. General room up keep was very good and the staff was helpful. Hotel provides free Internet access via ethernet cable and was very easy to use.”

“The hotel is run down, with stains all over the carpet and cigarette burns in the furniture. It also smelled bad, and this might be due to the fact that they allow pets in the rooms. The manager said they are supposed to begin renovation on November 1, 2004.”

“When I saw that my hotel result was only a 2 1/2 star rating, I was a little disappointed and a little worried about our destination. But to my surprise, the hotel was actually very nice, clean, and convenient. It definitely deserves a higher rating!!”
