“I went there for my sons wedding with his Grandmother, my step dad and my husband. Well the room had holes in the walls, AC did not work in the master bedroom, no closet or proper provisions to hang clothing the one we had was broken.”

• The friendly staff.
• Non-smoking room smelled like smoke; felt springs of bed under my back; towels were so thin.

“I would not recommend this hotel to any family or friends due to the following: non-smoking room smelled of pungent smoke/cigar- mattress was so poor that springs could be felt under back- mattress was so poorly worn it sank or dipped in the middle- towels were 10 years old as they were so thin I could see right through them may go in so far as to report this hotel to the Better Business Bureau.”

• Limited parking, poor check in, under remodeling, felt like a half way house.

“It took 20 minutes to check-in. The clerk had no good restaurant recommendation and the next door restaurant was only fair. Walls were paper thin, with a lot of noise. Bed was poor. Construction materials were scattered around the grounds. Morning coffee was poor, with no cup caps. Giving this motel more than 1/2 a star is generous.”

• Rooms are run down.

“We had several problems: outlets had no covers (I have small kids), AC sounded like it was grinding ice everyday, every time the cleaning crew came in our key cards had to be reformatted, we were offered another room but it was too late, management did not even help when kids were banging on doors and running at 1 am. I will not ever stay here again.”

• It was clean and the staff was friendly.
• None.

“I needed a room quick and this place was easy to find. Check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean, stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. The location was great, it was really close to the freeway and there was a restaurant right next door. You park right next to your suite/room so there are no additional fees for parking. They have the typical complimentary wake up call, room service, and late check out if you need it.”

• Location was close to wild animal park (5mi).
• I didn't really like anything about this hotel.

“We got there and the hotel staff did not have my reservation. They said they only had one room left (with a king bed) and gave that to me. I felt like I really had to stand my ground in order for them to honor my reservation. It was not a good experience.”

• That it was across the street from a Super 8 Motel with vacancies
• The overall of the entire place.

“It looked like a place where you would stay and pay by the HOUR. Even though I had paid for two rooms I could not stay. The ad on the Internet for the Best Value Inn & Suites is totally deceiving not anything like what it really is from the outside to inside including the staff. THANK GOD FOR SUPER 8 MOTEL..”

• The rooms are not up to standard and in need of upgrades.
