• Staff tried to help when room not cleaned and no other smoking rooms available, but unsuccessful.
• Seriously in disrepair throughout.

“The hotel is in disrepair. Patio doors would not roll easily due to rust on wheels, bathroom door would not roll open or closed all the way. The patio was very dirty and showed signs of concrete needing repair. We were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned, then were told there were no other smoking rooms available when we needed to change rooms.”

• Staff all was very efficient, polite, convenient and attractive.
• Buffet in bar in evening needs more variety.

“Hotel was very clean and pretty. Pool area was comfortable with good access to bar and lobby. Very quiet in rooms. Room was comfortable. Hotel staff all was very nice and helpful.”

• Complimentary cocktails and breakfasts.
• On busy street, very noisy outside and loud air conditioner inside room.

“This was a very nice hotel. Everyone was very helpful. We were very pleased with the complimentary cocktails and full breakfasts. It was very close to the wineries. The only things we didn't like is that it's on a very busy street, the pool area, courtyard is very noisy and we had a very loud air conditioner unit in our room. Although it was a little noisy, we would definitely stay there again.”

• The continental breakfast.

“Power was out, was not told until we got there, and the staff did not seem to care. Room service was slow and the food was bad, the sink leaked, was finally fixed, service trays were left in the hallway for over a day.”

• The front desk was helpful with travel plans, extra amenities and courtesy.
• Pool area needed more lush plants or ambiance.

“Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. my travel companions enjoyed the room, and the full breakfast. The beds were ultra comfortable with plush pillows which made it easy to fall asleep. Everyone in my party wants to do this trip again, in the same hotel, but add more people to our list. we will return.”

• The amenities were fantastic. Great happy hour & great breakfast.
• The walls were paper thin. We were awakened every time someone went by the door and from the room adjoining us.

“The hotel was great in every way except for the fact that the noise outside the room was ridiculous. It was almost as though there were no doors or walls in our particular room.”

• The cook to order breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
• The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable.

“We only stayed overnight, but the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The suite with the King size bed was nice, but the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable. I would recommend the 2 queen suite. The cook to order breakfast was great with friendly staff, and the quick check-out was nice. I would come back again.”

• Breakfast was good. Room heaters work excellent.
• Too close to freeway. Too many people at happy hour couldn't get a drink.

“Had the King suite and found nothing really special about it. It just had a lot of unusable space. It would be a good spot for a business person that needed to be around everything. As for a romantic weekend getaway it is lacking. Made to order omelets were great. No trouble finding parking.”

• Nothing comes to mind.

“This hotel was awesome. I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cook to order breakfast was a great bonus. The "managers reception" w/ free cocktails made for a great end to a long day. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with a great deal on a great hotel.”

• Asked for non-smoking, got smoking, it stunk.

“Over all nice folks. Noisy on the western exterior rooms, much quieter on the interior side of the complex. Outstanding breakfasts.”

• The breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the afternoon manager's cocktail party.
• The air conditioning system was loud when it came on.

“We spent a relaxing weekend at the hotel. It was right off the freeway and centrally located between old town, perching, and the wine country. The room was very comfortable except for the air conditioner was noisy and blew cold air on one side of the bed.”

• Extremely convenient. The hotel had restaurants within walking distance.
• Everything was great. No complaints.

“This hotel is located conveniently close to many services, restaurants, etc. Temecula had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I liked the free internet service.
• The management.

“The hotel is beautiful and in a great location but we had a terrible experience! First we gee there and they lost our reservation even though we had a conformation number. Then they put us in aroma where the air conditioner was broken. When I called down to have them fix it they told me they had already informed me that my air was broken. They did switch my room but that room was 89 degrees and I could not operate the thermostat. Finally after a 3rd call downstairs it was fixed. No apology on offer to make it up tops us!”

• Complimentary cooked to order breakfast was excellent.
• Did not have the room I reserved ready on my arrival.

“The quality and decor of the rooms was excellent. However, I reserved a smoking room and was told there were none available on my arrival. While the hotel did discount the cost of my room, it was an inconvenience for my wife and I. The cooked to order breakfast was very good, but you need to get there early on the weekends as it gets very crowded later in the breakfast time. There was not enough patio furniture in the pool area for even half of the number of guests using it on the weekend. We requested that powdered creamer be placed with the in-room coffee materials, however that never occurred.”

• I really liked the two room suite.
• I was unhappy with the fact the sliding door for the lavatory was off the track.

“I really enjoyed the two room suite experience where the sitting room is separated from the bedroom area. Having a television in the sitting area as well as the bedroom was a nice touch. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and having a complimentary breakfast cooked to order was very nice.”
