• The general layout was beautiful.Very well landscaped.
• Our room was older didn't have very good airconditioner.The portable didn't help very much.

“In general it was okay maybe a bit expensive for what was actually proveded in the room.The grounds were beautiful though.”

• The views are very nice
• The fixtures are old and the hotel needs refurbishing.

“This inn is suitable for a romantic weekend, but not for the business traveler. Also, the place is old and need significant refurbishing. This also does not deserve a 3 star rating due to the aging facilities. 2.5 stars at best.”

• Remote and somewhat hidden that provided a quiet atmosphere
• closest dining was country club which had limited hours

“This is appropriately identified as a resort as it is removed from conveniences, e.g., restaurants, markets, service stations, so these things need to be considered in your stay. Direction Map from the Internet made it easy to find the resort. The facility is clean and quite comfortable.”

• Helpful staff, nice resort grounds, quiet stie
• Rooms are dated, poorly maintained, thin walls.

“The room decor, while quaint, was very old and there were few amenities. The maintenance of the room was poor - the walls were badly in need of paint, the tilework was badly patched and the bathroom fixtures were old. I did not equate the quality of my room with Residence Inn or Doubletree.The front desk staff is excellent and the resort amenities are probably above average. ”

• Beautiful, spacious room, excellent spa facilities, convenient location
• Dining facility is not in the same building - have to go across the street

“$65/night for a beautiful, spacious king-size deluxe room with a balcony. Excellent spa facilities, convenient location right off of I-15. Very congenial host and staff.

I will definitely return.”

“Beautiful setting with lots of trees on a golf course. larger rooms with balconies overlooking pool and four hot soaking pools connected by small waterfalls. My friends were at Holiday Inn express which was a dump compared to Castle Creek.”

• Location, easy access
• Spiders and spider webs at 2 separate wall corners

“We loved the beautiful grounds and the spacious room. The location was so close to the Interstate we were traveling, yet the Inn was nestled into the foothills of the mountains and it gave us the feeling of being away from everything. We really enjoyed our stay.”

• It was okay, but really needs to be remodeled.

“It was very remote & quiet. There were a few bugs flying in the room. Not sure if they came from outside when we opened the door or what. Very nice landscaping & the spa was fun.”

“Very scenic, peaceful location. Not many food options nearby, but the quiet made up for it. Friendly staff. I especially loved the free high speed internet access.”

“Hotel quality was poor. Lobby is attractive, but room had a cheap appearance. Didn't feel particularly well kept or clean, and there were little bugs in the room. Outdated cooling system that was loud when reactivating; making for disturbed sleep. Called ahead to ask if I could bring 12 year old daughter along, and was told that I had to pay additional $35 for her...poor business”

“The staff was less than willing to accommodate my young children. They wanted to charge an additional $35 per child to upgrade to a room with 2 beds or pay $139 for an additional room as they said they were booked. After a long day, I wanted to check in, freshen up for dinner and figure out what my family should do.”
