• Room was clean, convenient location.

“The room was nice and clean. It was a bit weird they left the open soap in the shower and on the sink from the last guest. The heater either did not work or I could not figure out the remote control for the unit. Staff was very friendly. The location in old town is terrific. Easy to get to the freeway as well walking distance to all of the old town shops.”

• Nice value for the money. Room has all the amenities you need.
• Air condition blows directly to your face and is very noisy.

• Many dining and shoping choices.
• Poor service.Toilet backed up and unable to use.

“It is an older hotel, overall clean. Location is great for shopping and dining in Temecula. The toilet backed up first morning in our room. We called 2 times for a plunger to fix the problem and no one came. Was very disappointed in manager to not respond and fix the problem ASAP. Luckily, we had rented another room for friends and we had to use their bathroom. Not happy about that. Would not stay there again.”

• Location.
• Musty smell-room and bedding, refrigerator was leaking onto carpet.

“The room and bedding like a college dorm room. The staff didn't care when we complained that the room refrigerator was leaking, and the rug was wet. the television had static lines running through almost every channel. The pool is smaller than the room we stayed in. Staying at the motel ruined our vacation.”

• Close proximity to Casino and city.
• Breakfast served a little longer.

• Close to Pechanga resort and casino, Great location, very close to down town.
• The lobby was closed when I arrived. I had to wait about ten minutes till some one came to open.

“Well situated in down town Temecula plenty of activities and restaurants within a short distance. Overall meets the 1 star.”

• Spa was dirty, continental breakfast was very limited.

“Overall, it was comfortable and I appreciated the free WiFi access. Staff was very nice and it was clean.”

• I enjoyed everything!
• They didn't have a restaurant.

“Hands down this was the nicest room I have ever stayed in, and it was so inexpensive. I was expecting a basic room; what I got was a huge room with a very nice couch, a Cal King bed with velour type bed spread and four huge pillows. It had all the amenities you would want: iron, hairdryer, toiletries, they even have a closet off of the bathroom with a closing mirrored door. Just make sure that you ask for the King suite. The location was perfect, it is situated right in the middle of Old Town and it was extremely quiet. We will definitely be going back.”

• Check in staff was nice.
• Peeling paint, loud, no atmosphere.

“If it were anywhere other than Temecula (hard to get a room) on the weekend, we would not stay again.”

• The staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed directions.
• The key did not always work and it was close to the highway.

“It was very nice. The room was clean and well kept. The highway noise was loud, but not distracting. The location is good because its in the heart of hold town Temecula so it was in walking distance of restaurants and shopping.”

• Close to old town and wineries.
• Right across the street from two bars, it got loud several times through the night, but then again it was St. Patrick¿s day.

“We choose this hotel due to the availability and closeness to the wineries and old town Temecula. Not bad for location and demand.”

• Poor Management

“We had drunken parties outside our room from the Stampede dance hall until 2 a.m., and after our repeated calls to the front desk for assistance, nothing was resolved. It was more like a college dormitory, than a hotel. Avoid this place if you need sleep. The high weekend rate for proximity to the Stampede, accommodation and lack of professional management, made our choice a bad one.”
