• continental breakfast was very good and friendly staff
• it was kind of pricey for a 2 - 2.5 star hotel & we had to pay extra $12 to switch to 2- queen beds

“We were happy overall with our stay but wish that we would not of had to pay additional $12 to switch to 2- queen beds fron a king bed, because we had our 10 yr. old daughter with us. There should not be an extra charge to change bed types.”

• Friendly staff.
• The room was dark and unattractive. Too much money.

“It happened to be a very quiet Friday night. Our room was next to the pool, but as it was cool that afternoon, no one used it. I was afraid that it would be a noisy place, but thankfully, it was very quiet. After our 5 hour drive of horrendous traffic, we were happy to have a quiet one night stay.”

• The location was great.
• The bathroom doorknob was broken which gave me the opinion that they don't care much about maintenance.

• We like the location.
• The bed was not all that comfortable.

“The location of the hotel is quite, just outside of Old Town. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but had an unpleasant odor. (Febreze helped). The bed was not comfortable. Our room was a handicap room, a good size and easy for my wife to move around in crutches.”

“The last two times when I arrived at the hotel I have had to pay extra for two beds and since I frequently travel with two children we need a two bed room. I consider two queen beds the minimum and do not expect to pay extra.”

• Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean.
• There were people outside of the motel room talking very loudly after 10:00 PM and my room was located near the ice machine.

“Close to Old Town Temecula which was good. Outside entrance to the rooms, so it was noisy with people on the stairs and outside talking. Courteous and pleasant staff and clean room.”

• It was a great location.
• The carpets were filthy.

“The motel was in a great location and had a free breakfast. Our great grandson, a 14 month old toddler without shoes, walked and crawled on the floor. He had to be wiped down before we left the room because the carpet was filthy.”

• It was near the freeway.
• The staff was rude and the continental breakfast was bad.

“When I checked in the desk was rude. The TV was in a weird place which made it difficult to see from the bed. The continental breakfast was not very good. It was near the freeway and the parking is good though.”

Also, it was apparent that the "office" was previously a guest room- for the amount they charge for a room you would think they could actually have a lobby!”

• The office did not inform us that the water was to be turned off for an hour, and we discovered the refrigerator and microwave on our own and too late.

“The Ramada in Temecula is no luxury resort, but it has no pretensions of being one. It is a great place to get a good, clean room at reasonable rates. No frills, but good value.”

• Consistency in room types; floor plan that is economic yet gives the feeling of being spacious. Well equipped.
• Breakfast not suited for people who must avoid sugar and white flour, like diabetics.

“We've stayed twice at this hotel, both times trying to combine business with pleasure at a price we could afford. The hotel is well equipped and clean. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The outdoor areas are mostly concrete, but there is some outdoor table seating both in the pool area and immediately in front of the breakfast room. The pool is small and chilly, but the Jacuzzi is nice. Chairs around the pool are comfortable and of good quality. One of the single rooms we stayed in had a love seat and coffee table which we really appreciated. We liked the possibility of two people being able to sit together and watch TV. The rooms are not overly large, but very well equipped and arranged so that they do not feel cramped. The wireless connection is good. Breakfast was the one drawback for us. Our dietary needs prohibit sugar and white flour and that is the only thing on the menu, even though it comes in lots of forms (waffles, muffins, bagels, cold cereal).”

• Its near the old town Temecula area and right next to the Harley shop.
• It was too far from the wineries, which is why I was in Temecula.

“This hotel isn't bad. Its your standard Ramada. Can't really say its any different. Though its not as close to the wineries as I had thought. I would say that if you are going to stay in Temecula for the old town attractions, this is a well priced one with a great location (just past the east end of old town so you can avoid some of that foot traffic). If you plan to go for getting smashed at the wineries, stay around there. Its only a couple of miles but a long drive with plenty of law enforcement.”

• The internet connection was good, office chair excellent, room clean.
• There was nothing for breakfast I could eat. I can't eat 100% crabs for breakfast.

“If I had had the choice, I would have rated it 1 1/2 star. It was clean, everything worked, the staffs were friendly enough but it missed something. I didn't like the signs in the room telling me how much I would pay if I took the towels, how much I would pay if I smoked. Made me feel like I was under surveillance. I would not stay there again.”

• The location is great if you want to see old town Temecula and play at the Casino.
• Staff not friendly, the hotel looks that is specially attractive to truckers.

• I liked having a couch and coffee table in the room. The refrigerate was also a plus.
• The pool was much smaller than I thought it would be. The bathroom was dirty.

“The location was excellent. Within a few minutes drive, we were able to arrive at either location. They offer a light breakfast to patrons of the hotel for free. It was very filling and included coffee, tea, orange juice and milk. Also available was a variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, and homemade waffles. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.”

• Free high speed internet, with easy access.
• The hotel back up to the freeway and can be loud on weekday mornings.

“The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was very good, waffles, cereal, several types of juice and coffee, fruit, yogurt and a variety of breads. The room had a queen sized bed, a desk and a couch. This room could be very comfortable for travelers. The rooms also had a microwave and a mini fridge. There are two restaurants on the property and old town is a (moderate, about 1.5 miles) walk or short drive away.”

• It was quiet and close to the Fwy. For easy travel.
• Booked dbl. Queen non smoking & had a king smoking on arrival. Had to fight for the chg. And it cost me $60.00 extra for the week. Terrible coffee.

“Was disappointed to find had not booked correctly. I have the receipt for the extra$60.00 I was charged by the hotel. The room was adequate, but could have had more TV channels. The in room coffee maker did not work and I ended up scalding my hand as a result. Tried to make coffee in the room day 2 as the coffee in the restaurant was awful (very watery and no coffee flavor at all). I work in a hospital, so I wasn't expecting star bucks, but even the Folgers and Maxwell house we are served tastes like coffee, even if not that great. As a result, we ate our breakfasts out and not in your restaurant. I would advise anyone to be very cautious about booking a room, because what I saw wasn't what I got.”

• Nice continental breakfast.
• Bathroom was not as nice as the rest of the room.

“Overall I was very pleased with this hotel; remodeled rooms, breakfast, pool and spa were all fantastic. This hotel is easy to get to, located just off of the freeway and along the main road connecting it to the charming historic main street. I would definitely stay at this Ramada again.”

• Our room was absolutely beautiful. Nice remodel! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless!
• If anything, maybe a little better quality pillows and two more bath towels per room. However, that's about it!

“We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. As I mentioned earlier, the room was absolutely beautiful. We were also happy that it has a pool and a Jacuzzi which will be great when we want to stay here in the summer time! Yes, we will be returning! Also, not to mention the country restaurant which is on the same property? Talk about convenience! And their food was fantastic! Last, but not least, the proximity to the freeway and pechanga casino and my brother's home which is about a mile away! We're in! ”

• It was fairly quiet (it was right next door to the Harley Davidson dealership).
• People talking right outside the window late a night.

• The newly remodeled rooms are very, very nice.
• No breakfast included.

“I had one room with my wife and three small children, while my parents and aunt had another room. We all loved our rooms. The decor and cleanliness are currently impeccable. The front desk staff was very nice to deal with also. They were very considerate of our reason for being in town (finalization of an adoption) and granted us a late check-out time so that we could get our morning business done without having to pack everything out early in the morning. We'd return here in a heartbeat!”

• Good location for visit to Temecula old town or Pechanga Casino.

“The location was convenient for a quick trip to Pechanga Casino, about two miles down the road. Free breakfast and wireless internet also were nice features, providing an overall great value.”

• The location was great.

• Very clean, spacious roooms,frig & micro,excellent continental breakfast
• Locaton is right off of the freeway

“At first we were very put off by the location and from the picture, were very surprised(disappointed) by what we saw. But in the morning.... our minds changed after seeing the comparatively large room and having everything so clean and recently remodeled. The continental breakfast was very extensive and the breakfast room very clean and staff very friendly. Also a bonus, the hotel is across the parking lot from Alberto's Mexican Food, which has always been a favorite of ours in CA. We enjoyed our stay here much more than the previous 3 nights at the Wyndham Resort in Palm Springs!”

• It had a great continental breakfast
• There was mold all over the bathroom walls and shower.

“The hotel was okay. It has a bit shabby for the price and was more like a Motel 6 than a Ramada. It's saving grace was the free breakfast offered in the morning.”
