• Good location to the harbor.
• A busy train track runs right behind the hotel and it very noisy!

“The hotel is right next to a busy railroad track where the trains blow their horns non-stop. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good. They also had complimentary shuttles to the cruise terminal.”

• It had a comfortable bed.
• I was placed in the smoking section.

“I was placed in the smoking section without warning. Our view was of a black tar roof. And we were about 50 ft. from a train line. The housekeeping lady was whistling in the hall all morning and the trains came every 10 minutes. I will never stay here again.”

• Staff was helpful and friendly.
• There was no prior notice that parking was extra and there were not enough spaces.

“I thought the hotel and staff were very nice. I was surprised when parking was extra and there were no spaces left to park!”

• Parking space is limited.

• It was very clean and the room was attractive.
• Train runs behind the hotel and make noise all night.

“If it had not been for the train and the construction next door our stay would have been perfect but it was way too noisy.”

• Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Internet access. Close to Gas lamp Qtr and Convention Center. Free breakfast too!
• Everything was fine except the bathroom had a funny smell.

“Friendly staff and convenient location in downtown. Affordable, especially since most hotels in the area were twice as much for the same weekend. Very clean. Exceeded my expectations, especially for my first time at a 2* (I usually stay at 3*+). Would recommend to others, and would stay at again.”
