• Room clean and fresh smelling.
• Lack of parking when hotel is full.

“Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking was very limited. Staff was not helpful in suggesting parking alternatives. Basically said you can park in the aisle ways, fire lanes, but any damage is not our problem. Hotel is good for a place to sleep at a decent price.”

• Nothing.
• The bed was hard and I could hear the neighbors loud and clear.

“The room was very plan and the bed sheets were stiff and the bed was hard. There were parts of the bathroom wall that had wholes in them. I could hear the neighbors in the room next to me, so it did not seem like there was much privacy and the parking was all full. I did not enjoy my stay at all.”

• The swimming pool was in proper temperature and fairly clean. The Jacuzzi was nice and warm.
• The carpet in the room was thrashed. The room was in desperate need of a makeover. The refrigerator ticked like a bomb.

“The lobby area was nice and clean. Danishes, OJ, coffee and slices of bread is not a continental breakfast. That is a misrepresentation to travelers. It was in a good location, and the swimming pool & Jacuzzi offered welcome relief to the kids.”

• Location to the freeway.

“The staff was friendly when we checked in and gave us the room in the back we requested. The maid did not speak English. It is convenient to the freeway and was quiet.”

• Parking is very tight.
