• Very convenient location for us. Garage parking was nice and bed was pretty comfortable.
• No microwave in room.

“The Spokane TraveLodge is very convenient to downtown. The hotel is clean and quiet. Cookies are set out every evening too. There is off street parking and also garage parking available on a first come basis. A bit outdated in decor.”

• Tough to park if unfamiliar with the entrances and exits.

“We stayed in Spokane for Pig Out in the park which was across the street and tow blocks down. Hotel staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. They kept the modest hot breakfast bar stocked properly even though they were busy. Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering the downtown location. The public areas of the hotel were clean as well. Complimentary Spokesman Review and USA today was appreciated.”

• Next to INB performing arts center! Fresh cookies every night!
• Free breakfast, but it was free.

“The Travelodge exceeded our expectations of a 2 star motel. This is the nicest Travelodge I've been to. The bed was comfortable. The lobby is nice and spacious. The rooms are pretty good sized as well. Love the location -we walked to our concert at the performing arts center. We also walked to Riverfront Park on several occasions, as well as dining. Our favorite thing: The fresh chocolate chip cookies every night.”

• Convenient Downtown location, covered and secure parking.
• Cramped breakfast bar area.

“I will stay here again when in Spokane. The convenience of the location to Downtown was pretty swell. Lots of dining option in easy walking distance. Close to the river and good walking.”

• The front desk provided some of the best customer service that I have seen.

“This hotel was within walking distance of Shennanigan's Restaurant and the Riverside Park. The front desk staff was especially helpful. They even had 6 a.m. breakfast set out by 4:30, so we could grab a quick bite to eat before we caught and early morning flight.”

• Good location close to restaurants and riverfront park.
• Excellent price with adequate comfort level in rooms Clean and staff were very helpful with suggestions for meal and entertainment selection.

“Totally impressed with this accommodation as the very reasonable price made us somewhat leery before we checked in but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the facility. I will definitely stay at this motel the next time we are in Spokane and would recommend it because of its' convenient location in the downtown area.”

• Close to restaurants and convention center.
• Hard beds. Noisy neighborhood. One-way streets.

“Although this hotel impressed us for being a Travelogues, we were reminded of it's heritage once we were in our room. The lobby is beautiful, but the staff are definitely only trained for lower-end hotel service, not the upper-end that the hotel image is trying to portray. Having to pay for a key deposit is definitely startling. While the building looks beautiful and the room is large and well-decorated, the beds are hard, all rooms are noisy, (as it's located in the middle of a major traffic area in Spokane) and the amenities are definitely intended to be on-the-cheap. This Travelogues presents a very impressive shell, but the staff, bed and amenities, all 'under-the-skin' factors, definitely take it back down to the ranks of the average Travelogues of a much lower rating than 2-star. I'm happy with the price we paid for the area and the fact that rooms were limited that weekend, but it would not likely be my first choice of properties if I were booking directly.”

• Location was good.
• TV didn't work on local stations. A/C didn't work. Homeless people hangout.

“The hotel sucked. Maintenance was horrible. Attitude was even worse”
