• Wireless internet, the bed was comfortable.
• The facilities were worn, pool area was dirty, rooms smelled musty.

• Staff was friendly.
• Bathroom tissue almost gone. Was kindly corrected, though.

“It is a place to spend the night, not much more. But it is clean, well-kept and convenient. Restaurants are handy, an indoor Shopping Mall is just down the street and Downtown Spokane and the Airport are just minutes away. The free breakfast is better than most.”

• It was close to eating establishments and easy to get to.
• The blanket on my sisters bed had something disgusting on it.

“The hotel was over all very nice. The only problem was the bedspread and blanket on my sisters bed. The bedspread had a bad looking stain and the blanket had a spot of something white and crusty looking on it. She called down to the front desk and they were very quick in bringing her a fresh blanket. She didn't ask for a new spread as she does not sleep with a bedspread on the bed.”

• Continental breakfast great, outdoor pool (summer use only) close to shopping, restaurants.
• Small bathroom, poor TV size & snowy picture, shower not working properly, given a basement room.

“Would stay there again only if ground floor or above for same price. North end of Spokane which is convenient for shopping at local malls. Theatres within five minutes. Great eating areas nearby. Quiet. Lots of parking spaces. Outdoor pool. Laundry facility clean.”

• Easy to find; on direct thoroughfare.
• Area for continental breakfast too small and not ventilated for the number of guests using it.

“A decent, basic, and up to date hotel that is ideal for the traveler that intends to stay only a few days or overnight. The rooms were very clean and there was ample basics (towels, soap, etc) for the guest to use. The hot and cold water supply at the sink had been hooked up backwards, but other than that, there were no real problems with room or service.”
