• Spacious rooms.
• The only way it would have been better is to have a continental breakfast included.

• Rooms were very clean and well supplied. Room service was great.
• Only draw back was it was a short distance from downtown. Out near Airport.

“I would give the hotel and staff a very good rating. Facilities were clean and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly and accommodating and room service was great.”

• Front desk people were friendly and nice.
• Rooms were not keep cleanup on a daily basis.

“Room was okay front desk people were nice friendly and very helpful but the housekeeping staff looked as if they were not to thorough in the jobs of cleaning especially in the bathroom.”

• Free shuttle saved on rental cost and they new were everything was.
• Completely smoke free.

• Rooms were quiet-shuttle service great!
• My food was good/spouse ok. Service very good.

“We needed a hotel close to the Airport for an early am flight. The price was outstanding for the quality of the hotel, and the room were clean and very quiet. We'd definitely stay there again.”

“I asked a room for 1 adult 3 children. I was given a room with 1 king size bed, when asked for a room change I was told that I could be upgraded to a suite and they would provide extra blankets and pillows to make a bed on the floor. After the transfer of rooms, they said they were out of blankets and pillows, then we saw them delivering blankets to another room.”

“The buffet breakfast (at 9:00 am) appeared to have been set there since very early that morning. The potatoes were crispy, dehydrated chunks and the eggs were a drippy, soggy mess. The bacon was ok - but these were the only things on their very overpriced buffet.”

• Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful and comfortable.
• There was nothing close to the hotel except the airport.

“Close to the airport and beautiful. Great place to relax and get away. The room was something out of a magazine. The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious.”

• Was nice to have room service available. Good food and didn't have to get out of my jammies!
• People next door got in about midnight, very noisy, door banging etc.

• Hotel was new and modern. Very close to airport.
• Dining facility was not open for breakfast.

“We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the Spokane airport very late, the shuttle was still running and they were quick to pick us up. The facility was very new and modern. Rooms were well taken care of and exceptionally clean. The only disappointment was the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. We had to go off the grounds for a meal. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The restaurant and bar staffs were great.
• The maid staff was awful.

“When my husband and I arrived at the hotel the room was clean. Later on the next day when we came back to our room it had not been cleaned. Our bed had been made but nothing else had been done. The cups from our morning coffee were still on the counter with coffee still in them. The coffee maker had not been cleaned. Dirty glasses that were used the night before were still in our room. Not one thing was re stocked including our washcloths and towels, new cup, glasses, shampoo or soap, nothing. My husband and I were very disappointed in this hotel, it definitely was not a 3 + star.”

• Elegant setting of room and lobby.
• No vent in the bathroom and mediocre housekeeping services in between nights.

“Overall, it was very nice, worth the extra few dollars. The pool could have been a touch warmer and the hot tub hotter, but you cant please us all on that. I was shocked that there was no fan or vent in the bathroom, resulting in a tiny bit of mold on the shower curtain and housekeeping overlooked some things that needed to be cleaned and restocked. The breakfast buffet had poor service due to lack of staffing, but it really was a great place compared to many others I have stayed in.”

• Kids friendly environment.
• No towels by the pool after three request over 90 minutes time.

“Except for the lack of response to the three requests for pool towels at 3:30 p.m. and over the next 90 minutes, the visit was good.”

• Directional signs back to the freeway were lacking.
