• We got a great rate.
• Not much to say here.

“Great rooms, very comfortable beds. Some of the best on our week long trip in different hotels. Good shower head. Only bummer was that we didn't know they had a water park until we looked out the window in the morning and saw it. Nobody told us upon check in about it (like the literature states they would do) so we didn't know and weren't in a position to plan to utilize it until it was too late and had to get going. Would have been fun for the kids. If it was open, it should have been advertised at check in.”

• Location.
• Old poorly designed/layed out hotel.

“Excellent location as it is literally within walking distance of the airport. The hotel itself is older with a definite need of an update. The hotel design itself is awkward as it is a two story circular building with only one elevator close to the lobby. My kids were disappointed that the water slide was closed during our stay. All in all there are newer better designed hotels almost as close.”

• Close to the airport.
• Wallpaper peeling off, no base boards, noisy hallways.

“The hotel was located next to the airport, which made it easy access when we were ready to fly out. We didn't have much interaction with the staff besides check in, but they seemed friendly. The bed was comfortable, we didn't seem to hear any airplanes overhead, but could hear everything going on out in the hallway and could see the hall light around the door. The room had refrigerator and microwave which was nice. The hotel seemed to be family friendly due to the pool area.”

• Great pool and experience for the kids; nice to have the pet provisions.
• There were dirty socks from the previous room occupant left in my room.

“Reasonably nice hotel, other than the dirty-sock issue (I'm sure it was an oversight, but still). I felt the staff could have worked a bit harder to put us in adjoining rooms; they were very full, so perhaps that was understandable.”

• Decent hotel, but not special.

“This hotel wasn't nice. The towels were stiff, and the washcloths were worn out. They had run out of roll away beds.There is no free breakfast. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I would not stay there again, because it didn't live up to my expectations.”

“It was okay but very mediocre. Hard to find at first, ended up in the airport and it is in there, somewhere, room was so so. Restaurant seemed too expensive to us for what you got, so we ate somewhere else.”

• The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and courteous.
• The dining was rather expensive for modest income families.

• I loved the convenience to the airport.
• We were on second floor. No elevator to bring up luggage.

“We loved the hotel, the Remington Cafe had great food, the room was very clean. The staff was great. The location could not have been better.The only drawback was bringing our luggage up to second floor.”

• A 4 minute walk from the airport. friendly staff. clean, basic room

“If u are looking for a heavenly bed experence, this isn't it.the room is basic, clean and conveinent to airport.staff helpful and friendly. room had a microwave and a mini fridge. not close to anything but the airport, which was perfect for me.”

• The room was clean and comfortable, it was only a few minutes from the terminal, I was very satisfied with my stay.
• The food was a bit too pricy

• This hotel has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, coffee, tea. Nice touch!
• Hallways were still not updated and were a little stuffy.

“Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a pool, jucuzzi, great restaurant, lounge, it is walking distance to the airport. The perfect hotel if you are traveling.”

• Noisy until midnight, door slamming, looked out on mess in yard

“It was right at the Spokane Airport and was very quiet eventually. We ate in the restaurant and it had good service and good food. The matresses were new and very nice. The room was clean with microwave and Frig.”

• The wait staff was extremely accommodating, feeding me at their closing time and preparing a wonderful 'breakfast-to-go' for me to eat the next morning
• I could not get in the building by my hotel room as my key (and the others who tried keys) did not work.

“Wonderful location (right across from the airport car rental place), beautiful room and helpful staff. I loved it! Wish I'd had more time to enjoy the pools and indoor water slide.”

• No in room internet, and I had to pay extra to leave my car there over the weekend.

“Sure it's next to the airport but there are other hotels close to the airport. The holiday in doesn't charge for parking and it has internet in the rooms, the Hilton garden Inn also. I guess you get what you pay for. ”

• We didn't qualify for their Park & Fly package because we didn't make reservations directly with them.

• This hotel was very clean. The pool was great - the waterslide was popular with the kids.
• It was very close to the airport but seemed very remote and difficult to find.

“It is a standard motel that is well kept and has great amenities. The restaurant was very good and very quick. Pets are allowed. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Due to fog in Spokane, Wa. a lot of flights were canceled and delayed. I arrived late (10:30 PM) at the Ramada Inn at the Spokane Airport to find out that they were sold out and only had two non-smoking rooms left. Being from California and loving the non-smoking laws in public area I was very unhappy to find out that they did not reserve a non-smoking room for me. I have stayed at this particular Ramada Inn for a number of years and have noticed how it is really going down in the quality of rooms and services. My fellow co-working have shared the same information with me. The hotel clerks were not professional at all, in fact I felt that they were very rude. The night manager tried to comfort me by giving me the room that smelled the least smoky and some spray to cover up the smell. I slept with the window wide open (35 degrees) and the heater at 80 degrees. I woke up with sinus problems eyes burning, clothes and hair smelled like smoke and a headache. They did move me the next morning to a non-smoking room but I felt it was too late damage was done. I will never stay at this location again.”
