• Close to the Airport.
• No Airport shuttle service available for our flight departure.

“This hotel was selected for its proximity to the airport and airport shuttle service. However, for our flight departure 5:00 am no shuttle service was available because of staffing issues. A family checking into this hotel right after us were also on the same flight as us and also selected this hotel because of airport shuttle service which was not available for our flight departure. The bathroom lighting was terrible. Could not see while having a shower. Overall a bad experience with this hotel.”

• Worn carpet/bed spreads.

“We enjoyed our overnight stay here. The room was bigger than expected. Our children liked the pool. The family atmosphere in the breakfast area was especially nice.”

• Easy to miss & get back onto freeway need to know which exit to take.

• The free breakfast and the shuttle to casino.
• Lack of available parking - hotel was full.

“Easy to find right off interstate 90. Staff is extreme friendly and helpful. Room is always very clean and nicely appointed. Convenient to have Dennys right next door. Airport/casino shuttle is really handy.”

• The location is really close to the airport and has wonderful shuttle service.
• The hotel was fine.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable except that the indoor pool was so cold that we couldn't get in it. It should be heated a bit. It is there for the guests to use and they should make it as comfortable as the rooms are.”

• Beautiful roomy bed/ room.
• Renovations did not seem not complete.

“The room we stayed in (King Bed) was roomy and clean. Very nicely decorated. The bathroom was small but, the shower was extremely clean and I loved that there was a ecosaver/dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The extras (TV, microwave and refrigerator) were very appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.”

• The omelet for the free breakfast and great, clean room.
• Everything was great.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Peppertree in Spokane, WA. Best western properties can be less than exciting but the peppertree is excellent and a great value.”

• We enjoyed our stay.
• Your bottled water at $2.50 a bottle is pretty steep.

“Our stay was very nice. We were surprised at how quiet it was. We will stay there again.”

• Close to the airport and big room.
• Clerk told us there would be coffee ready in the early morning but there was only decaf.

“This hotel was clean and pleasant. The hot tub was a bit dirty and did not have a skimmer so there was hair and bits of things floating on the top of the water. The rooms seemed clean and pleasant and allowed a lot of room to spread out. There was also a refrigerator and a microwave.”

• Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and well kept up!
• A little hard to find the first time.

“I thought this hotel was brand new- came to find out it was 10+ years old. Office personnel and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and kept up extremely well. There is a Denny's right next door, but you do not need it for breakfast, as your stay includes a free continental breakfast that is quite sumptuous. Not your donuts & coffee kind of continental breakfast! They had fresh waffles, fresh fruit and pastries and several kinds of fruit juices along with coffee, tea, milk and hot chocolate. I will definitely stay here again. It is really close and convenient to the Northern Quest Casino.”

• Nice beds - very professional staff.
• Services that I assumed were free of charge were billed to the room - bottled water.

“This was a very good value in a motel and the breakfast was first class. Its convenience to the Spokane airport was a big selling point.”

• Confusion with reservations with numerous people in our party.

“Clean rooms, friendly managers, good continental breakfast. If you book reservations on line make sure you call and verify non smoking room and keep your paper work. If you book for more than 1 night make sure you still have the same room and it doesn't get changed to smoking. It happened to us. Hotel made it right. We also had trouble with keys not working.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast satisfying, and the free airport parking and shuttle service very convenient.

• Friendly staff. Convenient to airport. Clean rooms. Enjoyed the pool.
• Hot tub temp was too hot. Mattresses were too hard, but we are spoiled by Red Lion pillow tops.

“Friendly staff and a good morning breakfast. The staff in that area was very good, kept everything filled and clean. He was very helpful. Front desk people were also very accommodating. Good location for last minute departure to airport and gassing up of rental vehicle.”
