• I like the layout of the room, kitchen, and cleanliness.

  could hear my neighbors and
  I was 1st floor near parking lot.

“The hotel was very clean. The layout was great. It felt like a mini-apartment. There is a little Starbucks in the hotel and I liked the kitchen area where I had breakfast with other guests. There is also plenty of table space in the lobby.”

• Enjoyed staff, TV and the color and design of room.
• Needs bigger gym, more breakfast choices as part of continental.

“The hotel rooms were very nice and the staff was great. I enjoyed seeing happy staff members on a lonely trip (they made me feel more at home). I loved the flat screen TV.”

• Very close to Auto Club Speedway and good shopping.
• Staff was not friendly. WiFi internet was down, so caused problems.

“Overall, it was an ok experience. It was a nice and clean hotel. Trendy. Close to good shopping, and close to the Auto Club Speedway. The staff was unfriendly, showed us to the wrong room, and was upset at us for it. It was ok.”

• The rooms were very spacious.
• There were no hotel maps in the rooms.

“We were impressed with the service, cleanliness and over-all appearance of the hotel. We would go back without hesitation. There was no part of the hotel - pool, breakfast area, lobby, rooms - that was less than 3 star at minimum.”

• The way the pool was situated.

“It is a clean hotel with a nice breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice big rooms with big Flat Screen TV's.”

• Quality TVs in the room.
• Very unfriendly staff they do not do what they say they will.

“When I stayed there the first thing I did was ask if they had a shuttle that ran in the morning, as I had to be to the airport at 6 am. They replied with no but we will call and pay for a taxi for you. I show up at the front desk in the morning to find the taxi there, but I find out that they won't pay for and it cost me $28, to get to the airport, if I had known that I would have caught a ride from a guest at an adjacent hotel.”

• The front desk workers were great.
• Not enough parking. We had to use the mall parking.

“The rooms was clean, the workers were friendly and the location was excellent. It was close to the I-15, shopping, restaurants and businesses. The bed was comfortable and we slept great.”

“The Hyatt place was a delight! Each room a mini-suite. Great bed and general furnishings. 42" flat screen TV on a swivel so it could be viewed from the sectional sofa or bed. Very good continental breakfast. Close to many restaurants. This was far nicer than many of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in.”

• This hotel was contemporary, had a very comfortable bed, soft towels, and a great breakfast of fresh fruits and bagels.
• I tried to check in twice and was kept waiting for some time before they could find a vacant clean room as early as 1 p.m. And as late as 5:30 p.m.

“I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had contemporary furnishings.”

• Will be a true quality hotel when they're done remodeling.
• Pool was drained. Lots of workers remodeling.

“In spite of the renovation work going on, this Hyatt is fantastic. The rooms are more than adequate and the 42" flat screen TVs are a great touch of class. This was the best hotel by far. We hope to get this place again next time!”

• Being beautifully remodeled.
• Hotel still undergoing remodeling, workers everywhere, pool drained.

“When they finally get done with the remodel this will be a fantastic place to stay. It's rated at 2.5 and could almost be a 3. One of the nicest Hyatts Ive been at. We were overjoyed when we were able to pick up an additional day to stay here! The 42" flat screen TVs in every room are a marketing genius. Adds a wonderful touch of class. We look forward to our next stay at this Hyatt place hotel at Ontario mills.”
