• Very clean; very friendly and helpful staff
• No restaurants or lounges within walking distance, very poor for a business traveler with no car.

“This hotel is suitable for sleeping only. There are no extra amenities in the hotel or restaurants nearby, and no way to get restaurant food unless you have a car. Only room service available is from Domino's Pizza (which has its phone number on the room key). High speed internet access is limited to DSL in rooms, but WiFi is available in the lobby.”

• No water pressure in the shower.

• The staff was very accommodating and friendly at this hotel. Reynosa Holiday Inn was a disaster!

• Decent price, clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean frig & microwave. Free mini-breakfast. Plenty of hot water.
• Outside in the very back of the building, it smelled a little.

• The staff was great. They made sure that every need was met.

“This hotel was pretty good. They had a van that would take us to the Ontario Convention Center everyday for our event. The staff treated us nice and everything was great. All and all, I would stay their again.”

• Location, clean, newer, employees who did their jobs with excellent and friendly attitudes.
• Small elevator, not quite big enough for "maids" and customers traveling together. Maids were great about waiting, but shouldn't have had to.

“This was a quick trip for me. I wasn't disappointed. Very clean, great location and excellent service given with a friendly attitude from the employees. Would stay here again.”

• Beds were a little too firm for me.

• Breakfast each morning was very good, with lots of variety and options.
• Elevators were shared with housekeeping, so there was always a wait to get up or downstairs.

“The hotel was very convenient to the airport and major shopping areas. The overall cleanliness of the room and common areas was excellent and the staff was always friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Ontario area.”

• I travel for work and this trip was a baseball tournament. Loved the hotel and told other people.
• Nothing wrong with the property for what I needed.

“We came around the corner and spotted the property. We then both said "Look at that" brand new and beautifully laid out. Our room was above average for La Quinta and the early morning breakfast helped get us on our way.”

• The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the airport, shopping and dining.
• Lack of a small refrigerator. Not enough vending machines.

“The hotel was nice and I will stay there again. However, the vending machines were only on two floors, and when you found them, they were usually out of most of the drinks. So small refrigerators in the rooms would make a return trip worth while.”

• This was my second experience with La Quinta and it was just as wonderful as the first time.
• Nothing.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Quinta. It was my second time staying there and I know it will not be my last. The hotel is perfect for my needs. The must say that the staff most accommodating which is so refreshing, especially in this day and time we live in. Thank you for the experience!”

• I especially liked the uniqueness or the room. i.e. doors on the bathroom. The entire room was beautiful!
• Location of elevator was a little odd.

“My feeling vanished the moment I stepped into lobby. I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. It was gorgeous! Not to mention the At service for the front counter. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The breakfast was real nice.
• Their cable service was bad, most channels had a buzzing sound. you could not watch, the noise was bad.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very clean and close to everything. But the only problem was the TV, the cable service was not good, on a couple of channels there was a pitch sound that you could not listen to the actual TV.”

• The self serve waffle and breakfast setup and newspapers.
• The soundproofing needs improving, too much sound from hallway.

“Convenient and safe location close to freeway and inland empire destinations. The Empire Lakes Golf course is within a few minutes drive. Shuttle service available to airport. The Complimentary breakfast setup with tables is a time saver for those on a schedule.”

• The room did not have a mini refrigerator or microwave.

“This hotel was a great place for us to stay. With two little kids, it was great that the hotel provides complimentary breakfast. The make your own waffle was excellent my husband ate two. We would enjoy staying here again. The only downside to the room was the lack of a mini refrigerator or microwave.”

• The rooms are very nice.
• I didn't like listening to guests doing laundry all night on the 3rd floor.

“It's very nice, but I got no rest, I was put in room 307, close to the vending area, which has a washer and dryer for guests to do laundry, and they are allowed to do it all night. I could hear the tumbling of what appeared to be jeans all night long. I called the front desk, and was not offered a solution. In the morning I went to the front desk and spoke to them about my restless night. I had a 8 hour drive home and was very tired, the clerk gave me 1 extra hour before I had to check out.”

• The morning breakfast included make your own waffles. The hotel was great.
• Not enough parking.

“In general the hotel appears to be fairly new or recently renovated. The room was very clean, well furnished, and organized. The television service (channel selection) was adequate (better then a typical 2 star hotel). The environment was free from excessive noise. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast (included) was typical and adequate, however it also included make your own waffles, which were quite good. The location allowed for good freeway access, and there was adequate food establishments (sit down and drive thru) in the area. On-site parking was a little limited. There was a pool, but I arrived too late to use it. I would strongly recommend this hotel as a very good hotel.”

“It's a very convinient hotel if you want to stay close to the Ontario Intl. Airport. Check in/check out was very fast. I couldn't bring a razor because of the airport security and it wasn't a problem to get one at the front desk. They offer a good complimentary breakfast - you can even make your own waffle.”
