• Very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable. Good value.
• Our room was not well-maintained. The shower drain was slow, one faucet was loose.

“The entire hotel is very clean and accommodations are comfortable. Service was mixed: the slow shower drain was fixed immediately but when we asked for an extra bath towel no one ever showed up. Overall everything was nice and we would stay there again.”

• One out of four shuttle drivers were a 10. One was an 2.

• It is located close by Ontario Mills, I-10, I-15, FWY 60 and Ontario Int Airport. Rancho Cucamonga is a gorgeous community next door.
• Surprised to find a $12 per night parking charge. Completely unwarranted for an ordinary-looking parking lot. No microwave in room. Silly.

• The room was spacious and clean. The air temperature was easily controlled. Rooms were quiet even with a wedding reception in the lobby.
• I never like paying to park. The girl who checked me in was new to the area and couldn't help me find my way to local sites.

“We had to attend an event at the Ontario Convention Center and stayed at this hotel. It was easy freeway access and a quick trip to the Convention Center. I enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room,”

• The A/C did not work and never got below 74 degrees.
• The A/C did not work and I was told that it usually takes 4 or 5 hours to cool down.

• When I complained about security, maid service manager was polite.
• No camera's out side, lost 1/2 tank gas & scratched up truck side panels.

“Maid service came in without stopping at the sign not to disturb sign. Then called on the phone. Never fixed up the room even though the maid we were going out now so she could pickup. In the hall way for 2 days there were crushed chips strung up and down it.”

“I have stayed here before, was not real thrilled to have it come up again. Rooms are dated with small TV, they charge for everything, parking, internet, and local calls. Hallways were ungodly hot and smelled stale.”

“Overall, good experience. Main lobby was under construction so things looked a bit off, the exercise room was also under construction and was relocated to a hotel room with a few pieces of equipment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience for a great price.”

• Location is great if you need to stay in the Ontario area.
• Hotel is a little dated. They are currently updating the public areas (i.e. bar, restaurant).

“I have stayed here a few times through priceline. Hotel is a little old looking but serves the purpose. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Only dislike is the $11.00 charge for parking, but since the rooms are cheap through Priceline, they need to make for it.”

• Great value, very nice rooms - professional staff - large heated pool & spa, great gym and 3 Racketball courts. Pleasant experience.
• Train in the PM- Ask for room away from train tracks. The train didn't bother us at all since our room was close to the parking lot.

“Great hotel - great value. We were directly across from the Ontario Convention Center where my son had a concert so it was convenient. Nicely decorated rooms. Nice shampoo and lotion. The gym had everything we needed. The pool was heated and very large. The spa was also nice. There is plenty of room to sit at the pool. I couldn’t believe they had room for 3 indoor racquetball courts. Also, there is a small fridge in the room. Great for keep our left over cold. No microware.”

• Convenience to airport.
• Massive, charged $11.25 for parking that was not stated in the arrangement, no style, just a convention center without any attractiveness or detail.

“The hotel was more like a Holiday Inn with a convention center. It was not appealing except that it was a place to sleep. Had I wanted that moderate quality I would have gone to the La Quinta next door that looked far more appealing.”

• Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The rooms were very clean and the food was excellent.
• The fitness center was cramped.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton/Ontario. All staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of items to choose from. I only wish the fitness center were bigger. It did feel a little cramped. The workout machines seemed out dated.”

• It was clean, check in staff was friendly, there was a quiet environment.
• Disliked the room, the heater was extremely loud, and there was tile inside the room.

“I have stayed at this hotel before, the rooms in the main building are perfect, however the rooms that were added, I believe it's a two story building, are completely different from the main building, it almost seems like you are in a motel.”

• The staff was incredibly friendly.

  lot of outside noise in them and the hotel lobby area was under rennovation.

“I'm sure when they're not rennovating this hotel, it is probably a lot nicer. The staff was extremely kind and pleasant at check-in. The room was most uncomfortable, since the outside noises, voices, etc. easily transferred into the room all night long. Also, the plumbing carried the sound of anyone in our long hallway who used any water, so there was a hollow water running sound at various times of the entire night. Disappointing stay for a Hilton.”

• Valet uses all parking adjacent to reception. Go elsewhere!

“Very close, five minutes, to Ontario airport. Comfortable room, nice facilities. Good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good for a quiet stay and restful night. The staff on the property is very helpful and attentive I was impressed.”

• The location was great.
• Long term construction and parking fees.

“The hotel was nice, but I had stayed at the hotel a few months back and there was a little bit of construction going on. I was greeted with a plywood walkway and not hotel bar to visit. A new self parking fee was in effect that I felt was going a bit far for the condition of this hotel.”

• Nothing, it was dirty and they didn't clean the room properly.
• Everything, it was horrible for it to be a Hilton.

“The room smelled like smoke and was suppose to be non smoking. They charged for everything and had a few extra fees not explained before going to the room. The staff was nice but room service took forever and the rooms were disgusting. The glasses in the room hadn't been cleaned and the bedding had hair in it. The towels looked as if someone had used them and they weren't washed just folded and put on the towel rack. I was very disappointed.”

“The Hilton is a great place to stay if your a business traveler, they really do a great job in taking care of them. The new pay for parking has a lot of glitches to be ironed out. For one, you pay but because of events those people park in the spot you are paying for and therefore it is hard to find a spot next to your room. This is a very good place to stay for a short time layover, or business week.”

• Very upscale hotel with quality services.
• Charges for parking.

“The internet charge was $10.75/day which is outside of the norm for 90% of hotels and even a higher percentage of Hilton hotels. The added $11.75/day charge for parking was outrageous, especially considering the location of the hotel. It's located in the heart of the Inland Empire area and none of the surrounding hotels charge for parking.”

• I liked the pool and workout facility.
• No air conditioning.

“When I got there I was informed that the hotel lost their air conditioning a few days before and that's why it was hot when I walked into the front lobby. They gave me a small fan to use in the room since it was over 100 degrees that day. It did not help. I believe that since it was hot and uncomfortable in the room/hotel that is why I did not like my stay. I was miserable!”

“While the door light indicator showed that we were safe in our room the reality was that the door was never locked! Hotel Manager was made aware of the issue move to another room and compensated us for three days. At the end of Comp day 2 we were locked out of our room! Went to front desk took care of the issue. Engineering never came to repair the broken AC in the room.”

“The hotel was very clean and even smelled clean. I liked that no smoking was allowed in the building. The only think I didn't like was the pool had no privacy. You can't swim or relax without everyone looking out their rooms at you.”

• Room had obvious need for repairs on doors, walls, and some furniture.

“The room was clean, but there were major dings on the door, walls, and scratched (vandalized) furniture in obvious need for repair. The swimming pool and spa were dirty (i.e. dirt and tree leaves, and other debris floating around). It gave the impression of a deteriorating Hotel.”

“The Ontario Hilton is a very nice hotel, definitely 3 stars, if not a little more. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room service was delicious, and the room was comfortable. I have stayed there on a previous trip, and will stay there again in the future. Highly recommended.”

“My wife requires a refrigerator for her meds, whether it be in the room or in the hotel. I called the hotel for this. Over the phone I was told she would have her requirements at no charge. When she got there she was told there was no refrigerator in the room and there would be a $10.00 charge for this and she had to pay it.”
