• The comfortable room and Jacuzzi tub!
• Front desk staff wasn't very customer service friendly.

“The hotel overall was one of the nicest I've stayed in in the area. The bed was comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was great after a long day at NASCAR!”

• Room was much larger than expected.
• The laundry room smelled a little musty.

“Deluxe rooms. Included a partition wall between the two queen beds. Refrigerator and microwave were located in the built-in wet bar. My stay included breakfast at the restaurant which was very tasty.”

• Free parking and breakfast.
• Loud trains all night long!

“Great place to stay when going to the Ontario airport or the Ontario convention center. Free parking and free full breakfast really gives you your money's worth! Will stay here again. Bring earplugs if noisy trains bother you, though.”

• Free parking, breakfast, and internet. Close to convention center.
• Loud trains all night long.

“Ayres provided free parking, free full breakfast, and free wireless internet in my room. Complimentary beverages and evening snacks were also provided. The room was enormous! It had a King bed and pull out sofa bed, a refrigerator and a microwave with paper plates and utensils provided. I was able to walk next door to my conference at the Ontario Convention Center and save the parking fee. I will stay here again when I go to a conference!”

• Timeless decor, pristine condition. Amazing staff.
• Could hear some train noise.

“Outstanding place to stay in Ontario. Asst. GM Matt was great. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus we didn't expect and was excellent.”

• Huge rooms, friendly staff, great free breakfast made to order.
• Everything was 10 out of 10 except for comfort as I didn't think the bed was very comfy.

“Super roomy too! Fantastic for my wife and two kids under 3 years.”

• Close to airport, places to eat, freeway accessible.
• Messed up on hotel reservation, I requested 2 beds.

“I was initially disappointed when I walked in and she said she put us in a room with a king bed. For the inconvenience she put us in a suite. All was well. I appreciated the customer service.”

• Beautiful rooms, lots of open areas for getting together with friends, computer and printer in hotel lobby, hot breakfast buffet.
• Next to airport and train so rooms facing west had a lot of noise.

“Beautiful Hotel with a comfortable sitting area and fireplace in the lobby. Outdoor patio in the center of the complex is great for the cool evenings. Heated pool and spa were clean and attractive.”

“The high speed internet is not free it is 10$ / night, the add made it sound like it was free.
