• Nice staff and comfortable rooms.
• In the process of upgrading carpet, bit of a hassle, not bad.

“I've not stayed at Ayres hotels for about 30 nights this year and they've been exceptional. Great staff, nice public spaces, convenient for my current work in the Inland Empire. Recommended!”

• Old n dark rooms.

“The rooms are dark. Interior looks outdated. But they are clean. I think there are only few king sized beds because we were given a queen bed only.”

“This is a very nice older hotel. Clean, well run, nice large rooms, attentive staff. Our TV was not working. By the time we got back from dinner it was replaced. Very good location for airport travel.”

• Family friendly for grandparents, parents and children.
• Noisy air conditioners!

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Countryside Suites by Ayers. We had 15 family members gathered for the weekend. The staff was friendly and courteous, even helped us with a family photo. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others.”

• Convenience to Airport and Major Freeways.
• No elevators or signs of accessibility commendations for disabled people.

“Convenient location to major areas, staff attentive, even if unable to deal with all problems arising, but is not handicapped friendly place. No elevators and narrow stairs make accessing the 2nd floor, more challenging then one would like.”

• I liked that there was free internet in the room, customized breakfast, cleanliness, quietness, and the helpful staff.
• I thought I booked a king, but I was booked for a double queen.

“I liked the European Charm theme. We were picked up promptly at the airport and our shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a decent size, and the water pressure in the bathtub was great. The beds were comfortable and look fairly new. The breakfast was beyond our expectations because they make your breakfast after you select what you would like to have and the fruit was definitely refreshing.”

• Mainly the staff---They were Great.
• No elevators- you had to take stairs which would make it hard if someone had a hard time climbing stairs.

• I traveled with my niece the first morning she didn't get up for breakfast. The woman in charge made me something to take back to the room for her.
• It said it was a suite. But it wasn't.

“Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was great. It was a full breakfast. Would stay there again.”

• The staff at the front desk was wonderful.
• The maids did not make the bed.

“The hotel was at a convenient and easy location front he airport. Even at 1.00 at night, the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was large and fully functional with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The maid service was okay but since I made the bed, they did not bother to re-make it. I would expect them to do it anyway.”

• The hotel room was cozy and comfortable and the breakfast was great!
• Everything was great, nothing bad about it.

“The hotel was convenient and had a great location to the Ontario airport. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the lobby was very inviting. For breakfast, they have a chef that is great. The best part is that it is included in the price.”

“The carpet and tile was old, stained and cracked. I had to move after the first night because the train was outside my window. There was no elevator for the second floor.”

• Atmosphere warm/inviting; comfortable & friendly.
• No elevator for second floor; so we chose the first floor.

“Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Even though we drove our own car, AI, the shuttle driver spoke with all the guests and had a joyful spirit. Our breakfast chef and host, made our stay fun by her sweet countenance and service. Usually we find it difficult in traveling to find the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. This hotel had a quality pillow top mattress and the pillows were perfect, not too hard just right. Not to forget the front desk personnel, very professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and return as well.”

• The beds are very comfortable.
• Stairs to the 2nd floor, but they do offer assistance with bags.

“The rooms are well appointed and clean the staff friendly and helpful, and the best part? The beds! So comfy. It is hard to get good nights sleep on the road, but this was amazing. You would never know you are so close to the airport and trains. Well done. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“This was my first time staying at the Ayres brand hotel. I am changing my preferences to search for this brand of hotel in the future especially with the Marriott now charging $11.95 for parking.”

• All of the little extras that you do not see at other hotels.
• There was not an elevator to use, but it is only two stories.

“This is by far one of the best hotels that I have stayed at for the money. They provided a lot of little extras that came in handy, and the staff was the nicest people around.”

• Non smoking room was adjacent to smoking room and smelled. Fluorescent light buzzed.

“Clean, convenient hotel. Professional staff. Nice pool and nice complimentary hot breakfast. On smoking room smelling like an ash tray was what kept this from being a higher ranked hotel.”

• Two stories - no elevator no big deal if you can walk.

• The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated.
• Customer service was lacking.

“We really were impressed with the spacious room; it was very pretty and comfortable. The bathtub, however, was tiny. We had a flood in our room on the second day. The staff let us use another room's bathroom but overall the customer service aspect was rather weak. The free breakfast buffet was nice. We definitely did like the location and the value for the price.”

• The refrigerator though replaced, spoiled our food.

“Very nicely furnished, gave an excellent full-on breakfast, which was made with perfection. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful when inquiring about certain restaurants with a certain cuisine. Supplied us with toothbrushes that we absent-minded and forgot to bring. Though our refrigerator initially did not work, it was replaced but our food that we had spoiled and had to throw it out. But the hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.”

• The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast with "made to order" items was outstanding each morning, included with our room price.
• Nothing.

“We had a family of 4 generations staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Our rooms were very nice, comfortable, and the overall stay experience was quiet and pleasant. The lobby is a great gathering place to connect with other family members.”

• The rooms were very nice. Lots of room and clean, and plush.
• No wireless internet connection.

“This was a great room. It was the St. Anthony a plush hotel. They had to sleep in a sofa-bed. The hotel made no effort to make some other arrangements. This I couldn't believe. You might want to check into this. On a positive note my son proposed that next day and the hotel went out of their way to provide him a room fit for a king, it was fantastic. I don't know if you asked my son to fill out a survey like this.”

• The staff was useless and it was hard to sleep in my room.

“Hotel cleanliness and free breakfast was nice. I had trouble sleeping both nights due to a broken sprinkler outside my window which would spray loud and hard against the window and waking me up at 12:30am one day and like 4 am another. I asked the hotel 2 times if they could do something about it. Of course they did nothing, they did not even offer to allow me to change rooms. ”
