• 24 hour shuttle to airport and parking for your pod at hotel.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The 24 hour shuttle and the ability to park your car at the hotel while you are on a trip was extremely helpful. Rosa's Italian restaurant is near by and is said to have excellent cuisine.”

• The beds and pillows were very comfy. Starbucks coffee in room.
• For the price of the room they offered no continental breakfast.

“Check in was fast and friendly. They had in room Starbucks coffee a big plus. The view was o.k. It was very quiet. I was there with some of the Craftsman Truck Series teams and I was very surprised they did not offer a continental breakfast. These guys are on a tight schedule and need to eat on the go. I have stayed at much cheaper places and they offered a simple but nice breakfast. All in all it was a nice place to stay.”

• Charge for internet usage, air conditioner made clicking noise all night.

“Nice hotel, parking was short a few spaces and I felt that being charged for Internet was a little cheap on the hotels part, but overall a good experience.”

“This was my second stay at the Sheraton. This time the parking was a little tight in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. As happened last time the shower curtain doesn't seem to be big enough and several times I had water on the bathroom floor.”

• Very nice. I was a to park car for extended period and shuttle to the airport saving me some $60!
• There was no regular coffee packets in the room and the staff was unable to get any. I was not very pleased.

• I liked the bed linen and mattress.
• Bath towels are in the bathtub/shower.

“The hotel is going through remodeling but had minimal impact on my stay. I was given a non-smoking room at first, but when I entered it had recently had a smoker in it. I went back to the front desk and they quickly changed my room with no problem. The bed was very comfortable but I didn't use the room air/heat because it was very noisy. The front desk staff and the dining room staff were very attentive and friendly. I would stay at the Sheraton again.”

• I should have been told it is under renovation.

“The room needs a comfortable chair (only a business chair on rollers was provided--not convenient when a friend came by to pick me up for dinner; I was religated to sitting on the bed). The baseboards were missing in the room and hallway--presume it is under renovation. Amenities are non-existent and because of a wedding reception there was no restaurant availability on premises.”

“The hotel was everything we expected. The only negative was when I requested about the continental breakfast that was included. I was informed by the front desk staff this was not included in this package. I then returned with my confirmation paperwork to show it was included. ”

“The hotel was awesome. Considering other hotels prices in the area, the room was amazing; very spacious, and clean. My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit made an annoying noise all night that kept me up. The hotel staff took care of it.”

• It was close to the Ontario airport.
• Computer use at this Business center was $3, at Hilton Gardens it was no charge.

“Construction on west wing of hotel did not affect my stay. The room was clean and its location was convenient to the airport. I would stay here again.”

• Double sheeting the blanket (top & bottom) would be nice.

“We have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times and the staff has always been very friendly. There is always a bowl of green apples at the reception desk. We have never used the facilities (pool, restaurant) so can't comment on that. This stay and the last stay, the Orchid Grill restaurant was unavailable in the evening due to private parties, but it is near the holidays. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not have any problems with noise i.e. from planes, trains, traffic or other guests. Will stay here again!”

• Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay.
• The bathroom doors have automatic closers, you need to prop open the door with shoes, slightly annoying.

“Hotel staff very friendly, fresh green apples at the check in desk. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of pillows. Bathroom lighting good with plenty of counter space. Our room faced the freeway, but there was no traffic noise.”

• The parking lot was convenient.
• The room spelled and the bed was uncomfortable.

“The hotel is located conveniently enough. However the staff is very unenthusiastic, it seemed they were on autopilot at all times and independent thought was out of the question. I left an item in my room and called housekeeping several times, they never called me back. The room itself is stuffy, the windows don't open. The air conditioner and fan are very loud. The housekeeping crew sprays a perfume, when cleaning that will set anyone off with allergies. We called in advance to have them not spray the room, but they could not handle that request. Being a frequent traveler and always staying in 5 star hotels, when possible. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

• Friendly staff, large room, very convenient to 10 freeway.
• Non-smoking room had a stale cigarette smell. In room coffee really bad.

“We didn't use any hotel facilities. Very convenient to Interstate 10 freeway and Ontario Airport. The room was large and the bed comfortable, with 4 large fluffy pillows and heavy duvet. Plenty of counter space and granite in roomy bath. Shower had good pressure with a bowed curtain rod for extra room. Ice machine available on same floor. In room coffee really bad. Starbucks a 5 minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“Our stay was what we expected from the Sheraton. Our only complaint was our feet would be black 15 minutes after taking a shower from the dirty carpet. Overall I'd do it again”

• I liked the look of it from the outside.
• There was only one enterance. The rooms are'nt that nice.

“The hotel just is'nt what I expected it to be for being a "Sheraton". The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but overall I prefer the Double Tree or even the Hilton.”

• Hotel looked tired. All vending machines except on premium floor out of order. No change at desk for that machine.

“This hotel was the shabbiest Sheraton I have ever seen. In addition the air conditioning system was very noisy and tended to go extremely hot and cold. Staff was aware that vending machines were out of order except on the premium (card only entry floor) and we had to wait to be escorted up there to buy a can of soda. In addition the desk only had $2 worth of change when we attempted to obtain change for the vending machine. This did not meet the high standards of three star hotels that I previously booked.”

“The room were nice and roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly thought he had to haggle with the front desk in order to get bed arrangement we desired. They first said they didn't have any rooms available with king bed, but then were able to find one!. Overall, the stay was enjoyable though the hotel location was a bit out of the mainstream.”
