• Had small fridge, and microwave in room. Great for my children!
• There is nothing I did not like.

“This hotel has a very friendly staff, that went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. The room was nice, and clean, with an extra large bathroom. Located close to the convention center, and freeway, easy in and out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• Internet access was excellent, location, rooms.
• Laundry only had one washer working.

“While this might be consider a 2 star, the staff at the Ramanda Limited make you the guest feel like you are a 4 star guest. From the front desk staff to house keeping to the free breakfast bar each morning you feel at home. The rooms where excellent the one queen bedroom room was just right I felt like being home in my stay here. They are excellent, recommend this location to anyone who might need a place to stay for a short stay.”

“Rooms and staff are very top notch at this hotel. Maid service is excellent. Overall feeling is that I would not think twice about not wanting to stay at this hotel. Staff and management very friendly and organized.”

• The staff at the hotel were great. I would highly recommend this location for business trips.
• There are no restaurants in the area to walk from the hotel.

“I stayed at this hotel while taking the CA Bar Exam. I was quite concerned that the hotel was located near the freeway. However, that was not an issue. The rooms were recently remodeled and the staff was very accommodating. Hopefully I will not have to stay there again - pass the bar.”

• Very nice safe and clean environment.
• One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the free wireless. The wireless was terrible. Could not stay connected for more than a couple minutes.

“I was traveling alone in an area that I wasn't familiar with. I was concerned about how the area was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, in a good area. There are a lot of places to eat surrounding the hotel. The rooms are pretty nice. The only complaints that I have about this hotel. One is the wireless internet is terrible, I was only able to stay connected a few minutes at a time. I know a business person traveling would probably freak about that.”

• I only stayed there 3 nights.
• Very small, sink in a different room not conveniently laid out, no lamps, chair unclean.

“I cannot judge the entire hotel, only the room I stayed in. It was small and cramped for the furniture within. There were no lamps at the bedside. In order to read in bed, I had to have the bathroom light on with the fan going, quite distracting. The sink and towels were located around the corner from the bathroom, behind a table that was there for computers and such.”

• The staff was Very accommodating. Great job!
• Our room had a severe odor of smoking--staff changed our room for us. Greatly appreciated.

“This hotel is currently undergoing a remodel. The staff and crew were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again as its location was terrific and overall a nice stay.”

• Convenient to the Ontario airport.
• No shuttle to and from the airport available.

“The coffeemaker still had old grounds in it, there was no remote control for the TV, and the towels appeared to be used and re-hung; they had that "crunchy" feel to them. The bedspread had burn holes on it. The front desk man was pleasant, and had a cab waiting for me at 4 am for the airport.”

• Pool hours were 7am-7pm. Who closes @ 7pm.

“Even with the bad attitude of the front desk clerk, he was nice when it came to my daughter having asthma and we were scheduled for a smoking room. He put us in a much cleaner Non-smoking room.”

“Clean, walking distance to four fast food eating establishments and two family coffee shops. Can hear noise from freeway and busy street. Walking distance to Ontario Convention Center. Free breakfast - includes coffee, juices, cereals, and make your own Belgium waffles (0700 -1000 hours).”

• Front desk staff was responsive.
• Noisy, tired and poorly-maintained rooms.

“Guest room was Smokey, sheets had numerous holes in them, bathroom had a lot of mildew in the shower, the wash-and-wear shower curtain was filled with mildew and there was mildew around the ill-fitting rubber base around the tile. Chipped tile in numerous places, a vanity with a half torn-off label from a previous renovation on the back splash, over painting on the light fixtures as well as wallpaper. A toilet that could barely clear the bowl. Good lighting in the bathroom however and Ramada¿s soap, shampoo, and lotion were actually nice and generous. Overall, lighting and amenities can't make-up for a sub-standard product and a less-than-comfortable experience.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Room was trashed! Cigarette burns in furniture and sink. No remote for TV. No TV by bed. Shower facet leaked.

“Reasonably clean. Typical drab bedspreads. Bed was comfortable. Typical floor coverings for age of the facility in that they were what I would call drab. Wake up call was "on time" which was vital for catching an early flight out.”

• Nothing. Left within 1 hour and went to another hotel.
• Hair in bed, bad odor, no remote control and wireless internet did not work.

“This is the worst I have ever been in. We needed a disabled room because of using a disability scooter. Arrived and no remote control so they moved us rooms. The next one stunk so badly. Pulled back covers to sit on bed and hair was intertwined in lower sheet. It was horrible. Don't try it. No stars for this hotel.”

• There was not much to like.
• It's a dump. Shabby, lousy shower, nothing was good.

“The room was in dire need of remodeling. The light was bad for working, the furniture was chipped, highway noise level was very high, the shower was weak because the faucet selector didn't work properly, and the towels were thin. The bedspread was old and the TV had few channels. There was no remote control for the TV in the room, I had to get one from the front desk. The TV had a terrible picture and the sound on some channels had a hum and they were no watch able. The breakfast was poor, just some store bought items and cheap cereal.”

• Check in person was trying to add $2.50 per day to my bill, for phone, computer etc. The HBO would not come in they had 4 stations but they did not.

• I received a smoking room.

“1. There was no decaf coffee in the room.2.The desk clerk gave me the farthest room from the lobby. I asked for a closer room, he declined. He said they were for other guest who has reservations. I told him I made a reservation too.3. I asked him if there was a phone book in the room. He said yes. I needed to find a local copy place to use their computer. When I got to my room there was no phone book. The clerk said he would find the info for me, he never called back. I was unable to print out my information prior to my meeting.4. The TV remote was sticky with food and a duct tape was trying to keep the batteries in. The batteries kept springing out.5. The fire sprinkler heads were leaking from the ceiling outside along the walkway to the stairs.6.”

• Nothing at all. I left and could not use this dirty place
• I did not like it at all.

“Not only this hotel was dirty and really not maintained at all, the clerk tried to even cheat me for the rooms. He wanted me to pay him under the table if I wanted a nice room with cleaner sheets. I hope never to even drive by such place.”

• Access was good, close to freeway.
• Lots of traffic noise. There was a $2.50 extra charge at the desk that wasn't included in the price. Not a big difference, but never the less, a charge.

“It is a reasonable place to stay. The help was friendly. It is in a good location. I have stayed there before, and would consider it again.”

• Dirty, old, smelly, no internet access, broken furniture.

“The girl at the front desk was very nice and the lobby was clean. Upon entering my room, the smell of new carpet and body odor just about gagged me. I had to open all of the windows at once and turn on the fan. The couch had suspicious dark stains on it, the wireless internet did not work (and they did not have a port to connect too), there were no help cards for the internet or phone. The shower curtain did not have a liner, so it stuck to you while you were showering. There were no phone books in the room and the batteries in the remotes for TV's were held in with scotch tape, which kept coming loose. The bedside table had a broken drawer which would not stay shut and the lights in the front room kept flickering. Overall, probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in on a business trip.”

• Once we found the hotel it was convenient. Looked okay from the outside.
• I had booked this for one of my employees. She was disappointed with the condition of the room. The linens, carpet and furnishings were dirty.

“The hotel is located in a remote section of a busy intersection. Once found, it's easy to get to. My employee should have spoken with the hotel personnel to see if she could have gotten another room. She doesn't like to complain but I feel improvements can't be made without letting someone know about the problems. The hotel attendants helped me with directions several times and seemed pleasant.”

• The hot tub, although they closed it at 7pm too early.
• Dirty, noise from highway traffic was deafening and disturbed sleep.

“The breakfast was two choices of cereal, and stale coffee that they pulled after 10 am and no 24 hour coffee. Carpets in rooms were filthy, and the room was never dusted the whole time I was there.”

• Lots of flies, door is not align properly leaving huge gap at the bottom, lights inoperative and no keys for safe box.

“I found the Ramada, Limited, to be in a run-down condition. The floors in the room were not vacuumed. The towels were old (worn). I found the motel staff to be courteous and friendly. ”
