• It was spaciouse and clean.
• No early check in time and the clerk couldn't find my reservation.

“Beside the dumb clerk who I wanted to strangle it was a nice quiet,clean place to sleep and hang out.”

• Clean, comfortable.
• Needs more cable channels.

“We had no problems checking in. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time doing things with our kids and really looked forward to going back to our room to relax. Just needs more cable channels, just a minor glitch. Loved it.”

• I like best the fact that my car was not broken into.
• The hotel reeked of cigarette and pot smoke.

“If what you are looking for is a hotel stinking like an ash tray; this is the place. You need to watch your car and belongings for theft. When I arrived; there were ten police cars mulling about the parking lot. The police made two more visits during my 3-day stay. Two cars were towed. The adjoining lot looked like a pair of crack houses. If you like living in a DMZ; this is the place!”

• The help from the night clerk the night that I went to.
• They ran out of keys and I could get a room at first.

“When I got there I let them know I have a reservation and I am here. He said that I could get the room because that the owners of the hotel only put out a limited number of keys and he didn't have any. The owner and the manager could not be reaching in order to get more keys. The clerk that night helped out and asked one of the other guests in the hotel if he could use his key for a few minutes. He brought a key back and he found an extra key that he had. That was the only reason that I was able to get in the room that night one other guest had an extra key. The clerk was very helpful in getting the key and made it possible for me to be able to get my room for the night. I am not happy with that hotel at all. Yes the room was okay to stay at but with the problems that I had to go threw to get my room that I had reserved, I am not happy at all about it.”

• Easy access to the Ontario Airport.
• No continental breakfast.

• The room was a good size and clean.
• Bad area, bed too hard, lobby was dirty, no staff around to complaint of problems, transients sleeping in lobby, felt unsafe.

“I don't recommend this hotel. It's in a bad area and I didn't feel safe even in my room. I kept checking on my car due to bad security. The lobby and elevator area were kept untidy. There was nobody at the front desk to complaint about the transient sleeping in the lobby. When I checked out there was a teenager taking care of the front desk who didn't remove his I-pod the whole time we spoke. The bed was extremely hard and the towels were stained.”

• I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff.
• For some reason my door "key" had to be re-programmed @ least 3x's in my 4 day stay.

“The initial directions to the hotel were a bit confusing. There was another freeway exit that was much closer to get to/from the hotel. As mentioned above, the hotel staff were very friendly and did not hesitate to help/assist when needed. The room was very clean & housekeeping was prompt.”
