• Spacious room and good food in buffet.
• It was further than I expected.

“Great spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Having a breakfast buffet is great to get you out fast in the morning, hotel staff was extremely friendly.”

“Public areas very pleasant. Staff accommodating. Room was a disappointment. I believe the web site indicated renovated rooms. TV was marginal (old and bad reception). Location is in an industrial park. Generally it is a nice place, but could be so much better.”

• Direct Ethernet internet connection was convenient, free breakfast.
• Wood floor, upstairs neighbor's footsteps very loud, hot tub not working, laundry too expensive.

“Typical American hotel, nothing impressive. If you want really good hotel service, go to Thailand.”

• Expansive room, comfortable beds, kitchen, great food in the morning at the hotel lobby!
• Minor thing: it's in a business park area but it caters to business people anyway.

• Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Enjoyed the light dinner and breakfast included in the price of the hotel.
• The hotel met my expectations. There was nothing that I did not like. The only thing I would have changed was offering a kid friendly meal at dinner.

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We simply needed a place to stay while our house was having some work done on it. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was also up to date. Having a kitchen was also a tremendous plus. Finally, having a light dinner and breakfast included in the price really helped us financially. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. In the future if we ever have more worked done on our house, this hotel will be our home away from home.”

• Quiet location, easy parking without a fee.
• Housekeeper uses too much chemical spray to cover up a moldy smell.

“Great set-up, feels safe, the only problem was a moldy smell in the room. Also, the housekeeping uses lots of chemical sprays to cover it up. It is probably the air filters need to be cleaned or the feather bedding wasn't fresh.”

• Appreciated the breakfast AND dinner! Great!
• Not enough parking, no Fox News Channel.

“Was very pleasantly surprised to find that dinner was also provided. Real treat! Our bed was VERY comfortable. The staff was very nice. The Mexican gal who kept up with supplying the food, etc., during meals was wonderful. Unfortunately I don't have her name.”

• Cleanliness is my greatest concern, and this hotel was immaculate.
• No restaurants or shops nearby. Jacuzzi was lukewarm.

“This facility was one of the best we've ever used. The front desk staff made us feel at home the minute we walked in the door. The facility and grounds were beautiful. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The room attendants were friendly. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The facility provided a number of unexpected extras, like magazines and evening snacks. The location would be a drawback if you don't have a car, as the facility is in an office area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I found it to be peaceful and relaxing.”

• Location in the middle of a business park.

“I loved the beds. beautiful, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was great, and so was the evening snack. The rooms lived up to the Marriott name.”

• Free hot breakfast every morning, fresh coffee/tea all day long. Very quiet.
• The bathroom "vanity area" is open to the whole room. Noise and light may bother 2nd guest.

“The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was prompt and friendly as well. I wish it had a gym though as the hotel is far from the beaten path. There are no grocery stores nearby either which makes a quick trip for snacks or items to put in your fridge a real "adventure" as Irvine isn't designed for the traveler and getting off/on the freeway and finding shopping is difficult.”

• Offered continental breakfast - was misinformed about ending time.

“It was very nice - more of a small apartment than a hotel. I stayed at a 3 star the night before in Ontario - the Hilton Ontario Airport and it was TERRIBLE - especially by comparison.”

• The employees where very nice. The room was large and clean.The hotel was within 5 minutes of the Irvine Spectrum. So there was always something to do.
