• Clean, easy to get to.
• Room was a little small, very business-like.

“This hotel did the job. It was clean, easy to find, easy to navigate around. The jacuzzi could've been a little warmer and the workout room needed to be a little fresher (it was clean, just a little teensy smelly). I would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

• Did not have bell boy/luggage attendant.

“Overall it was okay. We had to bring all bags to room as desk clerk stated he was the only one there. (it was 4p.m.) Breakfast buffet was $14 for eggs, potato's and sausage.”

• Bathroom, there was no option to choose it. I hoped a bigger one.

• Very thin walls allowed sound to enter room from freeway.

“There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other retail shopping within 2 miles. The pool and spa looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to take a dip.”

• Flexible staff made minor accommodation to satisfy our particular needs.
• Advertised as Laguna hills but actually Irvine on a commercial strip facing a freeway.

“Beautifully appointed room at the top facing the green belt. Was not a spot we could take a romantic walk since it was right on a freeway with berms to commercial areas. No breakfast offered. Surprised to find only coffee, no muffin, no fruit, and no juice. Room convenient and nicely remodeled with comfortable bed.”

• The beds were great¿
• No bar in thru hotel.

“The hotel was alright if you are a business man although it was comfortable place to stay for my wife and me to stay while we were visiting relatives. It was too bad that there was no bar in this hotel so we could have enjoyed a night time drink for new years eve. There was no place even near the hotel for us to do so. But the price we got from it for our room was great¿”

• The hotel was clean and that is the most important thing for me.
• The rooms are very small.

“We stayed in a king room with my husband and 2 children. There was a pullout couched, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but the hotel staff is very friendly and that made up for it.”

• Proximity to the freeways, very centrally located.
• Being close to the freeway made it noisy and there were loud people there too.

“For the price, generally Marriott courtyards are pretty nice, comfortable bed, amenities, bathroom etc, was nice and clean. however it is for a business traveler, and not so great for a family stay. as I stated, it is very well situated to shopping, freeways, to the orange county's most business headquarters. it is at the golden triangle. lots of restaurants. and even theme parks and the beach are within 10, 15 miles.”

• It was clean, businesslike with character and style.
• No luggage tray in the hotel room. No restaurant or bar within hotel.

“Geared towards business travelers, the Laguna Hills Marriot is also perfect for family travelers for a quick overnight - or in between stay. It is located just off the freeway -- so it helped us bridge our travels between San Diego, Glendora and Santa Barbara. Staff was friendly and kind, and the rooms are spacious and artfully designed.”

“My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice when staying in Mission Viejo. The hotel is a business hotel located off the Fwy 5. The contemporary rooms are decorated in blue and gold, dark wooded furniture: firm beds, desk and sitting chair. Rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Free internet but charges for breakfast and in-room bottled water. Unfortunately, the off-freeway location does not offer a view so you're either looking at the freeway or the back parking lot, but you can ask for a quiet room which the front desk will accommodate. All in all, ideal place to stay to just lay your head. ”
