• I like that all the rooms there are suites, it gives you a lot more space.
• Would prefer 2 bathroom sinks, it definitely had enough counter space for it.

• The beds were the most comfortable my wife and I have ever experienced.
• Could not get a simple intuitive TV listing through the TV.

“My wife, 7 year old son and I were very pleased with our stay. We only stayed 1 night because we were going to stay the rest of our trip with family. Had I known how clean, comfortable and close to our airport this hotel was, I would've planned it for both our arrival and departure.”

• I loved how our room was a suite! The baby was able to sleep in the room while I watched TV in the living room.
• The walls are thin! I heard everything and everyone going down the hallways, and it was one busy hallway!

“I enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel overall. I also appreciated the people working at the front desk, so friendly! Lastly, I liked my lunch I ordered through room service. The only thing I really disliked was how noisy it was in the hallways! The walls are thin!”

• The suite was well-appointed and spacious.
• There was no vent fan in the shower area.

“I was in town to settle my daughter into her first year at college. The LA county fair was under way, so parking was a little tight, but the location and the amenities were top-notch. Although we had spent a hard morning in the high desert and were not looking our best, the lobby staff was courteous and welcoming, which was nice considering how I looked. They were also quick to shift us from a single-king suite to a double-bed suite.”

• It has spacious room, good price, and located very close to the LA Fairplex.
• The breakfast is not included. The bed in the suite room is barely enough for two people on one bed.

“We were four people staying in one room and had to compete in a tournament the next day. The hotel is the official tournament hotel and located within 2 minutes walking distance from the tournament venue so it was very convenient. It is clean, and for the most part quiet. The staff is friendly. I would come back again.”

“This is truly a nicer hotel for either business trip or family travel to stay. The front desk's staff is the best. I almost lost my bag from shopping at local, they are so aggressive to help me out to find it. I will come back for my next trip on coming Nov.”

“This is an excellent facility with well appointed rooms, nice pool and spa areas. The dining room had a lovely patio area just off the main body of the restaurant and although the hotel gives the flavor of a 4 star establishment, it carries very reasonable prices for the food and beverage service. The bar area is very comfortable for a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area as this establishment sets the standard for all within a 20 mile radius.”

“Its distance from major roadway gives it a very serene environment and you can make your own noise. It's a very pleasant experience to stay in this hotel and certainly I will choose the Sheraton Suite in the future.”

• Parking was abundant the surround ground was spacious.
• The proportional and layout of the room was a little awkward.

“The hotel was situated in a spacious surrounding, parking was convenient and lobby was charming. The layout of the suite was a little awkward, the TV's were put in corners so all of us had to either cram on the one bed to watch in the room or sit on the left side of the sofa to watch TV. The door between the bathroom and the bedroom could not close because the bed was actually in its way; the sliding door between the bedroom and living area was very thin and if the kids were watching TV, I could hear every sound.”

• It was quite, romantic, and had a beautiful pool garden.
• I have nothing to say.

“It is situated on a beautiful tree covered hillside surrounded by upscale homes and green park away from the noise of traffic and freeways. The lobby is elegant and the elevators are away from the public area. The air conditioning system was quite and comfortable. The garden setting around the pool was exquisite. It really felt like a tropical paradise. The towels at the pool and the comfortable chairs and lounges were great. The desk clerks were very gracious and helpful. We had an excellent two night stay to celebrate our 27th anniversary. Thank you.”

“We stayed at this hotel due to a family engagement and my kids loved the stay there. During the day we were at the pool and at night we went to visit family. My kids were sad we had to leave. It was home away from home. I will go back for sure.”

• They started cleaning the carpets in the hall way too early, I got in late to the hotel and was planning on sleeping late, that did not happen!

• Friendly staffs and cleanliness of the hotel & its surroundings.
• Pool was in repair, which change the whole travel plan.

“Overall, very nice hotel. But, the location is not very close to where I would like to be. Overall, I feel the cleanliness & hotel staffs made up for what I was looking for from the beginning. Finally, the pool was in repair which cause us some disappointment since my only son was so looking forward to this trip & a swimming pool atmosphere in southern California.”

• The suite accommodated our child, while giving us privacy and luxury.
• The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is very unsightly, and looks unsafe.

“We were very pleased to arrive at the hotel after a confusing drive through a neighborhood that we would not usually be driving through. A large king bed with a very plush comforter, and soft pillows. The bed was a bit stiff for my liking, but definitely sleep able. Large, lovely bathroom, with lots of counter space, and a separate, private area for the shower and toilet. There was a fridge, thankfully not full of overpriced mini bar items, just there for our use. A coffee maker and microwave were also there.”

“This is a beautiful luxury hotel located next to the la fairgrounds. When there are no fairground activities, it's a quiet place to unwind. Suites are large, immaculate, and equipped with 2 TVs, 2 sinks, microwave, couch with hide a bed. Excellent front desk and maid services.”

“Very nice hotel with well equipped rooms and friendly staff. Construction/remodel was going on that I was not informed about. Looks like not too long before this hotel will be consumed by the surrounding economic downturn.”
