• Lots of space, liked the little kitchen even though I didn't use it.
• Small television with no working batteries in the remote.

“Comfortable. Friendly service at check in. One downside is that it really smelled like smoke in the hallways and stair case.”

• The location was ideal and amenities were convenient.
• There was no hairdryer in the room; there were not any Kleenex/cups.

“This was a nice place to stay being that it was in a convenient location, the refrigerator and other appliances were a plus. I was not aware that the rooms were not cleaned daily, so that was a bit of a surprise. Most hotel rooms have hairdryers and this room did not. Overall this was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to others.”

• The outside looked nice and well maintained.
• The hall carpets were a wreck, the front desk employee was not available.

“I went to stay at this hotel because I am at the end of my pregnancy and my home is not air conditioned. I wanted to get away somewhere close to home, yet where I could hopefully get a comfortable nights rest. I was disappointed. the hall carpets were filthy dirty, kitchens were poorly stocked, and the two times I went to the front desk I waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even make an appearance. My wait for check in was ten minutes, and when the clerk arrived, he was nowhere near apologetic for the wait. At check in the clerk came from the elevators, so who knows where he was and at check out the clerk came from some back room, very oblivious to the fact that there were 3 guests waiting for service.”

• Each room had a kitchenette. They gave us a room with two beds no cost.
• The room stunk of smoke and air conditioner wasn't very cold.

• No shower curtain, no soaps, no shampoo and conditioner.

• The kitchen.
• The carpet didn't seem clean when we arrived, and the room had an unusual odor during our entire visit.

“This hotel is quiet and comfortable, but doesn't offer any extra amenities besides the in-room kitchen. If you are staying for less than a week, you must pay extra to have your any room cleaned.”

• Great restaurants nearby and near highway to everywhere.
• It could use and update. Some areas run down a bit.

“Despite being in need of updating, this is a great place to stay. Several excellent restaurants are right across the street. Its location is good for quick access to all of LA area. But best of all, this Extended Stay has the best and the friendliest staff. They went above and beyond to help! If you are in the area, stay at this one!”

• I liked the kitchen, Being inside. Nice big room. Bathroom.
• Cable, I don't care about all the sports channels, I like A&E, History, Discovery, National Geographic, ect.

“This would be a much better hotel if they realized that the beds are where to spend a little extra money. These beds are the absolute worst that I've ever slept on. There is no excuse for such poor beds.”

“The location of hotel is good. The room is ok for (no frills). I liked the fridge/kitchenette. Didn't like the mattresses! It felt as though we were sleeping on a board! Everyone in my group agrees.”

• Toilet seat worn, bathroom needed updating. Cable wasnt clear.

“It was a nice looking hotel from the outside. We had to change our room 3 times. We had reserved a non smoking room. The room we were assigned was clearly not. Then we were assigned a room where the air conditioning did not work. Thankfully, the front desk found us a better room. We were glad we had a kitchen. It had the very basics and could prepare a dinner. The bathroom was worn and needed updating. The cable wasnt clear. I thought I paid too much for the room that we stayed in.”

• The staff is helpful and friendly and house keeping is excellent and courteous.
• Too many smokers hanging out side, the sprinklers permanently spotted the car and the interior condition was worn.

“This hotel needs to replace the flooring and the carpenter and steam clean the furniture. The stairway needs to be changed from carpet to solid stain resistant flooring. The good thing is that a kitchen is available with clean appliances. This can be a nice 2 star if with a change of carpet and flooring.”

• Dog friendly accommodations.

“Clean, beautifully landscaped and dog friendly. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped - probably to curb theft - however 2 forks, one spoon, one tablespoon, 2 plates, cups and glasses, and a can opener is not sufficient. It was actually insulting! I am sure they could partner with a company to provide sample size dish detergent etc. Also, there was no disposal and no kitchen instructions on expected use - had to use toilet and trash can to clean up after cooked meals. If they are going to offer a kitchen they need to equip it better.”

• Some minor damage to furniture and worn looking upholstery.

“I stayed in this hotel 3 months ago and was very pleasantly surprised at how well-kept-up and well-equipped it was. This trip, while still satisfactory, the room I had was somewhat "worn" looking and some of the basic kitchenware (glasses, carafe that fit the coffeepot) was missing. I had to ask at desk for these items.”

“This hotel had no ice machine, no pool, and the staff was not helpful when it came to directions, or any other questions. it was conveniently near the freeway and easy to find. however, there was no local attractions nearby. the beds were very uncomfortable too. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• The outside entrances were broken and wouldn't open with our room key.

“Extended stay is roomy and comfortable. It is so convenient to bring in food to prepare some meals. The area is tree shaded and very pretty. The hotel was very quiet.”

“Easy to get to - got a good night sleep - that's what I was looking for. Needed a place to stay overnight near my grandson's graduation and near family. There was construction during the day - hard to take a nap. I would stay here again when visiting family.”
