• Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
• Mattress was uncomfortably hard and linens were not of good quality.

• Breakfast included.
• Smoking room-stunk! Breakfast cold. Poor lighting for make-up.

“I was stuck in a smoking room. My suitcase still smells and after two days my coat was still so bad that I had to bring it to the cleaners. I checked out at 7 a.m. So that I could breathe. The lighting in the bathroom was poor for putting on make up. Why don't hotels recognize women travelers?”

• The hotel had a very friendly and accommodating staff.
• The restaurant menu was a little on the high end price wise, but excellent food.

• Convenient to locations we were visiting.
• We weren't given breakfast vouchers upon arrival. The next morning when we saw all other guests with vouchers, we asked at the desk and were given so.

• Unlike huge factory-like hotels, intimate and warm and convenient.
• Food should be taken into consideration.

“Old, small, not too elegant, not too busy or animated. In this particular case these are advantages that give the hotel its casual and most personalized nature of service.”

• I liked that I never have to go back.
• Staff was rude. They met none of my needs.

“I was forced to have a smoking room which I could not occupy. After spending an hour in the lobby I ended up paying for a room in another hotel. I received no benefit for the money I spent at this establishment. The experience was awful, and a waste of time and money for me.”

• Hotel shuttle was convenient, and staff was great.
• No hot water one morning.

• It had many conveniences even more than a 5 star hotel.
• My room smelled like cigarette smoke.

“This hotel was perfect for our stay. We even had time to dip into the hot tub and swim. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful buffet breakfast. It made our stay very pleasant and we had some conveniences that we did not expect. We made coffee in our room instead of driving around looking for it. After breakfast we got coffee to go . This was in preparation for our journey home. Thank you Holiday Inn. We'll be back.”

“The hotel was good and met my expectations. There was microwave and a refrigerator in the room also which I wasn't expecting. Overall my stay was good at the hotel. ”

• Spacious room, complimentary breakfast, friendly service
• Obsenity on the bathroom mirror in room 227 that would not come off. Only seen when fogged up.

“Convieniently located off of Hwy 55 with easy freeway access. The complimentary breakfast buffet includes Asian and traditional American entrees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious.”

• Received value for my money and enjoyed my stay.
• Can't think of anything I "did not like about this hotel."

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful in making my stay enjoyable. They provided me with directions to the mall and to the appointment I scheduled for the next morning. I really appreciated the diversity of the staff,i.e. from Nigeria, Mexico, U.S.A.,. . . Although the room was clean a appropriately furnished it was not as outstanding as the service I received from hotel staff.”

• The staff that checks you in from the front desk were bad

“The over all people that work at the holiday hotel are great. As for the front desk, when checking in or checking out, are not friendly at all. They are not willing to give a smile and make you feel small when checking in.”

• Reservation was ready when I checked in. Rate included a very good daily breakfast buffet and evening drink at the bar. Totally excellent experience.

• This is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in!
• Weekend breakfast should start earlier than 7:00am.

“I have never encountered such a wonderful hotel staff and such a wonderful Holiday Inn. The coffee in the morning waiting in the lobby was such a nice touch. The rooms were large and comfortable. My only complaints would be that I wish Weekend breakfast would have started earlier than 7:00am for us early risers and business people and the doors slam shut in the hallways creating an earthquake like feeling throughout the night.”
