“The hotel was ok. The room was fine, decently equipped and in good condition. The business center was down so I couldn't print a boarding pass for my flight out.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Larry from Sacramento, CA
“They made our stay very nice.” Jun 8, 2008 by
Jeff from Valencia, CA
“Comfortable bed and great location. Television did not work and shower fixtures needed repair.” May 9, 2008 by
Leon from Aurora, CO
“This hotel was not staffed with professionals from answering the telephones to front desk operations. The staff seemed to be going through the motions with regards to their jobs with little concern of customer service. I will not be using nor recommending this hotel for patronage.” Jul 1, 2007 by
Fred L. from Moreno Valley, CA
“I can only offer 2 serious gripes about my stay here. The air conditioner needed servicing and gave out the next day fortunately the day I was checking out that day. Secondly the bathroom had no door and some spots on the walls showed signs of water damage inside the wall. Other than that I found the staff to be very friendly, the bed comfortable, and the parking very good.” Jun 26, 2007 by
Corrine from Forest Ranch, CA
“The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was adequate and the facilities were slightly detracted from by things such as the presence of rat traps, etc.” Mar 16, 2007 by
Frustrated from San Fran
“[Iżd call it "comfortless suites!"] The hotel was under construction and I had to be moved because of paint fumes and the windows being taped over and sealed with tape. The worst part about the room that I finally got was the kids partying three rooms away. The hotel couldn't control the kids and the police finally showed up. Some hotels have a reputation for what they will or won't allow. If you want a place to hang with your smoke pot, and have an all night, then Iżd recommend this place. Folks that need to sleep and go to work the next day--you should stay away! When I asked for a full refund, I was reimbursed 25% of my cost.” Mar 13, 2007 by
Michael from Manchester, MO
“Great location if you're doing business in orange county or further south, good value for the money.” Jan 27, 2007 by
Don from Lake Oswego, OR
“ waited 90 minutes for hotel shuttle, hotel shuttle was not a commercially legal vehicle, found staff member in my room, eating a sandwich, lying on the bed watching TV,. Hotel was very noise, was not a suite hotel, decorated as a 70's eastern European hotel, bad.” Sep 29, 2006 by
Zhong from Euless, TX
“Good” Sep 28, 2006 by

“The hotel charged me for the stay. Both bills shows up on my credit card statement.” Jul 9, 2006 by

“Very pleasant and a good value.” Jun 25, 2006 by
Tom from Scottsdale, AZ
“The hotel was fine. I do not know if this is true, but the hotel did not have a room available to suit my request. If I had not been given a non-smoking room, as requested, I would not have been able to stay at the hotel, as my child is asthmatic. This would have been especially difficult, as we checked in after 10 p.m.” Jun 21, 2006 by
Jan from Scottsdale, AZ
“We had reservations for four nights. First night, Room 102, refrigeration didn't work. Nobody came to look at it until 10 the next morning, and then decided we should move rooms as they were going to have to replace a compressor. We repacked and moved to room 107. Awoke at 3:00 am to the sound of running water. Sewer water was coming up the drain in the bathroom sink, covered the counter tops, and ran down onto the bathroom floor, and covered the floor. We phoned the front desk, and were told they had been working on the pipes, and because we were on the first floor we got the back flow from above. We were told we could move to another room, but we would have to come and get the key, as there was only one person on duty at that hour. We got dressed, got the new key, packed all our things again, and moved at approx. 3:30 A.M. to room 212. ” Jun 3, 2006 by
Adelmira from Phoenix, AZ
“I liked the good price and close you everything.” Jan 4, 2006 by
Jason from Sacramento, CA
“My girlfriend and I had planned to go to Disneyland the same day we needed to check in to the hotel. The staff was very courteous and allowed an early check in. The room was spacious looked brand new.” Nov 13, 2005 by
Joseph from Fernandina Beach, FL
“Can't really say anything good about it other than the breakfast bar looked good.” Jul 27, 2005 by
Jerry from Cornville, AZ
“The hotel was very noisy. Not from parties or other guests, but from poor insulation. You could hear the water running in about 9 rooms around you. You could hear the person snoring in the room next store. I was unable to sleep well. My cable tv had a poor connection, so I only received fuzzy channels.” Jul 25, 2005 by
Lisa from Hopedale, IL
“This by far was the worst hotel we have stayed in with you guys. Could'nt ck in until after 3:30, pool was like 110 degrees, jacuzzi was broken, lights, phone, & outlet not working in room. Staff didn't speak english well. charged $1 for 1/2 cup of soap for laundry. Coffee warmer in room not working. Overall poor management. ” May 2, 2005 by
Ray from Hesperia, CA
“They are great with leaving your personal belongings alone. Cleaning around what is left in the room.” Hotel Representatives:
