• Comfortable, clean, close to many local attractions.
• Breakfast was cold, and understaffed, Jacuzzi not working.

“Clean, comfortable accommodations for the price. Close to everything, but not much within walking distance. Helpful staff,although don't expect much of the breakfast!”

• Complete hot breakfast included with stay. Grounds very well kept.
• The sink was in the bedroom instead of the bath.

“Nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and the grounds were a pleasure to walk around. The hot breakfast was a real treat. It was one of the best breakfast experiences I have had at a hotel like this.”

• Staff was friendly, helpful, knew the area and provided maps to key places.
• Pool noise after 11:00pm, noisy hallways, breakfast meats tasted odd, no flavored coffee additives, terrible parking, had to get new keys mid-week?

“If family friendly means children running through hallways, loud teens in the pool area after 11:00pm, and a casual attitude about needs of guests without children, I won't go back there. The room itself and the experience other than that were very pleasant, but things were dusty, like the TV, alarm clock, and seldom used places. A room is not clean if you can write your name on top of the TV and other places.”

• A hot breakfast with adequate choices was included in the price of the room.
• I would have preferred the bathroom and sink area to be between the two rooms in the suite, Not enough room for six peoples' personal items.

“This a great place to stay with kids when the emphasis is to get out seeing local attractions. It is located near the airport and the major freeways so that travel north to Anaheim and Los Angeles and south to Carlsbad and San Diego was easy. Breakfast was plentiful and served early enough to accommodate our excursion schedules. The outdoor pool was a great bonus and the grounds very attractive and inviting. This hotel is a great value for the money.”

• Great cook to order breakfast instead of a standard breakfast buffet.
• The front desk staff wasnt friendly.

“In a clean, safe area surrounded by other suite hotels, close to the 55 and 405 freeways, yet quiet. Large rooms kept clean and neat. Not showy, but a good functional hotel at a reasonable price.”

• The suites were very spacious!
• I did not like that most of the employees could not tell me how to get back to the hotel when I got lost.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and very spacious. The pool and common areas were very well kept. Although it is located on hotel terrace along with several other hotels, it is not really convenient to anything. I would suggest anyone staying at this hotel rent a vehicle because you will be traveling at least 5 miles to get to anything. Public transportation stops after 6:00 and I found myself stranded going on an unexpected 5 mile walk. It would have been helpful if the people at the desk could have told me about alternate transportation options.”

• It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.
• I had actually stayed here before, but did not recall that when making the reservation. They have cut down on their meal and drink service.

“Although the room was clean and spacious, I found out after booking the room that AAA offered it for less money per night. When I stayed at this hotel before, they also included dinner and two complimentary drinks per person, and I paid quite a bit less per night. The woman cooking the breakfast was friendly and nice, however, the young man who checked us in was not. The hotel was adequate, but I would not stay there again.”

• Very large room, great room service, complimentary breakfast was great.
• There were a few cockroaches near the fridge.

“The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom business suite. It was a great deal for the money. Great family environment, nice hot tub and pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating! Breakfast was complimentary, made to order, and great.”

• Great breakfast at no extra cost, helpful, honest (my daughter left her purse and it was returned to her by Fed-Ex).
• The hide-a-bed couches had terrible mattresses, my children ended up sleeping on the floor.

“Clean, friendly, and accommodating hotel and staff; close to Disneyland attraction. Great breakfast at no additional cost (eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, juice, milk, sodas, fresh fruit daily from 6am-9am). "Suites" were nice for groups of four in same room. The Hide-a-bed couches were small and the mattresses were worn. The overall experience was excellent.”

“I was there early this year. Now you can clearly see deterioration in the rooms, carpet, couch in the room. However, overall deal is unbeatable. Staff friendly.”

• Outside of the buildings showing their age.

“Great rooms large, bedroom plus living room. Both had TV's great for a family. Fridge and micro too. Plus dinner and breakfast coupons, didn't partake so can't comment on the food. Very good housekeeping. Easy on and off the Freeway.”

• Providing a breakfast wasd such a delight for me!
• The hotel was a few miles from my conference, at times that was inconvient

“The hotel is easy to find. Located near major freeways. Comfortable suites that allows for a working area for the business person. I appreciate the service from the staff and the serving of breakfast and dinner.”

• The hotel was very nice in all regards...
• The a/c was a little hard to get started, but after that.. ok

“If you are looking for a pleasant surprise, then I suggest looking for it at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much at this hotel. I just hope they do not raise the prices because someone actually enjoyed there stay.”

• I liked the location and for the price i put in the room was larger than most motel rooms

“Overall my stay at the Quality Suites in Santa Ana, Ca was pleasant. the sheets could have been cleaner and some things could have been fixed within the hotel room and between the hotel staff, but i would recommend.”

• I liked the room and where it was located in the hotel.
• The breakfast could have had more vegan" friendly choices."

“We had a good room and a good experience, the room was clean and nice and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good if you could find what you wanted to eat, but for a vegan there wasn't much variety. All in all, very nice.”

• the room was not clean, it SMELLED LIKE MILDEW, and it needed a remodel

• The key they gave me didn't work, and I had already carted my luggage to the room, I called the 800# and within 2 minutes I had a new key...Good Serv.
