• I loved the breakfast it was so good and the variety was perfect!
• I had a dead spider on the wall and a empty bottle tucked in a shelf.

“I really liked this hotel is was almost perfectly clean the bed was comfortable the living room area was great and the free breakfast was so yummy the staff was so helpfull and the privacy was great as well.”

• The complimentary Breakfast as extremely nice !
• Carpeting had stains.

• Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and continental breakfast included homemade waffles.
• If you did not have a car, hotel is not near stores but there was a convenience store nearby.

“I would definitely stay there again. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman who worked the continental breakfast was so nice. She waited on us and made us fresh, hot waffles for breakfast. Usually, continental breakfasts are very limited.”

• Helpful desk. Furnishings very good for this class of hotel.
• Really nothing except maybe limited eating choices in the area.

“Hotel is well run and has perfect access right off the freeway. We liked it and will be back. Price quoted, which we did not negotiate, was excellent for a hotel of this quality.”

• Broken sink in bathroom.

“The rooms were spacious (although not luxurious). The staff was extremely efficient and helpful. I was in the area on business, so the room was perfect for the purpose of the trip.”

• Good price.
• No iron in my room.

“The hotel was close to the airport and my travel destination. The room was clean. There was WiFi internet for free and HBO. There was no iron in the closest but an ironing board, which is bizarre. There was also no mini shampoo or conditioner bottles which seemed strange because I have also had those in every hotel I've been in regardless of price.”

“We asked for an extra blanket and towels after we checked-in. The person at the front desk said they would send it to our room, but none of the items requested were brought to our room. An extra pillow, blanket and towels should be readily available. Most other hotels keep these items in the closet.”

• Quiet, nice, clean room! Semi fast internet service.
• Light from above microwave/sink was out.

“Otherwise I was very pleased. Staff was helpful! Very clean / very nice room! Nice lights out curtains. By far better than one of the 3.5 star hotel I stayed at in San Jose. This should be a 3.5 rating hotel. Who rates them anyway?”

• Location close to John Wayne airport.
• Asked for king bed, got two double beds.

“Overall the hotel met our expectations. The rooms are dated, but clean. The staff was friendly, and we were shuttled to the airport quickly. We would stay here again.”

• False advertisement, the beds were not king & double they were queen & single.

“There was no manager to speak with, no newspaper, no ice machine in any working order on any floor, and I was very disappointed to not be heard or my issues get resolved.”

• The staff, room, breakfast, the cleanliness of the premises - loved everything about it.
• Nothing - it was wonderful

“We would stay here anytime - it is an excellent value, wonderful clean rooms and great atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever seen. It was all we hoped it would be.”

• Great hotel for a moderate rate. Great location off of the 55 and close to OCJW airport.
• No room service

“A little hidden gem in OC. Great location on hotel circle in Santa Anna (55 & Dyer). Clean and pleasant with a polite staff. It is a no frills hotel, but you get a free cooked to order breakfast and a free drinks happy hour every night. Great pool and hot tub with a small work-out room. Shuttle to airport. Limited cable with 3 HBO stations. Nice sleeper couch, comphy chair, fridge and table in room. Nice landscaping and blooming flowers year round. Plenty of parking. For over 6 years, I have stayed there when I go to OC.”
