“My wife and I used the hotel as a stop off for Disneyland and our stay there was great. The room had a great view of the city and was very clean. The hotel staff was more than helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Holly from Bakersfield,CA
“This hotel is awesome. From the time you pull up the service is stellar and the rooms are clean and the bar and the lounge was fun.” Sep 9, 2009 by
from Glendale,AZ
“The Hotel was nice, but we did not come to the location to spend time in the hotel so when they tacked on parking it was more expensive. The hotel tacked on $16 per night for parking, making our stay more expensive than planned.” Aug 20, 2009 by
sonia from Lancaster,CA
“The hotel was beautiful although it echoed to much. Check in area, bar and lounging area, and restaurant were all connected wich made it to loud to even have a conversation.” Aug 11, 2009 by
Scott from Bristol,CT
“Overall excellent and would stay there again.” Jun 10, 2009 by

“Attractive hotel in great Orange County location. Convenient for travelers, close to shopping, restaurants, quiet, clean and friendly staff.” Apr 21, 2009 by
Mike from San Jose,CA
“Two issues. 1- We choose a hotel with a swimming pool. This hotel had a nice pool but no water in the pool. 2- Two adults in the room next to us were yelling at each other at 5:30 am. It seemed like they were throwing things at our shared wall and their baby was crying her heart out. We called the front desk to report this 2 times (5:30 and 6 am), but the yelling and crying continued and I did not hear their phone ring or a hotel employee knock at their door. This was reported to the front desk when we checked out and they were kind enough to wave the parking fee, but that does not make up for my son waking up at 5:30 am in a panic (caused by yelling and things being thrown around) and my whole family being sleepy all day Saturday. Could not sleep till about 11 pm due to very loud airport noise and woke up at 5:30 am because of the issue noted above.” Apr 16, 2009 by
Belle from Irvine,CA
“We returned to this hotel for our leisure travel since we very much enjoyed our previous stay here. The only thing was both the pool and Jacuzzi were out of service due to renovation.” Apr 7, 2009 by
Randy from Ellensburg,WA
“An older Hilton property, but clean, attractive with adequate rooms and restful beds. Parking is convenient.” Apr 7, 2009 by
Alexandrea from Orange,CA “The hotel has an indoor pool jacuzzi fitness room basketball courts tennis courts and is not far from beach south coast or Fashion Island.” Mar 25, 2009 by
Brian from Las Vegas,NV
“ Great hotel, I would stay here again. Rooms are very nice. Pillows are great. The location is supreme. 10 minutes from Newport Beach and not far from Huntington and Laguna too. The only knock on the hotel is that you have to pay $15/night extra for a fridge and $16/night for parking. ” Mar 24, 2009 by
Dr. Otto and Irene K from Arcadia,CA “We were put in a room with an adjoining room. The guests in the other room was making loud noises after 11pm and starting smoking after midnight. Smoke came in to our room and I had to turn on the air conditioner to try to breathe. I called the front desk twice that night and when I stopped by the desk in the morning, I was given one complimentary breakfast buffet and no apologies.” Mar 17, 2009 by
David from San Antonio,TX
“Definitely would not describe as a 3.5 star.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Randy from Ellensburg,WA
“Easy access/location. Easy self parking. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.” Jan 23, 2009 by
Carlos from El Centro,CA
“Staff was very plesant and helful, this probably overcame the noise experience.” Jan 6, 2009 by
Harvey from Jackson,NJ
“Despite the outrageous parking fee ($16 per night) the hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable. The walls were a bit thin, I could hear much of the conversation from the room next door.” Dec 24, 2008 by
Mike from Angelus Oaks,CA
“Beautiful new decor, a little on the cold trendy side for our tastes, but high-style OC airport appropriate. Planes could barely be heard, great comfy bed, top quality all around. Downside: When our first room lacked heat, remote, soap dish and suitcase stand, we had to relocate to new room. Hotel was slow to respond to this and never uttered a word of apology or offered to make it up to us. Not great for Hilton, but a beautiful property.” Dec 3, 2008 by
Tara from Phoenix,AZ
“Most of the staff was friendly. The hotel room was satisfactory and the bed pillows were heavenly. It was a pleasure to go to sleep. The parking fees were high and proved to be inconvenient since we had to check out daily from the parking lot.” Sep 5, 2008 by
Kathy from St Louis, MO
“The hotel was convenient for our visit and the beds were very comfortable and there was a nice, large pool except you had to walk through the open dining room to get out to the pool which was uncomfortable. We had to call several times for towels and washcloths because they had not left enough, or any, in our room. The room was suppose to have an iron and ironing board, but we had to call for one to be brought up. The bathroom had no tub and the handicapped shower left the entire bathroom floor wet. The larger bathroom made the room itself very cramped with not much room to move around the beds.” Sep 4, 2008 by
David from Fresno, CA
“Decent location (close to multiple freeways), very clean, staff helpful but not overly friendly, didn't like additional charges for self parking and roll a way bed.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Barbara from Indio, CA
“Hotel is nice but I would not stay again because of the hassle and cost of parking! I have stayed at other hotels in the area and the noise from the airport is worse here due to old windows. The pool is nice but the surrounding concrete is chipped and broken.” Sep 2, 2008 by
Jessica
“The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.” Sep 2, 2008 by
Lin from Arlington, TX
“Nice room but service was poor, no hair dryer in room, requested one in evening, and 3 more times early the next morning before someone brought up a hair dryer.” Aug 26, 2008 by
Scott from Ashville, OH
“Very clean and felt comfortable in the surrounding area. The staff was very nice and the rooms were wonderful.” Aug 11, 2008 by
David from Carmichael, CA
“The Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate. The Hotel fell short of overall expectations because it charged $16/night to park because of the close location to the airport.” Aug 1, 2008 by
Phyllis from Prescott, AZ
“Modern and clean. Rooms very comfortable. Convenient location.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Rhiannon from Fresno, CA
“Beautiful place, convenient location.” Jul 26, 2008 by

“Convenient to the AMCI drive center at El Toro Marine Base.” Jul 11, 2008 by
Josh from San Diego, CA
“This Hilton is not quite up to the standard I have come to expect from the Hilton name. It is a nice enough place. The hotel lobby has just been remodelled. It is modern and attractive. The service was good and the staff was helpful. We had an issue with a backed up drain in the shower, but someone was sent up to fix it immediately. The bed and linen is standard Hilton quality. The pool is good sized, but not the greatest. There must have been a soccer tournament going on, so there were a million kids running around the hotel and pool. Just bad timing on my stay. What bugged me the most was that there were dirty dishes, room service items, pizza boxes, etc. just left outside of every room for over a 24 hour period. That should have been dealt with in a more timely manner. Also, every time anyone flushes a toilet anywhere near your room, you can definitely hear it. I was a bit worried about airplane noise, being right next to John Wayne Airport, but I heard no jet noise at all. Beside that, my only issue was the $16 per day self parking and the $12.99 internet 24hour fee. These are also Hilton staples. I always figure those in as part of my stay. Despite the issues I mentioned, The room was comfortable. I would go back again.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Jeff from Saint Petersburg, FL
“This hotel is directly across from the Orange County Airport making it a perfect last night hotel before departing from SNA. The lobby is beautifully furnished in a sleek, California style and the rooms are comfortably decorated with classic Hilton touches such as a large, dark wood work desk and nice amenities from Crabtree and Evelyn.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Suzanne from Moorpark, CA
“The hotel was very nice. Location was good. Really do not like having to pay $16 for self parking. That is pretty steep.” Jul 3, 2008 by
Carol from Surprise, AZ
“The staff was rude and treated us like we were some outsiders low class people. A bad experience with the food and was told they would take care of it, they did not it was still on my bill. When we called before arrival they said they had balconies to smoke on, that was a lie, the door would only open 4 inches. they lied about the law said it was the law, however other hotels in the area had balconies. Will never return to this hotel.” Jun 10, 2008 by
Charlene from La Quinta, CA
“Eye pleasing, great staff, friendly, helpful, clean well kept. Hope to stay again. Thank you the dimonds.” May 17, 2008 by
Marcela from Santa Barbara, CA
“I liked the hotel, good location and friendly service. Renewed lobby and nice rooms. I would add a minibar in the room and enhance or add some make up light in restroom. Nice hotel overall.” May 7, 2008 by
Kc from Fountain Valley, CA
“Very quiet and comfortable. I was able to get all of the work done I had hoped and slept well. Close to freeway and choices in dining. I would stay there again!” May 4, 2008 by
Lorraine from Keller, TX
“This was exactly what we needed for our visit and early flight out of Orange County.” Apr 28, 2008 by
Tony from Dakota Dunes, SD
“The guy running the omelet station was in over his head. He fell so far behind that he asked people to go sit down for 5 minutes then come back and pick up the omelet. When I came back my eggs were already gone. The worst part was when I asked where my breakfast was, he argued with me about my order. Send him back to McDonald's!” Apr 16, 2008 by
Scott from Folsom, CA
“This was a short stay. I checked in late after attending a wedding and had to leave early in the morning to catch a plane. I was on the 6th floor, but could hear people talking in the Courtyard and smelled cigarette smoke. After getting up and checking I found the sliding glass door was not closed. I could not close it until I lifted the door back on its track. The hotel charged a $15 fee for parking an I was billed $13 for a 3 minute long distance phone call. Other than that the room and hotel was very nice.” Apr 14, 2008 by
Matt from San Francisco, CA
“Everything you'd expect in terms of quality and comfort from a Hilton, but parking fees are insane in a suburban location like this, and likewise, internet for $9.95 a day is excessive - come on guys, throw in something for free.” Apr 10, 2008 by
Pamela from Eugene, OR

“Overall was a very nice hotel but could use thicker double pane windows to reduce outside noise.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 25, 2008 by
Chad from Phoenix, AZ
“Great for the business traveler, not so much for families. Conveniently located near John Wayne Airport. About 15 miles from Disneyland. Watch for hidden fees: parking onsite costs $13.00/day for self parking, and a roller bed is $15.00/day.” Mar 20, 2008 by
Shelly from Banning, CA
“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was busy-some sort of convention. The pool/hot tub were nice, but it was to cold to swim. The coffee--excellent. The staff was friendly. I was across the street from the airport and barely heard a plane. I would stay here again-except no validating for parking and the parking is in their hotel.” Mar 19, 2008 by
Tori from Los Angeles, CA
“The hotel is beautiful, has a great meeting area in the lobby, and served a great breakfast for a reasonable price.” Nov 23, 2007 by
Theresa from Acworth, GA
“Comfortable, clean, basic business room with fresh sheets and pillows. Needs a mini store in the lobby area. Expect airport noise. No fridge in room. Nice safety handrail in shower, but should have a no skid mat for the tub/shower.” Nov 16, 2007 by
Kathy from Clovis, CA
“This hotel exceeded my expectations for amenities for a 3 star rating. Nice and clean with comfortable bed.”
