• The location was perfect for my needs.
• It was old looking. Needs to be remodeled.

• It was close to all main hospitals if you are visiting sick family.
• Staff was very rude.

“When we first called the receptionist at the front desk told us it would be no problem to check in early. When we arrived he sent us to three dirty rooms. The receptionist then had a very bad attitude and told us we were early and none of the rooms should be ready anyway. Did he just not say over the phone that it would be no problem if we were early! The hotel is not pleasing to the eye, there were bugs coming out of the bath tub and the room was really dark and dingy. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• It was a direct shot to the Honda Center and down the street from CHOC hospital for those who need a hotel.
• We were given the run around about when we could check in. The spa had no h20. There were dead bugs and spiders on the walls. A live spider too.

“This hotel is great if you cannot get a room elsewhere. But the inconvenience me and some other patrons (I observed) trying to check in our rooms was horrible. To tell us to come back and then still not have the rooms ready is not ok.”

• It was a good location.
• The property is old and did not make us feel comfortable.

“This hotel is fine if you are totally looking for a budget hotel. 1-star, or maybe 2-star at the most if you count the fridge and hair dryer, but threadbare sheets, possible dank sample on the wall and water damaged ceilings scream 1-star.”

“This hotel was horrible. I would like to get my money back, as we left the hotel very soon after we arrived. It was very dirty, and we refused to stay there. The first room we were given was not what we had booked. We booked a non smoking room with a refrigerator. What we received was a smoking room. We complained. We were told that they would change our room. I informed the manager that it needed to have a refrigerator because we booked a room with one. We needed to store medication, and the room we were told we paid for, did not have one. We were told he would upgrade us since it was just for one night. When I got into the second "upgraded" room, I put my hand down on the desk, and it was covered with something sticky. There was someone¿s makeup on the bathroom sink backsplash, and dirt on the toilet seat. At this point we decided that we needed to leave and find another hotel. It took us another two hours and quite an expense to just find anything in the area for the night. I am very displeased with the accommodations, and I would like my money back since we were unable to receive a clean room at the hotel.”

• The location was convenient to business meeting.
• The bed was very uncomfortable! I could have gotten the same price I paid if I had booked the room from the hotel.

“Very disappointed in the comfort and no frills at this hotel. Continental breakfast consisted of pastries in plastic packaging, coffee and hot tea. No fruit or juice. I would not book this hotel ever again.”

• Staff was excellent.
• Room was horrible.

“Chairs in room had burn holes, chairs had pee stains, gang writing on windows. To be completely honest I would have never stayed here, we actually contemplated moving to another hotel, but since it was only one night and we were basically there to see a concert we stayed. Never did sleep under the covers, used towels to sit on furniture. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It seamed like there were long term residents living in the building. Oh and the Jacuzzi water was green. Unbelievable.”
