“Mold in the room, ceiling falling apart in bath room, traffic noise, blook on pillow cases, I had to unplug the refrigerator because it wouldnt stop running. I left in the middle of the night. I couldnt breathe. This hotel was awful! I took pictures of the mold and the ceiling. I would truly like a refund.” Mar 12, 2008 by

“I would go back and stay at this hotel any day. The staff was so friendly and kind. I saw manager's and the GM serving guests in the atrium during breakfast times as well as in the evening during the managers reception. This is what a hotel should be like, a place second to home.” Jan 24, 2008 by

“We loved the accommodations, however, our room was next to a construction site that worked all night long, thus my husband did not sleep and we visited Disneyland the next day. We were not be able to get a good nights rest-especially since we checked in at approximately 7 p.m. and checked out hours later at 7 a.m. I have contacted the hotel manager, but have yet to receive a return phone call.” Jan 14, 2008 by

“I enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The Embassy Suites staff were absolutely great even with the noise the three small children made occasionally. The decor of the rooms and amenities were perfect and everything we needed. The only negative thing was the pop vending machines were empty some of the time but this was only a very minor thing.” Jun 5, 2007 by

“Hotel is for everyone, traveler, family, business.” Apr 9, 2007 by

“Upon our confirmed late arrival, there were no double room suites available only king beds, which could not accommodate us since there were 2 adults and 4 children in our party. After calling in the manager, they were able to give us two adjacent (although, not connecting) king bed suites for the same rate. During checkout, a different desk manager was on duty who would not honor the comp room. We had to locate the manager on duty Sat. night to confirm the arrangement before the rate was honored on our bill! I don't know why the error occurred with Embassy Suites but it caused us unnecessary aggravation and inconvenience! When a reservation is confirmed, it should remain as stated unless changed by the guest, not the hotel!” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
