• the location
• hundreds of ants in the bathroom and remote not working, even with new batteries

“fantastic location. We had to switch rooms because there were ants all over the bathroom. Second room was fine, but the remote didnt work, even with new batteries. I wish it had a pool.”

• Close to Disneyland without traffic.
• Bed bugs!

“We had a decent time at the hotel until we found a bed bug in our bed. I don't plan to go back there. If they didn't care to call, it's because they won't be taking care of the issue.”

• The outside was gardened well.
• No daily cleaning, desk clerk clueless about Disneyland operating hours, heater broken.

“This hotel did not even live up to the standards of a good hotel. First of all, our heater was broken and had a bad smell so my Girlfriend and I were cold the whole night. The front desk clerk did not know when DisneyLand opened. There was no daily cleaning so the do not disturb sign was unnecessary. On top of that, the hotel furniture was very low quality and compared to a cheaper Best Western, not satisfactory. in addition I had to pay for wireless ! Wireless should be free.”

• Great location in Anaheim close to sports venues.
• Only one way in to parking lot, not multiple entrances.

“If you are looking to go to a Ducks game, Angels game or any of the 3 Supercross races, this is the place to stay. If you are like me and don't care or prefer the maid doesn't make the bed everyday, then you should look at Extended Stays. I'm just looking for a place that I can spread out & have my space and this is it.”

• Room was cozy, staff polite and helpful.
• Room assigned was not cleaned. We had to change rooms. Bathroom sink was cracked.

“Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff quick to fix problem room. Room was very cozy, bed comfortable, shower worked, kitchenette supplied well.”

• How close it was to where I was visiting, and the kitchen.
• Couldn't get basic things, like pillows. Staff not very helpful/friendly, bad smell.

“Has a strange smell when you walk in, and make sure and walk in with low expectations. No matter how many times you ask for something you will never get it, so why bother? If you are extremely nice, the staff may offer you a slight smile but that is it. I would recomend it only if you plan on staying in your room for little to no time, and got the room for free, or almost free.”

• Ceiling leaked in the restroom on to the counter and splashed while using facility.

• It was inexpensive and not crowded. The hotel staff was great.
• They were renovating the first floor.

“I always enjoy this hotel for my trips to Disneyland because it is conveniently located but not close to the craziness that is Disneyland! There are rarely any children staying here so it is quiet and pleasant.

• Nothing.
• The room was dirty, holes in blankets, fridge was loud, and hostess was rude and unhelpful. Not within walking distance of Disney like it claimed.

“I would not recommend this hotel for those who have kids and want something close to Disneyland. The rooms are dirty; the blankets are completely thin and worn. The fridge is so loud you can't sleep. There is no pool and they do not put simple items such as shampoo and conditioner in the tub. Also the shower didn't work very well. You do need a car if going to Disneyland. It is not within walking distance.”

• Attractiveness outside and inside, competent, friendly desk staff; well kept grounds and interior; clean, felt like it was more upscale than economy.
• Plumbing in tub/shower needs repair; electrical outlet in bathroom was broken.

“My partner and I were happily surprised to find such a well-kept hotel in close proximity to the Honda Center where we were attended Bruce Springsteen concert. Hotel staff was very efficient; everything was clean and bright.”

• Located right next to the Honda Center.
• Only had Wi-Fi (for $4.99) - no computers for people who do not carry a laptop/sidekick.

“Good hotel and right next to the Honda Center - so if you're going to the venue for a show, this is the perfect place to stay. The rooms include microwave, kettle, fridge freezer and entire kitchen area. The room was clean and the hotel was safe. Would be better if the hotel had a guest computer in the lobby. I had no laptop so had to get a cab to the nearest Kinko's two miles away to check internet. The staff was friendly and offered to print out maps and directions from their computer.”

• It didn't provide shampoo in the room bathroom.

“This hotel is by far one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting, the sheets were ripped and dirty. The 4th floor stunk as soon as you stepped out of the rickety elevator. I can't even begin to list all the problems with this place. I will never stay here again.”

“My family and i were visiting california for the summer and we had made reservations to stay here. when we arrived our room was not clean neither were the rooms that rude staff had shown us to take instead.

then after a week the manager had made all kinds of mistakes with our account. they would charge our bill to or three times. then when we confronted them about the mistake it was made again. after we had something worked out about the mistakes with the bill a new problem arose the maids had not come to clean the room in weeks so when my daughter was at the hotel room alone the manager confronted my daughter about the lack of service in weeks. the staff is very rude and did not confront me about a problem once the whole stay and my younger daughter told me that a staff member approached her about how dirty our towels were. next year i think will stay out of extended stay and i don't recommend this hotel to families. it also has this very disgusting stench on each floor. just a warning. and there are not many tv channels.
