• AC needed to be turned on in the hallways.

“This hotel was horrible it way my 8 year old daughters birthday and they overcharged us for a room with 2 beds and made us pay $20 more.”

• I totally hate this hotel because of their inflexibility and unfriendly staff members.
• Rude staff members who were not helpful at all.

“I will never go back to this hotel again and advised all my friends and family to stay away from it as well. This was my third time staying at this hotel thinking that I would give them chance to prove themselves. But I was again disappointed for the 3rd time. That's enough aggravation and it totally ruined our vacation mood.”

• Friendly front desk & housekeeping staff.
• Lack of electronic check out service on TV.

“Recently renovated, clean rooms. Very sparse (i.e. No electronic room check out or laundry bags.) Would stay there again, but not for the money I spent (per night). I consider it a 2 star rather than 2.5 star hotel.”

• Breakfast included hot tub.
• Only one washer/dryer.

“Very clean and nice. Plenty of parking. Not many towels in the room but we were able to get more when needed. Language barrier with a few employees but there were enough English speaking employees that we were fine. Pool/hot tub was open - the pool wasn't heated but the hot tub was great.”

• Nothing I liked about this hotel.
• The room stinks and breakfast area very dirty.

“ The room stinks and bed has bad smell. The breakfast area was dirty and smelled horrible. The staff was impatient and not friendly. I just couldn't get over the smell in the room. It was terrible! I will never go to this best western again!”

• Checked in at about 10pm, but they took about 30 min to register us.
