• 2nd floor vending machines would not take cash only the debit card was working.

• Paying to park at any hotel is just a rip off. There was a tow truck towing cars.

• It was beautiful.
• Lacked service.

“It was a beautiful hotel. The service was quite lacking, as I had to call the front desk several occasions in order to obtain additional towels. My room was not restocked with toiletries and once again I had to call to obtain them. Overall and overseeing the minor flaws it was an extremely awesome experience for the price and my children loved it.”

• Big room
• Parking Fee - as hidden fee

“They add another $11/$14 (self park/valet) fee if you intend to park overnight. Since we need the hotel to stay overnight, this end up as hidden fee that travelers wouldn't know about until last minutes. They don't disclose in detail before - by the time you initial the bill it too late. In my case the receptionist tell it free. Very disappointed at this stay - when I see the bill I take my tip back.”

• Spacious, 2 room suite, clean and
  quiet.
• No food, even vending machines after a certain time!

“This was a great place to stay. It was very clean. We had a 2 room suite which was great! It was quiet. We arrived at 11:00 pm and there was no place at the hotel that we could get something to eat. There weren't even any vending machines with food. That was the only downside. It was a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.”

• The appearance of the hotel was up to date. Valet were very friendly and willing to help. Location was excellent, less than 10 mins from Disneyland.
• They charged for parking even as a guest and for internet. The beds were uncomfortable, (too soft) felt like we were sleeping on Jello.

“Very nice and upscale. Staff was friendly and professional. The only downside is they charge $11 for self-parking or $14 for valet. Also, they didn't offer free internet service, or any dishes or utensils. The soft beds are normally a plus, but these beds went beyond soft. They became very uncomfortable, felt like a waterbird with not enough water or like sleeping on Jello.”

• I like the separation between the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was very nice.
• I don't like the idea of charging $12 for parking when there is plenty of parking around the area. I don't like the internet fee also.

“The hotel was great and convenient to freeways. I don't like the fact that they charge $12 for parking when there is plenty of space for parking around the area. The internet charges was also ridiculous and even the business center had the nerve to charge $.69 per minute. Also, I ordered breakfast of one plate of eggs Benedict and 2 OJ and the bill was $32. I was shock! It was good but no single plate of breakfast in this world is worth over $30. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice and the room was also very nice.”

• Two rooms!

“I used Priceline to stay at this hotel on a travel day on our way to Disneyland, and it was great! Very clean and comfortable. The kids had their own room and my husband and I were able to not have to go to bed at 8:30 when they did.”

• That they only gave up a king bed and had to pay extra to get 2 double beds, very disappointed.

• Rooms were very spacious, well layout.
• Too many kids running up and down the hallways at night.

“Front desk help was very good, hotel layout very nice and the room service quick and quite tasty. While the bed was quite comfortable, it's difficult to get a good nights rest with kids running up and down the hallways. Must have been a volley ball tournament in town.”

• The room was great! Lots of space, comfortable beds!
• No tram to Disney, had to pay for shuttle, the hotel was not within walking distance of Disneyland.

“The suites were great! The hotel was awesome! The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The suites were an advantage for a family; however the parking was pricey on top of that you had to pay per person for the shuttle to Disneyland. That adds up quickly.”

• Excellent service, clean and comfortable.
• The noise of Interstate 5, the parking fee.

“Great service as Hiltons always have. The location is good for availability of services however, the noise from Interstate 5 made it impossible to crack the window for some fresh air. The parking fee seemed high for basic outdoor parking. The hotel and staff were great, though!”

“This hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. All the rooms are spacious suites with a wet bar in the living room. There is plenty of room whether you are there for a weekend with your family or just a night or two on business.”

• The atrium was very nice, and rooms were well laid out.
• The gym was a joke, terrible equipment.

“While the rooms were comfortable there were little details that raised eyebrows. The fold out bed looked as if the bedding had not been changed and it was from the previous guest. The breakfast room service card had already been filled out by the previous guest. The out door pool had glass around the stairs and in the pool. It was also littered with cigarette butts, and empty boxes. The gym equipment was dangerous! I am a full-time gym goer and I can be very creative when need be to get my workout in and this gym really put me to the test. It was very crowded, no free weights, the multi purpose unit would stick in the middle of a rep. The view into the Atrium was very nice, and the kids loved the glass elevators with the view.”

• The bed was fantastic.
• Carpet was clean, but looked worn.

“We were spending the weekend at Disneyland. The drive was less than 10 min from the park. The hotel was very clean, staff was great, room was very nice, but we really only had time to sleep there but sleep we did. One of the best beds I have ever slept in. Hard to get up the next morning and head to the park. Wish I had more to to spend at the room. My only complaint is one I always have. Why charge me $11 for parking each day? They know I am not walking to the hotel, and hotels with less stars don't charge for parking.”

• Location was great! Convenient to lots of attractions.
• One of the two elevators was not working.

“I have stayed at this hotel many times, and each time has been rather pleasent. the location is great, convenient to many attractions and freway access is easy. If you can, try to get a room that faces Disneyland, this way, if you are not at the park, you can enjoy a great view of the fireworks in the evening, between 9 and 10PM depending on weather.”

• Phone cord broke, TV kept changing channels on its own. Room service closes early.

• It's an all-suite hotel with seperate living room and bedroom, with a microwave and fridge and balcony with viewsof the Disneyland fireworks.
• The mattress in the sofa bed in the living room was old with big wet stains. The rug was also stained and dirty. Only one working elevator.

“This is a great rooms for families. The bathrooms is big with a seperate tub and shower. The living room and bedroom are seperate. The room also comes with the balcony for views of the Disneyland fireworks. There's plenty of parking with fresh orange and lemon water at the entrance. Indoor and outdoor pool (indoor pool is much smaller).”

• Lovely and safe.
• Dirty sofas and chairs and extra $20 for double beds.

“Hotel was very nice, except stuffed furniture was stained and worn. Bathroom was very big and nice. Staff tried to come in twice. They said they didn't think room was occupied. Hmmm. Far from Disneyland and had to drive. No shuttle bus.”

• It's quiet and the beds are very nice.
• Housekeeping forgot about us for 3 days! At 1:15am there was no one to be found at the front desk. Security is bad.

“This is a nice hotel if you don't mind being left on your own without services. Also they are very unaccommodating with any special requests.”

• The staff all greeted me either coming or going.
• The sink emitted an unpleasant odor when not stopper.

“This hotel has a very pleasant and cordial staff. It seems clean, though I noticed that trays from room service sometimes sat out in the hallway from the time I left in the morning until the time I returned. The internet connection was overpriced, so I did not use it. There was a lot of space in the rooms (plural intentional) and the walls seemed fairly well insulated, mostly blocking the noise from other rooms. The TV remotes did not always work, needing sometimes dozens of clicks to turn off or to change the volume, but it was nice to have two TVs so you did not have to sit on a bed to enjoy watching. The refrigerator and the microwave were nice, though the food in the restaurant was so good that I did not use them. Overall it was a good place to stay for a week. It was very convenient to get on the freeway, and is well located.”

• Suite was very nice for the price, clean and comfortable.
• The fold out bed was very uncomfortable, for naughty or ignorant chlidren only.

“Nice facility. Very clean and well kept-up. Room was clean and well appointed. Location is a little less than ideal for our Disneyland trip. Would have given the hotel an excellent overall except for the sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. My 7 year old doesn't know any better, so he was fine. I laid down for a while and it was intolerable. Restaurant was a little pricey for the very budget conscious, but the food was quite good.”

“The room service meal was horrible. I ordered the soup and salad, and the fruit plate. Among other items on the fruit plate, there were 2 pieces of orange that looked like someone had already taken a bite off of them. the soup, cream of corn, tasted like a smooth oatmeal with a ton of brown sugar. I couldn't even take a second bite.”

• The elevator went out and they did not tell the occupants.
