Louis from Oxnard,CA
“This hotel is very clean and the room as well. The water at the shower nozzel was weak. But i know we are conserving water” Jul 31, 2009 by
Tam from San Jose,CA
“It was a beautiful hotel. The service was quite lacking, as I had to call the front desk several occasions in order to obtain additional towels. My room was not restocked with toiletries and once again I had to call to obtain them. Overall and overseeing the minor flaws it was an extremely awesome experience for the price and my children loved it.” Jul 28, 2009 by
julie from Grass Valley,CA
“I would stay here again. Food good, a little pricey for a larger family. Liked the shuttle option to disneyland...did not go however. Great place for the cost, would stay again.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Lenny from Westminster,CA
“They add another $11/$14 (self park/valet) fee if you intend to park overnight. Since we need the hotel to stay overnight, this end up as hidden fee that travelers wouldn't know about until last minutes. They don't disclose in detail before - by the time you initial the bill it too late. In my case the receptionist tell it free. Very disappointed at this stay - when I see the bill I take my tip back.” Jun 18, 2009 by
Amy from Grand Meadwo,MN
“This was a great place to stay. It was very clean. We had a 2 room suite which was great! It was quiet. We arrived at 11:00 pm and there was no place at the hotel that we could get something to eat. There weren't even any vending machines with food. That was the only downside. It was a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.” Jun 4, 2009 by
Kathy from Cathedral City,CA
“Excellent and Jun 3, 2009 by
William from San Bernardino,CA “Everything was very nice, neat, clean and friendly, I view was delightful, and th room itself was better than expected.” May 15, 2009 by
Lisa from Atwood,CA
“This hotel is great for business travelers. Quiet away from the Disney area, close to freeways. Parking however is limited and there is a charge.” May 14, 2009 by
Elizabeth from Corona,CA
“The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying there again!” May 13, 2009 by
Rachel from Tracy,CA
“Very nice and upscale. Staff was friendly and professional. The only downside is they charge $11 for self-parking or $14 for valet. Also, they didn't offer free internet service, or any dishes or utensils. The soft beds are normally a plus, but these beds went beyond soft. They became very uncomfortable, felt like a waterbird with not enough water or like sleeping on Jello.” May 12, 2009 by
Karen from Bend,OR
“The valet and front desk employees were very polite and helpful. The room was very large and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.” May 7, 2009 by
Zoe from Los Angeles,CA
“Excellent value for space provided, loved the indoor pool, and welcoming staff.” May 4, 2009 by
Arlene from Sac,CA
“Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and nice sized rooms and bathroom.” May 2, 2009 by
Karie-Lynn from Simi Valley,CA
“Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Nice, clean and spacious suites.” May 1, 2009 by
Le from Monterey Park,CA
“The hotel was great and convenient to freeways. I don't like the fact that they charge $12 for parking when there is plenty of space for parking around the area. The internet charges was also ridiculous and even the business center had the nerve to charge $.69 per minute. Also, I ordered breakfast of one plate of eggs Benedict and 2 OJ and the bill was $32. I was shock! It was good but no single plate of breakfast in this world is worth over $30. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice and the room was also very nice.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Kathy from Hemet,CA
“Great location to freeways, amusement and sports arenas, great room.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Monica from El Monte,CA
“Hotel experience was wonderful. It was close to Disneyland. The lobby was nice and rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was very nice too. Pool was nice and perfect temperature. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Dani from Antioch,CA
“I used Priceline to stay at this hotel on a travel day on our way to Disneyland, and it was great! Very clean and comfortable. The kids had their own room and my husband and I were able to not have to go to bed at 8:30 when they did.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Terri from Mission Hills,CA
“Our overall experience was great, very nice and friendly staff.” Apr 14, 2009 by
Rebecca from Morgan Hill,CA
“It was a nice hotel and would stay at it again.” Apr 7, 2009 by
Steve from Scottsdale,AZ
“Front desk help was very good, hotel layout very nice and the room service quick and quite tasty. While the bed was quite comfortable, it's difficult to get a good nights rest with kids running up and down the hallways. Must have been a volley ball tournament in town.” Apr 2, 2009 by
kristina from Lakeside,CA
“This hotel was very nice. The room I stayed in was very spacious and their, was a separate room for the living room. There also seemed to be a very nice restaurant and bar in the hotel but I didn't have time to try them out.” Mar 26, 2009 by
Becky from Tiburon,CA
“Extremely friendly staff and concierge. Rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. Location is very convenient. I would definitely visit this hotel again.” Mar 5, 2009 by
Lucas from Levan,UT
“The hotel was nice. The room was big had two TVs, a bathtub and a separate shower. The master bed had tons of pillows and a nice TV. I also liked the for-pay entertainment system.” Mar 4, 2009 by
Christi from Tucson,AZ
“The suites were great! The hotel was awesome! The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The suites were an advantage for a family; however the parking was pricey on top of that you had to pay per person for the shuttle to Disneyland. That adds up quickly.” Mar 1, 2009 by
Betsy from Van Nuys,CA
“Great service as Hiltons always have. The location is good for availability of services however, the noise from Interstate 5 made it impossible to crack the window for some fresh air. The parking fee seemed high for basic outdoor parking. The hotel and staff were great, though!” Feb 19, 2009 by
Kathy from Apple Valley,CA
“This hotel is a favorite for us. The rooms are suites so we had a living room, bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast is wonderful. Clean, well decorated and great staff!” Jan 29, 2009 by
Melissa from Livermore,CA
“This hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. All the rooms are spacious suites with a wet bar in the living room. There is plenty of room whether you are there for a weekend with your family or just a night or two on business.” Jan 27, 2009 by
Veronica from Chandler,AZ
“While the rooms were comfortable there were little details that raised eyebrows. The fold out bed looked as if the bedding had not been changed and it was from the previous guest. The breakfast room service card had already been filled out by the previous guest. The out door pool had glass around the stairs and in the pool. It was also littered with cigarette butts, and empty boxes. The gym equipment was dangerous! I am a full-time gym goer and I can be very creative when need be to get my workout in and this gym really put me to the test. It was very crowded, no free weights, the multi purpose unit would stick in the middle of a rep. The view into the Atrium was very nice, and the kids loved the glass elevators with the view.” Jan 14, 2009 by
Rohno from Phoenix,AZ
“We were spending the weekend at Disneyland. The drive was less than 10 min from the park. The hotel was very clean, staff was great, room was very nice, but we really only had time to sleep there but sleep we did. One of the best beds I have ever slept in. Hard to get up the next morning and head to the park. Wish I had more to to spend at the room. My only complaint is one I always have. Why charge me $11 for parking each day? They know I am not walking to the hotel, and hotels with less stars don't charge for parking.” Jan 11, 2009 by
Lesli from Santa Monica,CA
“Nice rooms, didn't resolve issue satisfactory.” Jan 2, 2009 by
Artie from Merced,CA
“I love the this hotel it appearance and location was exceptional. The staff was friendly and meet our needs in a fast and timely matter. I would make a subjection about the food court it might need a doom to seal off the strong food odors, other then that it was all great.” Jan 1, 2009 by
Ron from Sacramento,CA
“Although the web site there was free parking, internet, and breakfast, none of these were offered. Freezing restaurant area.” Dec 18, 2008 by
Morgan from La Quinta,CA
“Would recommend to anyone.” Dec 17, 2008 by
Robb from Surprise,AZ
“I have stayed at this hotel many times, and each time has been rather pleasent. the location is great, convenient to many attractions and freway access is easy. If you can, try to get a room that faces Disneyland, this way, if you are not at the park, you can enjoy a great view of the fireworks in the evening, between 9 and 10PM depending on weather.” Dec 17, 2008 by
AJzmommy from San Diego,CA
“The Hilton Suites was perfect for our two-day trip to Disneyland.” Dec 14, 2008 by
Kathy from Las Vegas,NV
“Friendly, clean, comfortable and Trolley to Disneyland. Taxi costs approx $12.00. Has room service and restaurant.” Dec 2, 2008 by
Rochelle from San Francisco,CA
“This is a great rooms for families. The bathrooms is big with a seperate tub and shower. The living room and bedroom are seperate. The room also comes with the balcony for views of the Disneyland fireworks. There's plenty of parking with fresh orange and lemon water at the entrance. Indoor and outdoor pool (indoor pool is much smaller).” Dec 1, 2008 by
Patty from Buffalo,NY
“Lovely facility and well appointed rooms. Open spacious lobby, very attractive decor and helpful and pleasant staff.” Dec 1, 2008 by
Marlynn from Fresno,CA
“Hotel was very nice, except stuffed furniture was stained and worn. Bathroom was very big and nice. Staff tried to come in twice. They said they didn't think room was occupied. Hmmm. Far from Disneyland and had to drive. No shuttle bus.” Nov 30, 2008 by
David from Sunnyvale,CA
“Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay. It's clean and quite and the suites are huge. With near by shopping and activities. I would consider this hotel for future traveling.” Nov 30, 2008 by
Paulette from Manteca,CA
“This is a nice hotel if you don't mind being left on your own without services. Also they are very unaccommodating with any special requests.” Nov 24, 2008 by
Mark from Onalaska,WI
“This hotel has a very pleasant and cordial staff. It seems clean, though I noticed that trays from room service sometimes sat out in the hallway from the time I left in the morning until the time I returned. The internet connection was overpriced, so I did not use it. There was a lot of space in the rooms (plural intentional) and the walls seemed fairly well insulated, mostly blocking the noise from other rooms. The TV remotes did not always work, needing sometimes dozens of clicks to turn off or to change the volume, but it was nice to have two TVs so you did not have to sit on a bed to enjoy watching. The refrigerator and the microwave were nice, though the food in the restaurant was so good that I did not use them. Overall it was a good place to stay for a week. It was very convenient to get on the freeway, and is well located.” Nov 18, 2008 by
Doug from Highland,CA
“Rooms are spacious as they are suites and many amenities are available. Close to many OC attractions and freeway convenient. Would definetly stay there again.” Nov 17, 2008 by
Mike from Redlands,CA
“Nice facility. Very clean and well kept-up. Room was clean and well appointed. Location is a little less than ideal for our Disneyland trip. Would have given the hotel an excellent overall except for the sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. My 7 year old doesn't know any better, so he was fine. I laid down for a while and it was intolerable. Restaurant was a little pricey for the very budget conscious, but the food was quite good.” Nov 17, 2008 by
Greg from San Jose,CA “The room service meal was horrible. I ordered the soup and salad, and the fruit plate. Among other items on the fruit plate, there were 2 pieces of orange that looked like someone had already taken a bite off of them. the soup, cream of corn, tasted like a smooth oatmeal with a ton of brown sugar. I couldn't even take a second bite.” Nov 15, 2008 by
Patricia from Payson,AZ
“Staff was friendly. Food prices were high. We did not have to pay for parking nice. All of the amenities were well taken care of.”
