Darlene from Union City,CA
“Great experience no complaints unbelievable price could not beat it.” Oct 10, 2009 by
Kirk from Victoria,Canada
“Shuttle schedule provided stated 1 shuttle every 20 minutes, this was not true and there was 1 shuttle every 30 minutes which took a long loop that added another 20 minutes to the ride.” Oct 9, 2009 by
Susie from Manteca,CA
“Clean hotel in good condition with free parking and an on sight restaurant. Transit in front to get to nearby attractions. Also the hotel has a fitness center and pool.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Shari from Prescott Valley,AZ “I work in a hotel myself and in all this place was perfect for me. It wasn't in a very busy section of town and it's location made it easy to get to just about anywhere I needed to go. The only problems I had were that the bathroom had been used in my room when I was checked in, which I informed the desk staff and it was promptly taken care of. I was also given a room right by the elevator, which isn't a big deal to me, but in the mornings at about 6am it was really noisy with kids running and screaming down the hall, which isn't the hotel's fault, but it was still frustrating. There was a large fan outside my door that was fairly noisy on the first night and the Sep 24, 2009 by

“Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.” Sep 21, 2009 by
Diane from Cincinnati
“Room was clean and comfortable. Phone connection had an echo - was reported twice, but never fixed. Was charged $7.50 just to access and print out two boarding passes. Convenience shop items were also too overpriced (small tube of sunscreen was $5.50) Local phone calls were a dollar. Not a very customer-oriented atmosphere - customer decides to stay here and yet is still subjected to additional and exorbitant fees for services and conveniences. What happened to customer service and appreciation?” Sep 21, 2009 by
Duane from Santa Maria,CA
“Great hotel, great price, and great location. Swimming pool was awesome. Very relaxing and inviting. Not what you would expect in this price range.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Maria from Buckeye,AZ
“The hotel was nice. The staff was very busy and at one time I waited for a long time to get my question answered. I also used the lobby computer and after that happened my debit card was being used illegally. I informed the front desk, but they didn't seem like they cared much.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Alena from San Diego,CA “The room was very large and extremely comfortable. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. My husband and I slept great. We truly enjoyed our Holiday Inn hotel room in Anaheim. We appreciated the free Internet service. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very comfortable. I would very gladly return here.” Aug 11, 2009 by
Amma from Meridian,ID
“Very clean, well kept rooms with nice and modern decorating. This hotel had very limited dining hours & this hotel is not near other restaurants or even a convenience store. The snacks and drinks in the hotel store (closet) were outrageously expensive. We ordered out lots of pizza. There were not even vending machines, just horribly overpriced snacks and drinks.” Jul 28, 2009 by
Karin from San Diego,CA
“Hotel was very clean and employees were very pleasant and helpful.” Jul 28, 2009 by
Brenda from overbrook
“No complaints. It was a good clean room and hotel with a good price.” Jul 12, 2009 by
John from Huntingtown,MD
“Clean, quiet and right on the interstate.” Jul 12, 2009 by

“Although I requested non-smoking room well in advanced, when I arrived, they said there are no non-smoking room available. I told them I am traveling with kids, but they are not willing to listen. Bad experience!” Jul 6, 2009 by
Davin from Quartz Hill,CA
“Room was clean, the pool and bar was great, the quietness was excellent and the service provided by the staff was very impressive.” Jul 5, 2009 by
Dennis from Suisun,CA
“I was checking in early Monday morning around 2:00 am, and by noon they did not clean the rooms at all. I was staying for three nights, and wait for me to request for rooms to be cleaned.” Jul 1, 2009 by
from Atlanta,GA
“Good. Maybe even great for a 3 star hotel.” Jul 1, 2009 by
Charli from Moreno Valley,CA
“The entire 4th floor smelled of smoke. Didn't take requests into consideration (even when told they would). Desk staff was extremely rude. Checked out within 30 minutes of arrival and stayed at the Anaheim Comfort Inn. Awesome desk staff, clean room, non-smoking, and free breakfast.” Jun 25, 2009 by
Lori from Visalia,CA “Really nice, newer and family friendly.” Jun 24, 2009 by
Victor from Anaheim,CA
“I requested a non-smoking and single king size bed and was given the complete opposite. The room we stayed in stinked and was smoky. In addition, they only gave us two single beds for me and my wife.” Jun 19, 2009 by
Dawn from Taylor,AZ “The hotel was fine, its the rude people that also stay there I just wish people were more curtious.about being loud and noisy at all hours of the night and very early morning. What is wrong with people. I just think they can be so rude and they dont bother to think of others just themselves.” Jun 16, 2009 by
Neil from Vista,CA
“Great value and friendly staff.” Jun 14, 2009 by
Richard from Dublin,OH
“Friendly service, clean (for the most part), decent location. Parking could be better.” Jun 12, 2009 by
Colleen from Nipomo,CA
“I was impressed with the quality we got for the price. We had more than 4 people in our party and they let us pay $30 more to upgrade to a kids suite. The restaurant was good and kids eat free each meal was great! Little off the beaten path but with shuttle to Disney you really didn't notice. Although only 1.6 miles from Disney you would not walk there on these streets. The kids suite gave us 5 beds the queen was comfy but the bunks were big enough for our 6 and 4 year old but not our 9 year old. The pool was great and the hotel was clean. Refrigerators in rooms a plus also. I would recommend this hotel if you could get a rate like we got through Priceline, We paid half of what they were asking on the Internet and over the phone. Very worth it. Only drawback was we were not sure what bed type until we got there and they do have 30 smoking rooms that you could wind up getting if they are full, that would have been not worth it.” Jun 11, 2009 by
Cass from Albuquerque, NM
“Clean, attractive hotel, helpful, friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to a family or friend and would stay here again.” May 30, 2009 by
James from Clovis,CA
“This hotel is conveniently located off of I-5 just minutes away from Disneyland Theme Parks and Anahiem's Garden Walk. Freindly staff and moderately sized rooms will make your stay delightful!” May 29, 2009 by
Corinne from Mesa,AZ
“Great location close to Disneyland! Pretty clean! Great location! About a mile away from Disneyland! Restaurants close by! Could be friendlier for children! More Disney decorations like statues, pictures, etc. Some type of small happy hour such as soda and popcorn for the kids would be great! Bigger selection of food and souvenirs in the little shop inside the hotel would be super! Ice cream, teenagers magazines etc. Towels for the pool would be awesome!” May 29, 2009 by
Kat from Surprise,AZ
“An excellent value at for the Memorial day weekend! The only complaints were that it was grandfathered in and escaped the non smoking law, and we were stuck on a smoking floor, and the beds were doubles, not queens. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hot tub was a godsend. Our room had a walk in shower which was fantastic more hotels should adopt this! We ignored the restaurant (figuring the prices would be too high) until we realized that all the area restaurants were expensive, and we ate breakfast there the last day. The service was impeccable (Guillermo even brought to go cups of our drinks without being asked!), and the food was first rate next time we'll be dining in. Once caveat the hotel was located on Manchester, which was one way. To get back to Katella you have to go all the way down to Orange wood and circle back, which could prove unnerving if you didn't know the area.” May 21, 2009 by
Esther from Vista,CA
“This is a tasteful, comfortable, attractive motel with great conveniences like work-out room, large pool, hairdryer, ironing equipment. It's a little tricky to find since Manchester splits into 2 parts, and it is a little too far for most people to walk, but the shuttle is $4 adults & $1 child/day and runs every 20 minutes. My guests,a mom w/ 4 kids, were thrilled w/ the resort atmosphere & said they would be satisfied to have the motel stay be their vacation. I liked the earthy leaf pattern on the wallpaper, and the helpful staff.” May 21, 2009 by
Marci from Glendale,AZ
“Overall it was great!” May 21, 2009 by
Natalie from Fresno,CA
“Beautiful room. Didn't ask for bunk beds, but loved having them anyway (for a teen). My favorite is the light coming on as soon as the key opens the front door. No worries about finding a light switch when entering the room.” May 18, 2009 by
Tona from Sacrmaneto,CA
“Great place to stay for your Disneyland Resort visit! Location was a little drive from the park, but there was a shuttle takes you to and from the park from the hotel at a low cost. The rooms were great! There were bunk beds, a TV, a video game system for the kids, a separate bed and TV for the parents. Very quiet, clean, and looks amazing. Finally, the staff was very friendly!” May 13, 2009 by
Susan from Los Banos,CA
“Minimal staffing all hours, the night time desk staff very unhelpful, did not answer desk phone at all after 11 PM on 3 different nights. Daytime manager very pleasant and helpful. Rooms very tiny, cramped, some without bath tubs (shower only), no real room for roll away beds. Charge 15 dollars/night for roll-away. Housekeeping minimally acceptable-dirty cups/glasses, melted ice left in ice bucket. Nice pool/hot tub area. Inadequate parking, especially handicapped spots. No oversize parking. No bell or concierge services.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Dustin from Central Point,OR
“It is a nice place. The room was great, the pool was above average. The location is not great. It is only a few blocks from Disneyland (3/4 a mile or so), but it is located next to a bad part of Anaheim. We made a wrong turn about a block from the hotel and ended up in a not so nice neighborhood.” Apr 16, 2009 by
Dana from Thousand Oaks,CA
“Our room (junior suite) was very clean and provided just enough space for us (2 adults, 2 small children). Great first impression! When I asked the gift shop attendant about a concierge, I was directed to the front desk, but then I later discovered on my own that they had an automated touch-screen concierge in the lobby. The Kids eat free deal wasn't really a deal. We ended up spending more on just two adult dinners than we would have spent elsewhere on dinner for a family of four. Free parking was great. Shuttle service was affordable and convenient.” Apr 13, 2009 by
Curt from Mesa,AZ
“This hotel is not recommended.” Apr 12, 2009 by
Debbie from Alamo,CA
“Overall this was great place to stay when you have plans to go to Disneyland or do something during the day.” Apr 7, 2009 by
Janet from Davis,CA
“The sound insulation is not good so we can hear lots of noise from other rooms. Mar 30, 2009 by
Dan from Elk Grove Village,IL
“Very happy with the hotel. It was clean and roomy. A little far from Disney, but not a problem with a car or transportation.” Mar 28, 2009 by
Vincent Verdugo from Santa Barbara,CA
“Excellent value and very clean. The rooms were nicely updated. Convenient location.” Mar 23, 2009 by
Jero from Goodyear,AZ
“The pool and Jaccuzi were both nice. Had a well kept work out room. Food at restaurant was delicious, but a pit pricey. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our window. Fridge was spacious, but no microwave.” Mar 17, 2009 by
Walter from North Pole,AK
“This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. We had great service from the staff at helping us find places we were looking for. It is located very close to Disneyland and other attractions. The whole family enjoyed it. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great.” Mar 15, 2009 by
from San Ysidro,CA
“An excellent stay! The heated pool was warm enough to swim in - even though it was only 62F outside. The hot tub was wonderful.”
