• Convenience of location and kitchen facilities.
• Traffic noise.

“The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was nice and we enjoyed eating breakfast in our room. The beds were comfortable.”

• The cleanliness and overall look of the room was great!
• The swimming pool water was cloudy. Appeared to not have been cleaned recently.

“This hotel met all my expectations. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. My family (wife, 2 teens and 2 little ones) and I had a great time there. About a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. I have always had trouble finding hotels that accommodate 6 people per room until I found this one. This hotel is great if your traveling with family or with friends and they have different rooms to accommodate your comfort level. Highly recommend!”

• Excellent location and good breakfast buffet.
• 2nd bed was a foldout couch. Not very comfortable.

“Convenient to Disney, freeways, resteraunts and shopping. Friendly staff. Would have liked to have more exercise equipment on site.”

• The room decor was warm and inviting. The hotel grounds were very clean and the gazebos and cookout grills made me feel as if I were in a backyard.
• Guests would load up to go plates at breakfast to take back to room, leaving very little for those actually eating in the dining room.

“My family and I absolutelly loved this place. We would not hesitate to visit again. The staff was very friendly. The hotel mini market was reasonablly priced and well stocked.”

• Friendly, clean and convenient.
• The bed was not very comfortable, but acceptable.

“This stay worked out well. The staff was very helpful, letting us check in early. The location is within easy walking distance from Disneyland, so it is very convenient. The kitchen in the room would be very useful if we had been staying longer. Overall it was a very good experience.”

• The hot breakfast was very good and never the same.
• The hotel allowed about 8 young s to rent the suite below us and they trashed the room and stairs going up to our room. They were up all night .

“We had a suite the rooms were very spacious, bright and clean. The beds had beautiful clean bedding. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware and a dishwasher. I especially liked that the hotel was walking distance to Disneyland, coffee shop and restaurants, no need to drive. My boys liked the Pool and hot tub. But I think breakfast was the best we have had at this type of hotel.”

• The entire experience was very family-friendly.
• Watering their grass, everyone's vehicles got wet, including mine.

“Our overall experience was wonderful! From the moment I checked-in to the time we left we were treated extremely professional and everyone was genuinely concerned that our stay was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel (and will return to it) to anyone I know going to Anaheim.”

• Nice kitchen area with in room.
• Indoor smell and found a guitar pick on bed.

“In general this was a nice place if I was going to Disneyland for the week with my family, As a single woman though, walking down the tree covered walkways after dark was a bit spooky. There were also allot of group in and out could hear them, after 1 am. It was a Saturday night and it is by Disneyland so I guess that's to be expected.”

• Breakfast was good.
• Grounds were dirty and unkempt; toilet was major problem.

“We paid for two rooms as we are a family of 5. We called ahead and asked for two adjoining rooms or two rooms next to each other. We were told initially and upon a re confirmation that this was not a problem. However, at check in, we were told that this was not available. The hotel put us in one room that could accommodate all five of us. This was appreciated, but I don't believe we should have to pay for a full two rooms. Also, our toilet was a huge problem. It would overflow every day. The maintenance man had to come and plunge it multiple times. Eventually, he just left the plunger which I had to plunge it after every use. The maintenance man said they had ordered a new toilet, but it hadn't been picked up. These two items, plus an overall unkempt property led to a less than expected experience.”

• I really liked the suite concept which includes a full kitchen.
• I needed to have a roll out bed because the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable.

“Great location near Disneyland (walk able distance). Pool and spa were centrally located and my kids enjoyed them immensely. The staff is extremely friendly. The hot buffet breakfast was so .”
