• I liked the proximity to Disneyland and the food and atmosphere at Mimi's. The maid service was excellent. And you can buy beer in the hotel store.
• The room was not ready at check-in time.

“Clean rooms and decent beds. Good maid service. Our room had two sinks, one outside the bathroom - very nice feature. Quiet even though it was full of Disneyland families. If you don't like the sound of the freeway, the rooms facing the freeway might bother you. The TV is nothing to crow about and movies are expensive, so don't plan on watching it. With two pools (one of them a kids' play area) and a hot tub, it's a great place to take a break during the busy early afternoons at Disneyland.”

• It was very close to Disneyland.
• It was not very updated and not worth.

“It is in a great location however they could update the hotel a bit. It is very dated and does not reflect the price tag of the hotel. But because of it is so close to Disneyland, I am sure they do not feel renovation is necessary which is a shame.”

• The balcony that was with my room, huge bathroom.
• Needs free coffee in the lobby, and better cable.

• The front desk help were friendly, great location.
• The bed was very uncomfortable, wish I was fore-warned of room location by the freeway.

“The customer service was very good. The rooms were clean. Parking was good. If you want good rest you need to make sure that the room is located away from the freeway.”

• Proximity to Disneyland.
• Old beds, old AC units, no breakfast.

“Booked this hotel due to location as it is with in walking distance to Disney. Rooms were clean, has two pools and an on sight convenience store. I travel for work, so have a range of facilities to compare this room against. The beds were old, and made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The cleaning crew started 7:30 am due to the fact that Disney opens at 8 am and they expect all rooms to be empty before the park opens. We were woken up every morning due to this room service knock and door opening every morning. There are a number of facilities with in the same price range with in walking distance to Disney that we will go to next time around.”

• The location was convenient relative to Disneyland Resort.
• Registration area and entrance should be more clearly posted, it's hidden.

“The hotel staff was friendly and provided answers to all of our questions. The best feature was its location relative to the Disney Resort parks--just a five minute walk--and nearby family dining. The in-room refrigerators were much appreciated and useful for families with small children.”

• The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
• The road noise from Harbor Bldg. Was very loud.

• Convenient to Disneyland, which is the destination for most visitors.
• Still undergoing renovation, freeway noise a little high.

“This is a good value, for the money. The room was good-sized, carpet clean, and a short walk to Disneyland. The ongoing renovation does limit use of the facility, but this should be completed soon. I think they could provide more than one package of condiments for the coffee maker, but the room includes a small fridge, a nice feature. The room faced the freeway, so the traffic noise was present. After one day in the park, we were tired enough not to notice the freeway noise. Good basic hotel, one step above the budget motels.”

• Just a few steps from Mim's and the entry to Disney park.
• Room was to warm at night with no help from the desk.

“It was clean and close to different foods and entertainment. Price was great for the location. I would stay there again.”

• Good quality for the money and an excellent location to Disneyland

“We were totally impressed with how fast check-in was, the quality of the hotel and how close it was to Disneyland. It was also walking distance to several hotels. Once you park your car, you are all set.”

• great atmosphere both in room and around hotel
• maid service was not what it should have been

“This hotel is in an excellent spot. You are close enough to Disneyland to walk, but far enough away that you don't get all of the noise. The rooms at this hotel were very nice with excellent neutral lighting. The pool area is great! We will definitely stay here again!”

• Substandard quality...will NOT stay here again!

“First, none of the vending machines on any of the four floors worked properly, second, there was MOLD in the bath tub, and on the bath mat and shower curtain, there was no fan in the bathroom, third, there was a broken electrical socket right next to the bed, fourth, the patio was filthy, and there was an air conditioner drain pipe jutting out across the patio, which is a trip hazard in the dark. I am very disappointed this time.”

• I loved the fact that it is so close to Disneyland and the staff were nice.

“I would highly recommended anyone who is going to Disneyland or wants to be close to LA but not in the hustle and bustle of it all to stay at this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience and I would defiantly go back.”

• Very close to Disneyland
• The interstate noise was so loud that we did not get much sleep.

“Overall, I thought this hotel was great, especially with the price. The lady who checked us in was wonderful. My one complaint/warning is the loud interstate. Our room backed to the interstate, so we heard the traffic all night long and did not get very much sleep.”

• Within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure.
• The shower head was horrible! 3 streams of water and all pointing in different directions!

“Overall, a good experience. When called to confirm room on day before arrival, was told that I could not get two queen beds per room, and that I would nee to wait until I checked in to see if that was available (representative said that the room was booked for kings at that price and maybe they would be available at check in). We ended up with 2 doubles in each room which was OK. By having the rooms "maybe" available at check in made it seem like if they got a better offer then the room would go to the higher paying guest. Having said this, can't beat the location for the price!”

“I loved the hotel. After traveling across the country from Maryland to California it was a welcome respite from the more expensive poorer quality hotels that we had been staying in. I will definitely use praline again. It was just wonderful. I'm telling everyone about it.”
