• Location, comfort, staff, Room.

“Well located with good restaurants within walking distance, plenty of parking, nice well appointed clean rooms and very comfortable beds.”

• Great staff, broken door, air, phone, tap fixed very quickly.
• We went 2 years ago and it was much cleaner then than it is now, very sad.

“Great staff, very helpful, all the broken stuff (door handle, tap, phone, air conditioning in fitness room) was fixed very quickly when we called them. The breakfast finishes at 9 am - much too early when you are traveling with teenagers! So sad to see how dirty the carpets are now, we stayed 2 years ago and it was a lovely hotel. The linoleum in the kitchenette was sticky when we moved in!”

• I love the fact that it had a small kitchen and separate living room and free breakfast.
• Elevator was a little slow and kiddy's pool was very cold.

“We were a couple of hours early for check-in and the friendly staff was able to find a room for us immediately. The suite was much larger than I expected and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.”
