• The in room kitchen.
• The price. They also did not have anyone available to handle an overflowing toilet.

“Although residence inn is generally the best quality available, it is not cheap and this one is not so great. The toilet in my room overflowed early in the morning and they didn't have anyone available to unplug it or clean up the mess. They sent the security guard up with a plunger for me to unplug it myself.”

• My stay was pleasant overall.
• They double charged me and I am still waiting for someone to call me back and credit my acct.

• New, Great location
• Transportation to the resort.

“This place is a great choice for the price. It is new and very clean. It is located about 20 yards from the Hyatt Regency (VERY NICE) and there is a gate from the pool that goes directly to their property about 20 steps from the hotels Starbucks Coffee. Do not use the hotel's shuttle to Disneyland! It is not as reliable as stated ESPECIALLY in the evening. It is not fun waiting 45-minutes to an hour at the end of a long day at Disneyland then fighting 100 other guests to board a bus with limited space! It was a total mob scene! Even handicaped people were being pushed.... scary. Use the Resort transportation (Red Trolleys) it is much more frequent.”

• The room was excellent and spacious enough for our whole family.
• The pools were a bit small for all of the guests trying to enjoy them.

“My family and I stayed here last summer for a Disney trip. We stayed in the double room suite and it was wonderful. The full kitchen/living space along with two bedrooms made it a home away from home for us. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The hotel staff was terrific and accomodating. The location was within walking distance to several restaraunts as well as a Target store. The shuttle to and from Disney was a bit crowded but free and efficient. The pools were great and the kids enjoyed the childrens room a great deal.”
