• Great location, near many local attractions.
• Our air conditioner was on the fritz.

“My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. The customer service was excellent and everyone at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland arriving and departing every 1/2 hour. The shuttle was on time and fast. They also have a Starbucks on the premises which comes in handy because Disneyland does not serve it.”

• Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, good happy hour.
• Gift shop pricing was a little shady.

“We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was helpful, our room was clean and everything worked. I would not hesitate to use priceline to book another room there. They have a free shuttle to Disney which was on time and the drivers were friendly.”

• I liked the staff, they were very friendly. The hotel was very clean as well.
• The rooms were out of date and looked nothing like how they looked online. Not enough courtesy shuttles.

“I enjoyed my stay despite the fact that my room was outdated. The lobby was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were very convenient. The pool was nice, small and could be cleaner, but overall nice. Being that I had both my children with me, it was very kid friendly. I requested for a pack and play in my room and they made that happen free of charge. So, it was ok there.”

• Friendly staff. Good bed.
• It was supposed to be under renovation. The rooms were dark and in need of updating.

“If you don't care about looks this hotel would be fine. It is outdated and the rooms are depressing. I would NEVER go there again.”

• The process of which you check out. Looked like a line waiting to board an ariplane.

• Terrible elevators, inattention to customer requests and needs.

• The workout facilities were overlooking the pool area so the kids could be supervised while working out.
• The complimentary shuttle to Disneyland was very crowded and you were not assured a seat even if you had waited because so there were so many guests.

“This hotel was a very nice hotel to stay in while visiting the orange county theme parks. There were many other families with small children staying at the same hotel, so the star rating was not so intimidating. The two pools, hot tub and workout facility made this hotel a great spot for a summer vacation.”

• Starbucks on site. Friendly hotel. Comfy beds.
• Parking was expensive!!!! $15 a night!

“Nice hotel for the priceline price. Parking was way over priced at $15 a night. Room was clean and comfy. Pool was small but good for children. Shuttle provided to Disneyland but filled up quickly (need more buses).”

• Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Food in the hotel was good and beds were very comfortable. I will for sure stay again in this hotel.
• The only negative about this hotel there was only one sink in the bathroom.

• Rooms were spacious and the staff was helpfull.
• My first room was dirty and uncleaned.

“My first room had not been cleaned. The staff was helpful and moved me to another room. In the second room I discovered when the adjoining room showered, my bathtub filled from the drain and was very slow to empty. I noticed just prior to checking out. The room was spacious and comfortable otherwise.”

• The free shuttle to Disneyland was great! The drivers were very nice!
• Something happened with our keys each day and we had to get new ones.

• This hotel was very accomodating for our trip to Disneyland. Very clean and fancy.
• I was told that I could check in early without a fee, but when we arrived to check in early we were asked to pay a $20 fee.

“This hotel was great for our visit to Disneyland. The shuttle was great also. The room was very clean and pleasant. Loved the beds. Very comfortable. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool and tennis courts. Maybe next time!”

“This is my preferred hotel to stay at when traveling to Disneyland without children. It's also my favorite Hyatt. It's bright, spacious, with great rooms. I've held events here as well as having been a business leisure guest the staff are efficient and great to work with.”

• The bath tub took time for water to drain out.

• I like how they assisted you with a friendly smile.
• The pool water was gross. It seemed like they forgot to add chlorine.

“Great view and great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Only downside was the pool did not appeared to have any chlorine or they miscalculated the number of people who would use it that day. Also, parking is not free.”

• Clean, beautiful, good location, excellent staff, comfortable mattresses.
• I hate when hotels use top sheets for the bottom sheets and tuck them in. The sheets always come undone.

• Excellent location.
• Nasty employee attitudes - parking was
  way too expensive.

“This is a beautiful facility that needs a serious manager to train employees in customer service. The bartender was aloof at best. The parking was $15 a night for my car and $50 a night for a small (10 foot) truck. This was after the valet told me that self parking was free, nasty surprise considering that this is the only hotel in an area filled with major hotels that charges for parking at all.”

“Overall, good experience. The in-room safe is large enough to accommodate most laptops! The parking fee is much higher than hotels closer to the Anahiem convention center or Disneyland. The Disneyland shuttle is a plus, but can get crowded.”
