• Shuttle bus service to Disneyland, very clean, staffs are very friendly.
• Hotel parking is quite expensive.

• We enjoyed how close the hotel was to Disneyland and the shuttle on the half hour. The room was spacious, clean and definitely and upscale room.
• The only negative we can think of is that there were not enough cream & sugar packets for the amount of coffee packets they provide.

“A beautiful hotel with staff eager to please. Spacious and conveniently located to local attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay at this facility again and again when in Southern California.”

• All of the staff from parking attendant, front desk, bell captain all was first class and helpful.
• Nothing, it was great.

“We checked in on Labor Day Weekend, expecting to have a good time. The room was on the top floor overlooking the city, all of the staff was very helpful and courteous. We parked our car for 3 days and took the shuttle to Disneyland each day and had a great time. I can not wait to return.”

“Room was large and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Wake-up call was done by a real person who also offered the option to hear the weather forecast for the day. The staff alone would make us return for another stay.”

• Desk staff stingy with requests for fridge, microwave.

“It was nice all in all. Hotel did not seem very full. If that was the case would have liked the front desk staff to be less stingy with requests for upgrades. The Disneyland shuttle was great. The shuttle driver did leave the pick up point 10 minutes earlier than he should have on our first night at the park/hotel.”

• The best thing about our stay in this hotel was one person, he was so helpful and made our stay incredible!
• Upon arriving at the pool at 6:30 am the towels were locked up and the pool area was littered with trash and old towels, not very appropriate for 3star.

“Person at the front desk was amazing, he went above and beyond any 3 star employees I have ever witnessed!”

“Stayed one night while on a trip to Disneyland. Location is excellent, room is more than acceptable, and lobby/services are excellent. The only complaint is the parking at $15 per day.”

• Went way out of their way to please and accommodate us. Switched us rooms because of smoke smell, no hesitation.
• There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“Very nice. Pleasant to the eyes. Very clean and friendly staff, not just a few but everyone. Shuttle bus to and from Disneyland every half hour. Coffee shop, pizza parlor right on site. Along with a restaurant, very comfortable beds, which you don't find a lot in hotels. Very good experience.”

• I had to call down twice at three in the morning to complain about excessive noise in the room next door.

• Starbucks in the hotel.

“I called early in the day to confirm my late check in. When I got to the hotel I was told we were upgraded to the executive suite but they would need to move the beds back in. They also told me they would comp us breakfast and parking for our inconvenience. When I got to the room we realized we were in a conference room, they sent up 4 roll away beds for us to sleep in. The roll always are not long enough to sleep an adult. The conference room had 2 adjoining suites but we could hear that they were occupied by other guests. There were no beds in the room.”

• Newly decorated rooms, excellent desk staff, parking convenient, Disney shuttle great.
• A noisy sales conference at the hotel during our stay filled the lobby and elevators with drunks.

“Great place to stay for a Disney trip. The shuttles ran on time every 30 minutes, and it was only a 5-minute ride to the park. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and sauna clean and warm for the kids. Housekeeping service really cheerful, and front desk staff was especially polite and courteous. Even valets went out of their way to help us find the elevators and self-park lot ($15 self park/$19 valet).”

• The lobby is very pretty and the beds are comfortable.
• The towels were very too linty and not good for drying yourself.

• Proximity to Disney and freeways.
• $15/day parking and $10/day internet not included. Pool water was salty. Towels could be more absorbent.

“Rooms are clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. Convenient to Disneyland and lots of family restaurants within walking distance. The pool could be bigger and less salty. Tennis courts looked a little weathered, but there were two and they're playable. Gym has new weight equipment and stationary bikes. A bit of a walk from the elevators to the self-park lot. Don't like the $15/day parking or the $10/day internet.”

• The hotel security kept me bothering that I am making noise in my room.

“Beautiful hotel but has no good view from the top. Rooms are nice and well built but needs little more cleaning. Hotel needs a good and big swimming pool which it lacks overall. Overall hotel is nice and beautiful.”

• There were too many kids in the pools. Would be nice to have an adult-only area.

“This hotel was really nice, very comfortable and nobody bothered us during our stay. We arrived before check-in, but they still let us check in. Disneyland shuttle is nice. Because parking is $15 a day, we parked next door for free.”

• The shower had no pressure and staff did not fix it.

“Everything was great, except for the shower. The shower made everything terrible. It had no water pressure, the water literally dribbled out and it was Luke warm. My thirty old husband had to take a bath. After long days at Disneyland, a nice hot shower would have been wonderful. When we brought it up to the staff, they were unhelpful and non responsive.”

• Beds were very comfortable and staff made every accommodation I asked for.
• 15 dollars a day for self parking.

“Great hotel, but lots of fees such as; parking, internet, room amenities and they don't give you clean towels everyday unless you ask the day before. Other than that it was what I expected from a Hyatt Hotel.”

• The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful.
• There is a charge for parking.

“This hotel is gorgeous- well beyond the typical 3 star rated hotel. The restaurant was pricey and there were several restaurants across the street as well as a Target in walking distance, so we did not dine at the hotel. The free shuttle to Disneyland left every half an hour- very convenient. Like most 4 star hotels, they charge a lot for extras, but that's to be expected with a luxury type of place.”

“I had come to this hotel with my family (included 5 years old and 8 months baby) for Disneyland vacation. It is a little far to Disneyland, but it is ok because Hyatt provides free shuttle. The hotel service is not very good. I lost my baby's bag on the shuttle and asked hotel to help. After 3 rounds of the shuttle, they didn't ask the driver about it. Then my wife checked hotel again, they said we should go to check by ourselves be easier. Maybe, I should give the tips to them when I asked for.”

• Very nice upscale hotel right in the heart of Anaheim.
• Parking was $15/day & room needed to be scrubbed.

“Upon arriving we were very happy, the lobby was beautiful & very modern. The bell staff was very helpful with our 2 young children (2 & 4). We were given a room right away which was nice, but once in it I realized the maid must have taken a vacation - there was a used band-aid stuck to the bottom of the telephone, the shower didn't drain & the toilet didn't flush - not exactly what you'd expect from a Hyatt-Regency.”

“Other than waiting so long for a clean room, the stay was great. Clean and comfortable. Need better directions for stairways, used transit once to and from Disneyland but had very long wait time. Enjoyed the whole stay for a price.”
