• Kind of skimpy on cream and sugar for in room coffee.

• The Marriott is a reliable and consistent hotel.
• They made me pay $14 for a parking pass and go back out to my car to place the parking permit. It seemed very inefficient.

• Great location for a day at Disneyland. Great customer service and cleanliness. I had both younger and older kids. Activities for all.

• We like the location to the Disneyland Park and surrounding restaurants.
• Self parking was $12 per day - this was an unexpected expense.

“This hotel was far from a 4 star resort but acceptable none the less. We liked the close proximity to the park and area as a whole. We recommend this hotel to families but be prepared to pay for daily parking and the shuttle to Disneyland ($4 per adult, $1 per child).”

• It was the center point to all attractions we visited.
• I did not like having to pay for parking and not finding out about it until we checked out.

“It definitely is showing it's age. It is a 2 1/2 - 3 star hotel. The carpets need to be updated and those awful swap meet bargain cheap looking $10 pictures need to be updated as well. If this hotel is going to rate itself that high they need to color coordinate the room better, upgrade the furniture and carpet. The staff was friendly and the maid service was great. I may consider staying at this hotel in the future but will definitely would prefer to stay somewhere else. No continental breakfast.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and informative.
• The living room furniture was not as comfy as we would have liked.

“This was a great grab on Priceline for us. We were looking for something nice and romantic while still close to Disneyland and affordable for us. It met all of these expectations and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was awesome!”

• The suite was sound-proof and did not disturb the sleeper in the bedroom if the
  TV was on in the family room area.
• Parking was on the back side of the hotel, but that was a minor problem.

“Wonderful hotel. The bath and bodyworks products were such a nice surprise. Came with a small refrigerator freezer and no microwave. Hotel staff was very helpful. I especially liked having the US Today and the local newspaper available at no charge. During our stay the temperate was in the high 90s and the hotel furnished cold iced water in the lobby. However there were other charges like for daily parking hotel staff waived that fee for us. Use of the internet in the room or in the business area was at a cost almost $20.00 for 20 minutes of use.”

• The room smelled a little off upon entry not distracting, just noticable.

• We enjoyed haveing a suite with french doors leading to a separate bedroom.
• The sofa and chairs were outdated in appearance.

• We tried to get a room earlier than hotel check in and was told to come back in an hour only to be told again that the room was not ready.

“The elevators, while there were many, they were not very functional. For examples, on two occasions, it did not stop at the 3rd floors. I needed to get out at the 5th floors and walked down flight of stairs. Not very pleasant experience by any means! The hot tube was out of order as well.”

• The Marriott had the best bed I have ever slept in. My mom suffers from insomnia and actually slept all night and almost didn't go to Disneyland.
• Housekeeping, didn't take out the trash or make our beds they just left extra towels.

“You'll get the best nights sleep you ever had. They actually sell the beds because they are that good.”

“It was very easy to get to and from Disneyland, the bus picks you up in front. The staff was helpful with directions and answered all questions. They were nice to the kids. The rooms were lovely. I would recomend this hotel and priceline to all my friends.”

• Beautiful rooms.
• Hidden charges; parking, internet, television.

“BEWARE OF NON-DISCLOSED ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Parking is an additional $12 a day. Internet access is an additional $13 a day and is NOT provided free anywhere (even in the business room). Even access to cable television - anything beyond a few broadcast stations, is surcharged. Beautiful, clean rooms (though the toilet ran all night), a magnificent facility. Why would you want to ruin it all with these undisclosed additional charges? Why you cannot conduct your business in a transparent, forthright, and upfront manner? This is the 21st century. Even the cheapest, most mediocre hotels provide free cable tv and free wireless internet. Very disappointed overall. P.S. Pool facility looks like it was lifted from a Motel 6. Also, the hotel is NOT in Anaheim as advertised, it is in Garden Grove. The hotel telephones say "Garden Grove", the street signs say Garden Grove, the fire hydrants say Garden Grove, but they mislead everyone by calling it the "Anaheim Marriot Suites".”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Although we were in a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke.

“I stayed here for my birthday and we went to Disneyland, the hotel is conveniently located near shuttles and you could even walk if you wanted to. I really enjoyed my stay here and will absolutely try to stay here again when I am in the area. The suites are very nice and the staff is friendly. The hotel is gorgeous and for the money.”

• No hotel shuttle service is available. Business center is not free.

“This is a all-suite property. I was put in a double suite room. Checking in took about 30 minutes. The room size is okay, definitely not large as a suite. Bathroom is big with separate space for washing. However, living room is small. Both bedroom and living have TV sets. Bed was comfortable. Coin laundry is located on 12 floor. The hotel has a 12.95 package for internet access and unlimited phone call within the U.S.”
