• Loved the free breakfast. Pool and spa were nice too. Love the internet availability and printers as well.
• The layout of the room was ok but the door to the bathroom kept getting in the way of the hallway.

“We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. The breakfast was great. Especially since it was free. And it wasn't just a continental breakfast. Plenty of choices for young and old. I missed the managers receptions cause we were at Disneyland most nights but I'm sure that was good too. Good clean rooms. Love the pool area too.”

• I don't like the soap or shampoo. With all the regulations of flying, I depended on the hotels supplies.

“It's decent. I liked the breakfast most. The rooms are nice. It seemed 5 star with the way they make their beds and the kind of bedding they use. We had no problems what so ever.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly. Has a great water feature that my 5 year old son loved.
• We had a great experience.

“It is in a great location to Disneyland and very easy to find. The hotel staff was wonderful and the Disneyland desk clerk was very helpful when we found out that the wagon for our son was to big for the hotel transport. We will be staying here the next time we travel to California.”

• The bed in the room was excellent. The suite provided lots of room. The free breakfast was a great value.
• The hotel could manage the free breakfast a little better. I'm not sure how, but it gets very hectic around closing.

“This hotel provided everything we needed for our Disneyland visit. The shuttle from the hotel to the park cost $3 each for my husband and I, but my daughter rode free. It's an all day pass so we went back to our room and rested and still managed to have dinner and grab the shuttle in time for the evening fireworks. Hotel parking was free. I'm not sure how things are on the weekends, but we stayed on a Thursday and while the hotel and the park were quite crowded, it was still manageable. The free breakfast was icing on the cake. I'd stay here again without issue.”

“The hotel is great for the location. It is especially nice for families. The breakfast is all you can eat. It is not too tasty but it is convenient. I can see this being very nice for a family.”

• Nothing negative to say--we enjoyed our stay, would return.

“The hotel more than met our expectations. The staff and service was what we expected--friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location worked out well for our visit to Disneyland. We would stay there again.”

• I really liked that the living room area was a separate room from the bedroom; it wasn't just pushed off to the corner.
• We were on the top floor of the hotel and it took a little while for the elevators to make it to the top floor due to the people on the lower floors.

“I was very happy with my stay at the Embassy. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room service was very nice. I appreciate the breakfast buffet and the cable television in the room. I would definitely stay at the Embassy again!”

• It had everything for parents traveling with kids.

“I have stayed at other embassies and this by far was one of the better ones. Last visit I stayed at the Disneyland hotel, for the money this by far surpasses what Disney gave us for our money!”

• The breakfast was very good!
• The room furnishings were very outdated especially the sofa bed.

“The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The scenery was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and you can't beat the manager's reception. Free drinks for the adults and sodas for the kids, you can't beat the price! I would highly recommend Embassy to any traveler that is going to Disneyland or California Adventure.”

• Very convenient to Disneyland.
• Room furniture is horrible, it feels like low end hotel. Was woken up at ungodly hour during vacation at 8:00 a.m. for maid service.

“Location was excellent for Disneyland. Price is too high for the category of hotel. I found out Hyatt which is next door had a better deal for higher category. Furniture was very low end. Didn't feel I got my moneys worth just from the furniture.”

• Slow elevators, very busy for only 4 elevators.

“Excellent location for the Disney traveler, free breakfast saves allot for the family. Rooms are good size. Very busy location. Don't expect staff to be overly friendly it is just too busy.”

• The larger suite was nicely decorated and roomy, great view.
• The lobby & atrium/breakfast area was smaller than other embassy suites, pool not impressive.

“The rooms were great, especially the larger suite except that you get a lot of noise by the elevators. The lobby and atrium/breakfast area was not as large or beautiful as other embassy suites. The restaurant can hardly be called a restaurant, seems like part of the breakfast area. Location was good, close to everything; bus picks you up right in front. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay there again.”

“This hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation to Disneyland. It is very close to the park in proximity. The room was very nice and very clean. We had a terrific view of the park from the 14th floor. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning was wonderful! We took full advantage of that. We will come back and stay at this hotel again for sure! Thanks embassy suites for making our trip a wonderful one.”

• Elevator service was the worst I've experience.

“Overall the service and quality of the suites was very good to excellent. The breakfast was will suited for families. Happy hour was a definite plus for older crowds. I noted just a few things that could be improved. The most annoying was the elevator service. It was slow and malfunction several times while we were there. Its protocols circuit needs to be reworked if it had one. When the door opened it offended closed soon after the first person got out and would take forever before the door would close to proceed to the next floor. I will definitely be coming back to the suites.”

• Loved the breakfast by the koi pond, staff was fast and helpful with a crib.
• Front staff bungled my reservation, as a result my key didn't work.

“Great if you have young kids, cribs provided. You can shut the door to the bedroom and still have adult time. We had to wait forever for the shuttle to bring us back to the hotel. Rooms were super clean and beds were ultra comfortable. The pool was crowded when we were there in Aug.”

• Only 1 bathroom in the suite.

“Can't beat the value. The Breakfast buffet is extensive and the FREE drinks good quality. The kids enjoyed the Jungle theme in the atrium area, especially when the lion roared. Convenient to get to Disneyland, as well as other sights and activities.”

• No stairway access to the lobby as an alternative to the elevators.

“The hotel was very clean, the lobby impressive, the breakfast buffet was over the top and saved my family and money daily. The room was clean and had a coffee maker, iron and board, small refrigerator, microwave on the small bar with a sink. Staff was great.”

• The rooms are great. The food was delicious.
• No shuttle to Disneyland. Wireless internet the pits at this hotel. $33 a minute.

“The hotel overall was a good place to stay. But, it says that is adjacent to Disneyland and was about 1 1/2 miles away. They do not have a shuttle so you have to buy a bus pass. They say they have wireless internet in the room but it took me almost 2 hours to download my email and then it could not load them for me to read. I had to use their computer and it was 0.33 cents per minute. The food and staff were great though.”

• Convenient to where we needed to be.
• The shower head and parking lot spaces.

“The rooms were excellent and quite. I am a shower person and the shower heads are the cheapest. Also, the parking spaces are too small, many were marked for compact cars which very few people had. Even the unmarked spaces were too small, some people opening their car doors chipped the paint on other cars. Also, I mentioned to the desk staff that there was a lot of trash, including a large cardboard box in the parking lot and told him where five six hours later it was still there.”
