• Close to Disneyland. Rooms clean. Big TV.
• Parking fee and not free shuttle to Disneyland

“A very nice Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and answered all our questions. Would have liked free shuttle to Disneyland. Its less than a mile, but costs $4. Seems excessive. We were given a discount on parking, but I'm not sure why.”

• Location was good, Starbucks was onsite and pizza for quick bite.
• $20 parking charge, freezing pool and boiling spa (neither refreshing), double beds and bathroom were too small.

“The two double beds did not accommodate four adults, so one of us slept on the floor. The pool area was nice, but not usable as the water was freezing, and the spa was boiling - everyone who came down to check it out were joking about how the maintenance crew for the pool/spa should be fired immediately. I have never stayed at a hotel that forced me to pay $20 just to park, this was very upsetting. We were told that we needed to wait another 1-2 hours for a view room before we could check-in, 3-hours later we were given a room on the 14th Floor with a view on another hotel.”

“I was nice and clean. I forgot to bring my wireless card and the hotel wanted 12.99 to use the internet. That is crazy. When are we going to just make it free because it has been paid for 100X over?”

• We loved the hotel staff. The check in process was very easy. The Valet attendants were nice and the bell attendants too. It was a pleasant stay.
• The price for parking was outrageous! It was $25 to self-park and $27 to valet. We did not know that until after booking. They are the most expensive!

“The hotel it nice. It is next to the Convention Center. The staff was friendly. The only problem we had was with housekeeping. We called down to the front to ask for allergy free bedding. My daughter and husband are both allergic to down products. I couldn't do it ahead of time on the internet since priceline does not do that. Anyway, the maid came up and removed only the bedding from one bed (while we were out of the room). I called down again they sent the maid up and she brought down pillows and blankets (everything I needed removed). I try to explain to her but since she did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish it was hard to communicate. She left and my husband went down to see if we could get someone to translate. After three times, we finally received the correct bedding. The only other thing that was no good was the cost of parking. It is $25 to self park and $27 to valet. That is the most money I have ever paid to park in the area. I thought $18 was high at the Hyatt.”

• it was very conveniently located to everything we were looking for.
• i did not like the view we were given, also the fact it did not have a microwave. we did not have accesss to purchasing any movies.

“overall, we loved staying here. the accomodations were top rated, and the staff was truly kind, helpful, and very willing to assist us in whatever situation we presented, starting with Ralph the bellman. he is an older gentleman, with the manners of days gone by. truly refreshing, he deserves a raise!!”

• Nice rooms, beds, fridge, shower, and toiletries.
• Parking fee, shuttle fee, and mandatory bellhop service.

“When you get there, you're told that a bell hop must help you with your luggage. All the bell hops are VERY nice and helpful. The check-in staff was really friendly and helpful. Parking fee of $12 for self-park and $19 for valet. If you want a shuttle to Disneyland, you have to pay additional for that too. We were in room 298. Just a view of a small parking area, but it was at the end of the hall - no neighbor on the right or across the hall. It was very quiet. The room and beds (two doubles) were very nice. I love the Bath & Body works toiletries they provide - nice quality and smells yummy! Shower was awesome - the head is up nice and high and the pressure is great and was hot right away and for as long as I needed it. The mini fridge was the biggest fridge I've seen in a hotel and it worked well.”

• Overall pleasant hotel. Nice pool.
• Cost and location of parking. Had to pay for shuttle to Disneyland.

“Rooms were a little on the small side. Had double beds instead of queen. Room had a fridge which was nice. Hotel has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the lobby. Parking is far and expensive. Also, had to pay extra for shuttle to Disney. Overall, a nice place to stay for a short period of time.”

• I loved the restaurant. It had a great breakfast buffet and the staff was great with my children.
• I have stayed there before the issue was that they had no rooms with double beds.

“Great if you are going to disneyland, the restaurant offers great food and a cool launge. Family friendly staff very helpfull and professional.Just make sure you get a real bed in your room.”

• Having the parking structure so far from the rooms and check in.

“The hotel was nice. If it was just my wife and I, it would have been perfect or if our kids were older. There wasn't much for young kids to do. The pool area is very small. If you plan on laying out go early! The one thing that was awesome was the breakfast buffet. It was great.”

• Great location. Beautiful room. Large balcony. Friendly staff.
• Parking to far from rooms. Could hear people in hallway.

“Hotel was beautiful and close to Disneyland. You could walk to the convention center, but I wouldn't walk to Disney. The beds were very comfortable and rooms have a balcony. Parking was 12 instead of 20 when booking with Priceline, a total +. You could here people in the hallways but not in the other rooms. Staff was very friendly.”

• Room size, and bed were plenty large.
• No vents in bathroom, and short staffed.

“Delays in requests for extra towels, leftover food in bushes at pool, crowded pool area, no integrity; was told I'd get a call back if the items I'd left in my room after checkout were found.
I did not get a call, and only found out after
I phoned the hotel a second time. Lot's of folks looking/booking hotel rooms, but it should not diminish service to all/others.”

• I had access to the concierge lounge and the food was beyond expectations. The staff was very courteous and prompt with providing additional amenities.
• The pool water was too cold.

“Bright decor. Concierge was quite helpful with planning the LA trip. Swimming pool was a deciding factor for us. The water was too cold though. The food options within the hotel eg Pizza Hut, Starbucks etc are good and reasonable.”

• Convenient location (went to Disney), staff was always available and very helpful, room was nice and quiet.

“I really thought the staff was great. They were friendly and happy to assist with my requests. The pool was perfect for children. The location was excellent. We went to Disney and it was with in walking distance with a shuttle option. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. I was nervous when we arrived and there was a cheer leading convention. It thought it was going to be loud but was not at all. This was the best vacation ever and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It was very clean and the restaurants were nice.
• Our 1st night there was a music conference with a live rock band in the main areas-.

“Other than the live rock band and people that were walking around dressed like a member of the band kiss on our 1st night- everything was great- my daughter and I just ordered room service the 1st night-.”

• Location, location, location. I was there as a Disney gore, and the hotel was extremely convenient and accessible.
• There wasn't anything I particularly disliked.

“I was visiting Anaheim, as many people do, because of Disneyland. I spent the majority of my time at the park, and therefore used very few of the hotel's facilities; they simply weren't necessary for my purposes. I can't speak for the quality of the dining, as I never ate at the hotel; I was always out early, before breakfast, and back late enough to be well past dinner. The staff I dealt with was consistently courteous and professional. My room was always clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, the hot water was always hot, and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, as I happened to know there were several large family groups staying a few doors down and/or across from my room. If I hadn't seen them going in with their bags, I would never have known they were there. There was no outside noise at all. All in all, it was exactly what I required for my stay, and I would gladly stay there again when making a return visit to the park.”

• Hotel was pretty, clean, convenient to a lot of areas.
• That we could not stay longer.

“This hotel was the best for the money, far exceeded my expectations. Hotel bed was very comfortable which is very important to me being that all you do when on vacation is use the room to sleep and rest in the rest of the day is spent outside of the hotel.”

• The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
• Parking was horrible.

“The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfy and the hotel was very clean. The only problem was parking. I have never heard of paying for a parking spot when you are renting a room. I had to pay $20.00 a day plus $11.00 a day at Disneyland or $12.00 for the hotel tram to Disneyland. Crazy! To top it all off we had to go down the elevator walk through the conference areas and get on another elevator to get to the parking garage (all while packing 3 children along). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with your own vehicle and children.”

• The efficient service of the bellman and guest services. Check-in and out was very timely.
• My key didn't work and had to have someone come to let us in on Wednesday night. Didn't like facing the parking lot (view).

• The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
• The parking fee. $20.00 a night seems a bit ridiculous.

“Overall this is a great hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I did not like the $20.00 per night fee to park my car. Getting a cheap room is sort of a joke when you put that fee on top of the cost of your nightly stay. Still this was a very nice hotel.”

• The beds were super comfortable, soft mattress, down comforter, lots of pillows.
• There is a parking charge of 20 dollars per day.

“This is a nice hotel close to Disneyland and the convention center. There is a pizza hut and a star bucks in the hotel, as well as an upscale restaurant and a couple of cafes. They have a family breakfast special that's great if you have kids. You can also get room service.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The parking structure was too far away from the rooms.

“The Marriott Anaheim was a nice hotel to stay at for our vacation. The rooms were of adequate size for a family with small children. The staff was outstanding and very service oriented. The only problem with the hotel was that the $20/day parking structure was on the opposite side of the rooms. After a long day at Disneyland, It made for a long walk back to our room. However, If a shuttle was used, then It is not a problem.”

• Loved the pool.
• Parking garage is ridiculously far from the rooms and the self parking fee is frankly offensive and disgusting to me.

“The Marriott Anaheim hotel was chosen for its proximity to Disneyland, but it's designed for its proximity to the convention center. I found $20 for self parking, for hotel guests mind you, to be revolting. There is also no free shuttle to Disneyland. The parking garage is all the way down the elevator, all the way through the meeting rooms, all the way past the restaurants, all the way through the lobby, before you get to your room. Real fun with kids and Disneyland luggage. Clearly, they want to force you to use their $27 valet. The room was better than a motel. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was beyond excellent. If I were a business traveler, it would have been wonderful.”

• 20.00 for parking are ridiculous and the location of the parking is a long ways away.

“The location was good and the lobby and meeting rooms are fancy. Once you get on the elevator and start up you can see a change in the class of the hotel and then when you make it to your room the bed is a joke. I have had better beds and pillows in a 2 star hotel. The parking fee is ridiculous 20.00 a day for a parking space that is quite a walk to the lobby. Marriot needs to look over that. I will never stay there again until the parking and bed issue is taken care of.”

• Excellent staff! I had encounters with 5+ staff members and each one was very courteous, professional and helpful.
• No complaints.
