• Near Disneyland.
• Paying for parking.

“Good and nice hotel. Good for business travelers as the Anaheim convention center is literally next door. Good for Disneyland travelers as a 10 minutes walk and you're there.”

• The $15.00 per day to park.

“The hotel was very nice but the price to park for 3 nights was $45.00 which made the price to stay higher then we expected. The neighbors were loud and it sounded like they were right in the same room.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and modern.
• Everything was a la carte. Tons of extra charges.

“This hotel was too a la carte. Extra charges for parking, internet, Disney transport, health club, frig, microwave - basically things that come standard in the other hotels at this price range in the surrounding area. The room itself was modern, comfortable and clean, though.”

“We loved our visit to this hotel.The front desk service was excellent. We asked if we could have a room with a view of Disneyland and received a room with an amazing view of the park. Loved the hotel and will return in the future.”

• The room was extremely clean and comfortable.
• No balconies or windows that opened. No fresh air.

“The hotel was close to Disneyland. The shuttle was very easy to use and ran on time. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel rooms were very clean and the rooms were quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and Jacuzzis were salt water which we enjoyed very much.”

• Wonderful hotel with clean, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds.
• Parking lot was huge with no preferred parking for hotel guests so hard to park. Hotel rooms and elevators spaced out, so this meant a lot of walking.

“Overall a very nice hotel, one of the nicest I've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, great bed meant good nights rest. Would certainly go back again!”

• Clean, large, and a friendly staff.
• Hard hard bed, woke up sore every morning.

“Nice hotel, just had hard beds. That's the only negative. I did not sleep well any of the nights. But the hotel itself was nice. The pools were nice and well maintained. Staff was super friendly. Room service was great. Good quality overall - just wish they had better mattresses.”

“The hotel was an excellent value for the money. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Very kid friendly as we had our 2 granddaughters with us. The staff were very helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.”

• Upgraded and very clean; excellent staff..
• Decor is somewhat cold - too contemporary/ a bit cold.

“We've always stayed at this Hilton whenever we visit Disneyland. This facility has gone through a complete makeover; it is very clean, with friendly and professional staff. Reasonably priced too.”

“We enjoyed staying at the hotel, we brought our grandson. Convenient to city bus that took us right into Disneyland. We left our car parked at the hotel. It was clean and friendly.”

• Very clean, nice bed and TV. The staff was great.
• Had to pay for parking.

“This hotel was great for the price. The room was very clean and nice. There are a lot of business travelers and we have 4 young kids, so I was a little worried that they may be too loud, because there weren't a lot of people with kids there. Parking is $15 a day, with we were not happy with. If you are planning to go to Disneyland, it is a about a 40-45 minute walk from this hotel, next time we will get a hotel that is closer. Over all the hotel was good, we didn't spend a lot of time there, we were at Disneyland and the beach.”

“Great hotel, upgrades were great too. I would prefer to be told ahead of time the prices for parking. That wasn't in my original budget, and I found them to be a bit steep. I would also like more dining options late at night besides room service.”

• The staff was friendly and curtious.
• The room was over looking a rooftop of a conference room, but for the price it was great.

“The checking into the hotel was an easy experience. We also had a package waiting for us at the concierge that they retrieved for us. The room was comfortable and clean.
The bell captain brought our luggage up and got us a bucket of ice. Our stay was great. The view was not that great, but we only slept in the room we were out each day until late at night, so that was not a problem for us.”

• The location was excellent for Disneyland and places to eat. Clean room.
• The beds were not as comfortable as another 31/2 star we stayed in a few months ago. Access to parking was awkward. Parking should be complimentary.

“Excellent location for Disneyland and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was courteous and prompt. Sliding bathroom doors are OK, but need locking devices.”

• Location was very close to Disneyland but not walkable.
• Parking fees were ridiculous $15 Self $20 valet per day with in/out privileges.

“The Anaheim Hilton was a nice upscale hotel in a great location near Disneyland, it was about a 30 minute walk to get to the ticket booth. The rooms were a bit dated especially the shower, the bed was just okay, nothing special. The rooms did have a coffeemaker with sugars and liquid creamer, the LCD TV was nice. The shock of the Parking price almost ruined the experience after getting an awesome deal through Priceline I arrived at hotel and got hit with a big parking fee, it should be free for guests.”

• There are 5 jacuzzi, lower level has a special room for younger kids to play.
• No refrigerator, you can request but it cost $, no microwave.

“Unlike other 3.5 start hotel which has a refrigerator and a microwave, in this hotel you have to pay to get a refrigerator. There is parking fee of $15/day to park your car. There is a mall within walking distance to eat and shop (Garden Park). There is no free shuttle to get to Disneyland, you have to pay $4/adult. The bed is excellent though, very comfortable and clean. You can purchase Disneyland ticket with the concierge to save time.”

• Very busy with business travelers.

“Excellent hotel for the price we paid on Priceline. Hotel was very busy with people attending a convention and the restaurant line was way out the door. Might be too busy of a place for families taking a week long vacation at Disneyland. But definitely a great one-night stay for the price! Very satisfied with Priceline. Hotel was very neat, clean, and modern. Hotel did not have their own shuttle to Disney, so you had to purchase an extra ticket for each day you wanted to ride the city shuttle.”

• There service and staff are outstanding.
• $15 a day to park my own car. Housekeeping wasn't good.

“The hotel was easy to check in and out of. We really liked the ease in getting to the elevators and the parking garage. The hotel appears to have just had a refurb as many things appeared newly painted. The staff was outstanding.
Staff in customer service anticipated my needs before I could ask. I can't say enough about the service and employees.”

• Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. I loved the large flat screen although I didn't use it much it looked nice.
• 1 bell boy/guy came up with a little attitude and walked in and just started throwing our stuff on the cart. No patience.

• Have to pay for parking when we stayed at the hotel. Doesn't seem right at all!!!!

• It was beautiful and roomy inside the hotel.
• Our room overlooked what looked like a helicopter landing pad, and we had to pay for parking.

• Location was perfect and the bell and valet service was great.
• Lipstick was left on water glasses and hair in bath tub and front desk could care less about it!

“Loved the location, close to everything we wanted to do. The bell service man was great, our room key did not work so he got us into our room and went and got us new key, so helpful. But I found lipstick on the water glasses after my little boy had already taken a drink from it, and there was hair all over the bathroom in the sink and in the tub I had to wash it out before I washed up my little ones. When I notified the front desk she acted like she could of cared less. One last thing parking will cost you extra is $15 for self parking and $19 for valet.”

• Location.

“The room was dirty. Items there when we checked in were still there when we checked out. No one monitoring the pool area. Kids out of control with no parents in sight. The door to the bathroom kept closing on us, and the interior handle to the bathroom was broken. Tried to change rooms. Will not stay there again.”
