• The beds were very comfortable
• There seemed to be some sort of construction in the lobby.

“We extended our stay from 2 to 3 nights and had to move rooms. We were thrilled with the room we moved to, which had a door opening to the pool area. The first room had a view of a roof facing east and as the metal around the window heated up in the early morning, it began making popping sounds. For a trip to Disneyland, it was great since you are not usually in the hotel much, but it was a comfortable room, except for the popping. We loved it and for the price, we would be happy to stay there again.”

• The beds were the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. From the mattress, to the pillows to the sheets. It was amazing.
• Parking was difficult one day due to visitors there for a special event.

“Overall this hotel was fantastic. Everything from location to comfort was amazing. The only problem was parking due to visitors of the hotel. There should be specific parking just for guests. We are staying there and spending $15 a day to park on top of the nightly rate. We should not have to drive around on every level looking for a place to park. Finally found a place on the top level in the far back. Despite this fact, this was an amazing place to stay.”

• It was very comfortable and relaxing; also convenient walking distance to Disneyland and great restaurants.
• I wish wireless internet access was free.

“Anaheim Hilton is an excellent stay for any type of traveling. Rooms are comfortable and service is excellent. Best of all, it is conveniently located walking distance to Disneyland Resort and many excellent restaurants.”

• The view.
• Very small room, small bath room, hotel did not meet our requests.

“This hotel was very nice from the outside, it looked good, but when we went into our room, it was small, the TV was very small the bed was not very comfortable, I requested extra pillows and never did get them. The parking was a big pain, you have to take two separate elevators to get to your car from your room.”

“This hotel is normally a very nice hotel, but this trip it was under construction, and there were a lot of issues. There was no water for 1 of the days, the elevators were limited due to the construction and slow. The parking structure was difficult to get to, and at one time not possible to get to, so the valet was extremely backed up and crazy. They had newly remodeled rooms, but there was not table with the chair. When I asked for a small table, they said the new rooms didn't have them. This makes it difficult to set down a drink, etc, while sitting in the chair-there's nowhere to set anything. The pool was nice, as usual. We ate at the restaurant for the first time, but it wasn't very good and it was expensive.”

• The Starbucks in the hotel.

“This hotel was very old. it seems like most rooms were renovated except ours. the showers seemed very dirty (allot of hair in the drain). Parking prices were outrageous. The pool was a little cold but was fair for the most part. The staff was excellent. I probably will not return to this hotel in the future or recommend it.”

• The rooms and beds were the best for a great sleep.
• We got the hotel and weren't aware of hidden parking fees.

“Wonderful and so soothing. A great place to feel pampered after an extremely long day (three days) at Disneyland, with two small sons and one husband. This was such a great vacation.”

• The location of this hotel was good for our needs.
• Being renovated (badly needed) and poor uncaring staff.

“Their staff assumes that they will never see you again and that your needs for a quiet room in which to sleep and relax is not their problem. We'll also make sure that we tell our friends and associates so they can avoid the poor service experience too.”

• Parking is not free; it is $15 per car per day.

“Overall the hotel itself was great, nice pool, nice rooms, but parking is very expensive at the hotel. It runs $15 per day per car, which adds up quickly when you have multiple cars.”

• Cleanliness, hotel staff was friendly & helpful, room was a great size and very comfortable, plasma TV.
• Having to pay to use the hotel's gym.

“Room was very clean with updated furniture, very contemporary. Plasma television worked great and received a lot of channels. Hotel has a Starbucks, which was a plus. It was also close to Disneyland.”

• Hotel is being remodeled. We were given an outdated room. We would have asked a newly remodeled room.

“This hotel is in a great location, just down the street from Disneyland. It is also centrally located in Orange County. The beaches are just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and very professional. The hotel was clean. This hotel is currently being remodeled. From what we saw it will be beautifully decorated when completed. It looked as though they had already remodeled the first 9 floors. Unfortunately, we stayed on the 13th floor. Our rooms were clean and spacious but were outdated. We were traveling with our five children and had plenty of room. The pool area is large and very nice. Parking is $15.00 for a 24 hour period (note: this is a parking garage with very low clearance at 6 feet 8 inches-a SUV cannot clear with a luggage carrier on the roof-we had to remove ours before parking). We had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again.”

• The restaurant and the staff were very enjoyable.
• We called earlier in the day to say we wouldn't arrive till midnight. The water was shut off from midnight to 5 am and they didn't tell us of this.

• The front desk workers were very friendly and accommodating.
• I didn't like the $15.00 parking fee.

“The overall experience that I had at this hotel was great. The rooms are very clean and updated with a flat screen TV. They even provided me with a room with a view of Disneyland so that me and my family could watch the fireworks display. Very nice.”

• Room was lovely and updated, convenient location, staff was professional and friendly, plenty of parking for guests.
• More signage needed in parking garage directing guests to lobby.

“We really were quite pleased with the Anaheim Hilton. The location was perfect for us, the room had a wonderful view of Disneyland which we saw the fireworks display each night. The room temperature was perfect and restroom incredibly clean. It was extremely pleasant and we would return for sure.”

• The customer service was no existent.

“The hotel common areas were not clean when we arrived. We were continuously asked to relocate to other parts of the hotel in order for them to clean. We requested an early check in 2 weeks in advance and once we got there, reception said that the request was just that a request. We waited in the lobby for 3 hours for a room to be cleaned. The room was shabby and our sink kept overflowing with black sediment.”

• The lobby is just too big, wasted space, noisy.

“Older hotel recently remolded. excellent rooms, but obvious that floors are not level. Lobby is too big with too many groups of kids just sitting down on floor. They need to shuffle them off to a side room. The parking is incredibly inefficient, the designer should be horsewhipped.”

• I liked it's location and newer rooms.
• $15 a day parking, construction and having to change rooms because their computers were broken when we checked in.

“We arrived at midnight with 3 young children after a 7 hour drive. They put us in a room and said we would have to change rooms in the morning, the bathroom door was not a regular door but a sliding door that was poorly installed with no lock. There was food left on the floor, it was not from us. Construction at the hotel was very loud and started early. The beds were nice and the sheets were clean. The concierge was very helpful.”

“Currently this hotel is being worked on in the lobby area so there is some construction going on. New rooms are very nice even have a large flat screen TV. I was told at check-in that I would not have to pay the $15.00 a day for parking as long as I wrote my room number and name on the ticket and showed it to the parking attendant, I followed their directions but was still charged $30.00 for two nights.”

• The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Disneyland Resort.
• Too many youth conferences. There were kids screaming everywhere.

“I went when there were a lot of Youth conferences so there were screaming children and teens everywhere, not so easy to relax at the pool or spa. The hotel was going through some renovations so some of the appliances were out of date or broken and there was no water at night due to the earthquake. But the floor to ceiling windows, the courteous staff, and the Disney Fireworks that we watched from the comfort of out room were amazing and made up for everything. I would stay here many more times.”

• The room had not been cleaned properly. The walk from the elevator was long.

“We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was very nice and had a balcony which was huge! The only problem with the room was that the bathroom counter and tub were dirty. Each morning the maid knocked on the door at 9 am even with the DND sign on the door. The room was a long walk from the elevator and after a long day at the park it seemed to go on forever.”

• A fee to use the exercise room/health club is a big turn off.

“My wife, 16 year old son and I stayed one night after a long drive from Monterey. This is a nice, large, convention type hotel. The service, staff and room was nice. There is construction going on, but it did not affect our stay. I did not like an extra $12.00 fee to use the health club. Parking was also $12.00.”

• A friendly clean hotel located in the right location for our purpose. All personnel were very helpful.
• So big that you must walk a long way to your room.

“This is a very busy hotel, it is also very large and has many guests in the lobby at all hours of the day. However the location adjacent to Disneyland makes it the ideal place to stay if that be your purpose. Again I must say the entire hotel staff was exceedingly helpful at all times.”

• The room was comfortable and very clean.
• The hotel was undergoing some major remodeling.

“It was very close to Disneyland. (Walking distance) Clean and friendly staff. We did a recheck in and when we returned late in the evening to retrieve our keys we had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted because of the Friday evening rush. I found this annoying.”

“We were very unhappy with the on-going construction during our stay. Each day was an adventure trying to get to the parking structure. Construction noise woke us up during the week. Great for business travelers who can expense parking and internet fees, but not so good for those on vacation.”

• I liked this hotel because of its location to Disneyland, CA.
• We were not given warnings about the changes the hotel was making.

“This hotel gave no warning about the changes it was making in the rooms. I was traveling with my family and 5 young children. I requested 4 rooms to fit everyone comfortably. The rooms I got were not right for me and my family. One room that was given to us a meeting room with a kitchen and living room type deal with a pull out sleeper couch. And the three other rooms had only king size beds. I had a very horrible experience.”

• Asked for and received room with view of Disneyland Fireworks (12th floor looking down Main street 2 blocks away).
• Under renovation.

“Hotel was nice, room was great, view of Disneyland fireworks was awesome, kingside bed left plenty of space, renovations were not noticeable from room but lobby was noisy, valet parking was subsidized by hotel while under renovation ($15/day).”
