• I liked the cleanliness, roominess and overall atmosphere.
• Can't think of even one.

“We stayed at the Wingate for four nights and Kathy at the front desk gave us an excellent rate for the King Jacuzzi Suite. It is like a small apartment. It has a kitchen area with micro, fridge, coffee maker and sink and a dining area, then it has a nice large living area with a couch, chair. The bedroom is separate with French doors and it's own television. The bathroom is very roomy with the Jacuzzi and shower in it's own huge room. All the furnishings, fixtures and decor is quality. There is a small safe to store valuables in. This hotel is very clean and well kept and only a few years old and that is why I chose it. I have high standards.

The breakfast area is very nice with a fireplace and big screen TV. There are several large meeting rooms and a nice complimentary business office w/three computers, copier, fax machine. We did not try the spa and pool but it looked nice. Perkins restaurant is right across the parking lot and you get 15% off your meals for staying at the Wingate. Also, they have several electrical outlets in the rear parking area for plugging in engine heaters, which comes in handy when your in Montana during a very cold spell in February. It is very accessible to the interstate also. This Hotel is excellent for the business traveler or anyone who appreciates people who care how they run an establishment.”

• The hotel rooms offered pull away desks, along with stationary desks. 2 can work at one time.
• The room we had was on Harbor and it was quite noisy.

“The hotel was great for us. A friend and I were going to a scrap booking convention and wanted a place where we could scrapbook after. This was perfect because it had a desk on rollers as well as a stationary desk. We were both able to have our own work area and it was quite spacious. Also loved the 2 queen beds. Fairly rare now-a-days. The breakfast in the lobby was a great option to start off the day, I think it was $9, but quite good. Kept us full until dinner.”

• Great all around place!
• There is nothing I didn't like about our stay.

“This hotel was one of the best hotels we've stayed at for over a year. We travel frequently and have stayed at some mediocre places. This is not one of them. The best value for the money by far!”

• No continental breakfast, not enough handicapped parking.

• Very convenient location for visiting Huntington Beach.
• Noisy room at street side.

“This is a hotel for business traveler. We got a room at the Harbor Blvd side and the room is very noisy. Next time, we will request the room at the pool side.”

• Location was great, and staff friendly.
• Ice machines not working.

“Hotel was nice, I loved that non smoking rooms had balconies for smokers to use. Hotel staff was friendly, and accommodating.”

• The location was little off of where i wanted to be but the price i got it for made up for it!

“The staff was very accomodating, there was no concierge but the staff resourcefulness made up for it. the room decor was four star quality.”

• Noisy in the morning since facing major street

“The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. I got a room facing the major street, Harbor Blvd which made it noisy in the morning. I would request a room not facing the street next time.”
