  • Clean and accessible, close to Disneyland.
  • $11.50 resort fee was a total surprise at checkout, since I had prepaid.

  • Had to go outside to get to rooms.

“The hotel said it was a 3 star hotel. All rooms had to be reached via outside hallways. There was a 11.00 per night resort fee which they didn't tell you about before. The staff were very slow and not very helpful. They acted like you were putting them out! It was very close to Disneyland.”

“I felt like they really didn't want us as guests at the Priceline rate they accepted to get my business. At check in hotel asked me to initial that I would pay a resort fee of $10 per day. I refused telling them I was not informed about this fee and they agreed. I did not have to pay. When I saw my bill it was added. I had to ask them to remove which they did. Also I had to request clean towels each day of my stay. They left no towels at all. Also had to ask for sugar/cream for the coffee each day. They refilled the coffee only. I would not consider this a 3 star hotel and would not stay there again.”

  • Friendly staff, great service, clean.
  • Although close to Disneyland - if you have small children you will have to take the bus or drive over.

  • Great bargain and great quality for the price.
  • Charged a resort fee which didnt make sense because we didnt even need housekeeping.

“Overall,
I would go there again because it is much nicer than those motels. The staff and rooms were better than
I expected. They even hae a free gym facility at the hotel but
I didnt get to use it.”

  • We can't shower without setting off the fire alarm.

“The hotel appeared clean. The worst thing is the fire alarm goes while taking a shower. The front desks just laughs & tells you to turn on the air conditioner (it was on) to keep that from happening. No one could rest when someone was taking a shower.”

  • The hotel has been recently remodeled and was clean and attractive.
  • I was somewhat disappointed that the "block" from Disneyland .advertisement meant 1 block from touching Disney property.

“I would recommend this hotel to families that are staying at Disneyland. The hotel has been recently remodeled and has clean rooms and a nice swimming pool. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the entrance gates of Disneyland.”

  • Being renovated, everything was disorganized.

“The hotel was getting renovated, leaving the lobby be a portable in the parking lot. Placed in another room that while was a standard room, had flaws from a remote that only occasionally worked to a shower curtain that only partially prevented water flow. The hotel probably did the best they could give the circumstances, but it simply wasn't enough.

  • The pool was green and smelled.

“The rooms were what we needed, the restaurant was great (we had breakfast twice), the location was great in regards to being so close for the Disneyland Half Marathon (walking distance!). But the pool was green and smelled. The Jacuzzi was fine, so we stayed in there most of the time. My 6 year old daughter swam in the pool for about half the time but I really did not feel comfortable.”

“Hotel was fine, but as stated in my earlier comment, this was the first time we were not able to get double beds. We have used it for years, however we really are going to have to think twice now because we definitely have to have 2 beds every time we travel. Maybe the standard should be 2 beds instead of one and then people can change it to 1 if they prefer.”

  • The bed was comfortable.
  • The ice machine at the far end of hall & soda machine only on the 1st floor near lobby. We killed a cockroach on wall immediately after entering room.

“Overall, the hotel was fine. The location (very near to Disneyland) was perfect for multiple days spent going to Disneyland. The shuttle to Disneyland park was inexpensive, convenient and reliable.”

  • Clean; friendly maid service attendants.
  • The only local food was a Subway (open until 10 PM) and the restaurant (food terrible).

“I would not recommend anyone without transportation to stay in this hotel. The desk staff were moody; one time friendly, the next unfriendly. The restaurant food was expensive and not very tasty (It's difficult to ruin a breakfast).”

  • It had a restaurant, bar, pool, and a gift shop, friendly people.
  • Our shower had dirt in it, ants in our room, & some construction going on.

  • There where cockroaches in our room and they where doing loud construction in the surrounding rooms!

  • Free wireless internet and close to major roads.
  • Room was worn, but they are renovating.

“The room and hallways were considerably worn, this is a high traffic hotel near Disneyland. Construction workers were renovating some rooms while I was there because the hammering on the floors and walls went on until about 7 p.m. or a little later. The general public appearance is worn and dated. The rating should be a 2-star at this point. Having an on-site restaurant is probably the only advantage it has over a Holiday Inn Express.”

  • Walking distance to Disneyland.
  • Asked for queen beds and only got double beds.

“The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean except for a few stains on the carpeting. I called and requested queen beds and received double beds. I noticed that the lobby smelled a little musty. Not a good impression but the hotel seemed to be clean. I liked that the rooms were indoors and an elevator made it convenient for luggage.”

  • Good restaurants on-site, Starbucks and Pizza Hut in lobby.
  • Fee based wired and wireless internet. Pay for parking.

“Aside from fees for internet and self or valet parking (seems typical of high demand, metro, 3-star hotels), this is an excellent hotel for business or pleasure. Beds are very comfortable, extra pillows, pleasant helpful staff and the views aren't bad. Limos, taxis, and shuttles park in front for very convenient transportation if you didn't drive. If you did drive, close access to 3 major freeways. I've stayed here several times and it's pretty much worth. My stays here it warrants a 4-star rating.”

  • Convenient hotel restaurant, nice staff, was able to walk to Disneyland.
  • Area drastically different from "Disney resort" area which slightly takes away from the "Disney magic" experience.

“The staff was great, the hotel itself was good. It is literally located right behind/next to the Disneyland parking lot structure, so you can easily walk to the Disney tram (maybe a 1/3 mile walk) and be taken to Disneyland.”

  • Slept like a baby, the beds were so comfortable.
  • Crappy service and I only made it to the front desk.

  • Well rounded moderate hotel, had everything I wanted plus a few perks!
  • Room would be cramped for more than 2 people.

“First off, it's a completely non-smoking hotel, so there was no worry of getting a smoking room that I couldn't breathe in. Fantastic proximity to Disneyland/DCA. The staff were very accommodating when we checked in, the room was very comfortable for 2 people (non-couple, had the 2-double bed). Parking was a bit awkward, but not horrible. Convenient restaurant that offered good basics at a reasonable price (eat breakfast here before heading to the parks). Easy checkout plus they let us print out our airplane tickets for no extra charge. Altogether a very positive experience, I'd come back to this hotel.”

  • It was close to the destinations I was traveling to, making it a convenient stay.
  • We were stuck in the smokers building, on a non-smoking floor but could still smell the smoke heavily.

“Overall I was please with the hotel, the price, and the location. It was convenient for us because we went to Disneyland which was right up the street. The only thing I would recommend is including a continental breakfast.”

“My experience with the hotel its staff and service, was beyond what I could have imagined. They where very courteous, helpful and went out of there way to make sure that I felt like if I was home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone else going to that area of California again.”

“There are 2 Holiday Inns in Anaheim. I was at the walnut street location. The other one seems to be much better. The stay & other facilities were good. The internet facility was pathetic. Too slow.”
