• The room was comfortable and staff reasonably accomodating
• The lack of room service and/or restaurant, other than breakfast service.

“The hotel was clean, staff courteous and parking reasonable. Although for a 2 1/2 star rating would have like a lounge/bar and restaurant. Nothing reasonably close without a short drive.”

• No king bed, forced to sleep in separate beds from my wife, major turnoff

“Staff seemed unconcerned that I was not happy about my room. Personally, I believe, based on the presence of numerous non-newspapered doors in my section of the unit, that a better room was available. ”

• Price, location.
• Ignorant, nosey and unhelpful front desk clerk.

“Hotel is fine; about the same as most Courtyards. I have stayed here many times. I can't figure out one thing; sometimes when I stay I ask for a king bed, and the desk clerk says no problem and gives it to me. Other times the response is, "I can't do it ." Don't understand this. It happens about 50% of the time. This desk clerk was the one who "couldn't". Then she wanted to know if my stay was business or personal. When I told her personal she questioned me about it. Wanted to know if I was visiting friends or what the personal nature of my stay was.”

• very quiet location, no excessive traffic noise
• the bed was a little to soft for my wife's comfort

“Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It was a little difficult locating my room, lots of hallways and few directional maps. Easy to locate the hotel. Excellent facilities in the area for last minute shopping and dining.”

• I like the Jacuzzi most of all, it was very clean. I have been to numerous hotels with dirty spas lately.
• I did not like the limited choices for breakfast. There was not any free" breakfast like at other Marriot hotels. The buffet was $8.95 for breakfast"

“The hotel staff was very pleasant and gave immediate response to my requests. The facility was very clean. The only downfall was the breakfast was a buffet for $8.95 and I do not eat $8.95 worth of breakfast, there were no choices for a quick, less expensive bite to eat.”

• Friendly staff and convenient location. Near a nice park. Quiet.
• No free-weights in the exercise room.

“Friendly staff. Quiet. A block away from busy traffic. Across the street from a hospital and a large park. Lots of shopping nearby. Cafe serves generous breakfast buffet for a modest price.”
